Lovely Mercado
Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were polite and always ready to help, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The room were clean and very comfortable, has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. Really appreciated the hospitality and overall hotel ambience. Nice hotel layout starting from entrance to rooms to activity area to parking to open landscape. Everything is perfectly maintained. Good for quality and strongly recommend this hotel. Security officer Anish helped us much We were 3 family total 10 members including children's. All staff starting from reception to in room dining, breakfast team or even staff assisting us for luggage - all were courteous and welcoming. Lovely hotel near to the airport and perfect for exploring the old side of Dubai. The staff were wonderful, we arrived early after an overnight flight and we were offered breakfast by the lovely Marina who checked us in on the reception desk and given our room by 10:45am which made such a difference! The room was comfortable and quiet , as was the pool and the breakfast was outstanding in quality and choice , shout out to Rolan who looked after us at breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have been staying at this hotel for 9 months now and unlikely to ever stay anywhere else. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Big shout out to my cleaner Ram and the IT department for looking after me so we'll. The room is always spotless, both cleaners do a fantastic job and the IT department swiftly fixed an issue I had within minutes of asking. All the food is very good and the gym and pool area top the hotel off nicely. A fantastic hotel and staff Jim
