We actually really like Delphin Imperial – it’s always super clean, and we stayed here last year and loved it. This year, we had originally booked the hotel next door, but it was under renovation, so we were moved here. Because we had such a good experience before, we accepted the change. But this time, it was really scary because of serious safety issues: • Glass in Food: We ordered a wrap at the hotel café, and my youngest daughter found a big, sharp piece of glass inside it. Luckily, she usually breaks her food apart before eating, which probably prevented a serious mouth or throat injury. She still cut her finger badly (see photos). • Glass by Kids’ Pool: My older daughter stepped on glass near the shallow pool. Hotel’s Response: • On the first day, the manager called us and asked us to come to his office. He apologized, left some candy and a bottle of champagne, and asked if we accepted this as an apology. We said no – we wanted a proper investigation. • The next day, he asked us to come to the office again and offered a room upgrade for a future stay. We still said no, and asked for a formal incident report to understand how this could happen. They said they’d never done this before and basically told us if we weren’t happy, we could come back to the office ourselves. • We decided not to keep arguing so we could enjoy the holiday. For the rest of the week, the hotel completely ignored us – no explanation, no follow-up, nothing to reassure us it wouldn’t happen again. We also notified our travel agent, EasyJet about the incidents but even after that the hotel didn’t follow up. Parents, beware: The hotel itself is clean and normally very nice, but they completely failed to handle a serious safety issue involving children. We won’t be staying here again.

I’d give 4.5 if I could. Rooms are brilliant, hotel is very clean. Food is as great. Only problem is the dry beef cabinet on the basement. The smell is awful. I can actually smell it when I step out of my room on the 5th floor. It’s repugnant. And when you walk passed it, it would make your stomach churn. Please get rid of it. It’s really ruining the hotel.

Special Thanks to Derjan from the coffee house out side, Hakan from the restaurant, Fylul from quest relations and Busra from the pateserie. The maked our stay beautiful. One minus point we expectet team evenings in the restaurant but that was the case. And the a la carte the Mexican was not what we expected.

I stayed at this hotel with my family last summer. The hotel itself, including the room and club, is fine, but the people at the reception desk are rude and unfriendly. The security staff is also very racist; you're constantly asked for your room number or the number on your wristband. For this reason alone, we won't be returning and we don't recommend this hotel to people of color. They'll do everything they can to make you feel unwelcome or inferior to other guests. It got so bad that the security guard even made my 4-year-old daughter cry. She didn't understand why we were being yelled at so badly and was deliberately refused permission to walk any further to the hotel. We cut our holiday short and left early after several run-ins with security.

The stay was pleasant and the service was very good. However, the vegetarian food options were extremely limited and did not meet expectations. I would recommend vegetarian guests consider dining at Concord instead. Additionally, several rides were closed during our visit, and this was not communicated in advance, which was disappointing.
