The first impression was the reception employee Mr. M. Khalaf welcome us with fresh welcome drink and allow us with free upgrade from garden view to sea view 😍😍 The rooms are good, housekeeping clean it everyday. The beach is really amazing, reaction between sea and hills, one of the most coral reef in Sharm El Sheikh. Food buffet in the main restaurant is good, tasty items, but it's crowded and the staff are not enough to the large number of guests. They don't give attention to seafood. Snacks are available on the beach and pool. Animation shows are random, don't suit 5* hotel. It should be improved. In general the hotel exceeds our expectations as economic 5* hotel

I am very disappointed with this hotel’s reservation management and the way the business is run. The staff constantly tries to ask for tips for everything, even for services that are already included. Instead of hospitality, you feel pressure. This is not acceptable and makes guests uncomfortable. They told us we could stay and use the facilities until evening, but later they denied saying this and asked for extra money. This is misleading and unprofessional behavior. A hotel must keep its word. Customer satisfaction clearly does not matter here. The focus seems to be only on getting extra payments from tourists rather than providing honest service. We came as guests but felt like we were treated only as a source of money. Hospitality should be based on respect, transparency, and trust — not bargaining and contradictions. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects fair treatment and proper service.

First of all, we really liked your hotel; we’ve been coming to Sharm for years and have tried many hotels. I’d like to share a couple of shortcomings I noticed at the hotel. Firstly, plastic buoys need to be installed along the beach as a matter of urgency; on the very first day, two people fell and injured themselves. There should be buoys on both the right and left sides of the wide beach area. Furthermore, you should improve and modernise your catering facilities; all the equipment is very old and needs replacing. Additionally, the beachside bar is very old and needs refurbishing. The lobby is a key indicator of whether a hotel is truly good or not – it should be impressive. With just a few touches, you could turn this into a lovely place. Best regards

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, while the staff in general were friendly and always willing to assist. We would especially like to mention Saif Ahmed, who stood out for his exceptional service. He was always polite, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more pleasant. His professionalism and positive attitude left a great impression on us. Overall, this is a hotel worth visiting, and we would definitely choose it again in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Dreams Beach! The hotel is very clean, with beautiful views and a perfect location. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. A special thank you to Ahmed Abdalla at the front desk reception for his kindness, professionalism, and understanding. He was extremely helpful and made the experience even better.
