I’d give 4.5 if I could. Rooms are brilliant, hotel is very clean. Food is as great. Only problem is the dry beef cabinet on the basement. The smell is awful. I can actually smell it when I step out of my room on the 5th floor. It’s repugnant. And when you walk passed it, it would make your stomach churn. Please get rid of it. It’s really ruining the hotel.

Love this hotel the lady on the coffee hut on the boulevard was so nice and smiley everyday . Also the barman mustafa gelic was so nice . Top marks must go to the guy at the pool on skates. We always sat at the 2nd pool on the right . We didn't get his name but everyday he would bring us our usual drinks order . I have no idea how he remembered all the guests drinks he was so friendly everyday and couldn't do enough for us . All the staff are lovely , food is amazing and place is so clean . Beds are huge and really comfortable

This was my third time in this hotel,spent a week and was back after 8 years,tye staff and service is amazing the best,spotless,very clean,and clear blue beach,I wld have give 5 star bit what I have noticed this time the standard of food dropped ,its like they are cutting the corners ,for 7 whole days and night,it was same food,and sometimes I felt it was same meat next day,and in the past 2 occasions I stayed the food standard was so high,tht I have never seen anywhere else,all in all its best hotel,but I think they need to ficus on buffet restaurant,not just me ,a few people there had same thoughts
