Really appreciated the hospitality and overall hotel ambience. Nice hotel layout starting from entrance to rooms to activity area to parking to open landscape. Everything is perfectly maintained. Good for quality and strongly recommend this hotel. Security officer Anish helped us much We were 3 family total 10 members including children's. All staff starting from reception to in room dining, breakfast team or even staff assisting us for luggage - all were courteous and welcoming. Thanks again security team Anish subin shahbaz for your support.

We had a great experience during my stay at crowne plaza Jumeirah. A special thanks to security officer Anish and shahbaz. Anish and shahbaz momin hassn subin were incredibly helpful with handling my luggage and arranging a cab to the airport, making my checkout smooth and stress-free. The hotel’s location is also excellent, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and markets. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay. Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is beautiful and clean, and the staff do a great job maintaining order and cleanliness. The food is good at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The heated swimming pool was a highlight for us. The water is very warm, which was especially nice in January. Pool towels are provided. We would also like to mention the excellent service from Abdelsalam. He speaks Russian very well, was very helpful, and communicated politely and professionally. The room was nice, and a comfortable bed was provided for our child. Cons : There were fewer towels in the room than expected. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in wall-mounted dispensers rather than small individual bottles, and the consistency is quite liquid. The windows do not open. We understand this is common for safety reasons, but we would have appreciated the option to ventilate the room with fresh air instead of relying only on air conditioning. As is common in many buildings in the country, indoor areas can feel cool. Location: The hotel is not directly by the beach, as it may appear on the map. It is located in an industrial area, with limited amenities nearby and no beach within walking distance. However, La Mer and Kite Beach are easily accessible by taxi.

Ginger Restaurant is a great spot for a relaxed meal with really satisfying food. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a lunch or dinner. The menu has a nice variety, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that are well balanced without being too heavy. Service is friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, specially Thet, Khemae, Snow, chef Chada, and Era who were always accommodating with our big table of 16 people, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Ginger is a reliable choice when you’re looking for good food in a comfortable, laid-back setting.
