The hotel is so elegant and modern, the breakfast is amazing with so many different yummy options and the location is so good. However, i was a bit disappointed with the service as i mentioned over 3 times (a note while im booking, over call before arrival & at the reception once arrived) that it’s my husband’s birthday on our honeymoon too, and i would love something special or a sweet little gesture.. but my request was completely ignored. My experience would have been a 10/10 if not for that point only as it was a buzzkiller.

Honestly the perfect staycation!! First, a HUGE THANKS to our 6th-floor attendant, Angelo, who was super friendly, and promptly helped us with our room and everything else we needed! We had an amazing stay in the Breaking waves suite, which had a breathtaking view. We booked the half-board and the food was frankly excellent, with the hotel breakfast's diverse and fresh options and especially the michelin-star course dinner at Demon Duck. And last but not least, the pool and beach experience was just perfectly wonderful and relaxing. An honest 10/10 would highly recommend without any reservations!

We are having a wonderful stay at the Delano Hotel. This is my second time in the hotel as i stayed here in Nov 25. The location is excellent, close to many shops, beauty spots, and everything you might need during your stay. One of the highlights for me and my family was the coffee shop. Richard who works there is fantastic – always smiling and such a happy, welcoming person. He really makes the experience special and starts the day on a positive note. Nothing is too much trouble and he is very hard working. The sunbeds by the pool are also worth mentioning. They are thick, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Maria the manager is also wonderful and very hands on and helpful. Overall, the Delano is a great place to stay with friendly staff, comfortable facilities, and a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

The team surprised us with complimentary suite upgrades for both rooms, and from that moment on, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner included in our half‑board package were excellent every day. What truly made the difference was the people. Nadia, the reception manager, along with David, Tarek, and Katrina, treated us with genuine warmth and care. My children and I were working from the hotel, and it truly felt like a second home — comfortable, peaceful, and full of kindness. Delano Dubai gave us an unforgettable vacation. Exceptional service, exceptional food, exceptional people.

The Delano Hotel on Bluewaters Island is an elegant, refined but informal hotel. It makes you feel welcome and at home in an immaculate and cosy environment. We really appreciated the early check-in. The room amenities are of the highest standard. The cleaning staff are attentive and very efficient. The "Tutto Passa" restaurant offers excellent ingredients for both breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool is pleasant, although perhaps a little too crowded with small children for our liking. The beach is nice, the sea a little exposed to the wind, but clean. It is wonderful to walk and do daily running workouts across Bluewaters and the footbridge to Jumeriah Beach and along the Marina promenade.
