The hotel itself is excellent and definitely deserves praise. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food is outstanding, with a huge variety and excellent quality every day. The rooms and the entire hotel are spotless, and the service is exactly what you would expect from a 5-star resort. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the beach and the sea. Unfortunately, there were a lot of small plastic pieces floating in the water, which made swimming much less enjoyable. I understand this may not be entirely the hotel’s fault, but I hope the management works together with the local authorities to help keep the sea cleaner, as such a beautiful hotel deserves a much cleaner beachfront. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return if this issue improves.

My experience with this hotel was amazing. Firstly, the staff are really friendly and hardworking. They are always smiling back at you, asking if everything is alright and are ready to help and serve you at any given moment. The rooms are really clean and cozy. There was nothing better than chilling at the beach the whole day, coming back to the hotel and noticing that the room has already been cleaned and you can start getting ready for dinner. Secondly, the hotel has so many activities and procedures to offer I couldn’t even try everything out in a week I spent there!!! Thirdly, the variety of food and drinks was also astonishing. The food was tasty, balanced and the set ups and themed dinners were such a nice touch. The deserts and snacks were so tasty too and the variety of them amazed me. The interior and exterior of this hotel is really beautiful. I especially liked the lobby and the view of the elevators going up and down. Everything here is clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel is nice as well. The time I spent here was so great I didn’t want to come back home hahah!! I 100% recommend this place, especially if it’s your first time staying in Turkey. Expect to have a lot of laughs and smiles here:)))) I wish to come back to this hotel in the future!! I always wanted to travel, but this place and Turkey in general just made that dream even stronger;))

This is our second year staying at this hotel, and once again we are very happy with our choice. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived, but thanks to the excellent teamwork of Manager Osman Bey and Alesia from the Guest Relations team, everything was resolved quickly and professionally. They turned our stay into a truly comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their attention, kindness, and fast response to every request. Our advice to future guests is simple: if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact the hotel staff. We had a wonderful stay at Delphin Deluxe Resort in Alanya. The service is outstanding, and the staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. The entertainment team deserves special praise – the afternoon activities around the pool are fantastic and create a great atmosphere for both adults and children. The water slides operate for most of the day (10:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00), giving kids plenty of time to have fun. The food is diverse, delicious, and of excellent quality, with something for everyone. Overall, a great hotel that we would happily recommend and visit again.
