From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had requested a special room arrangement, and I was amazed by the beautiful setup. They prepared a lovely cake, flowers, fresh fruits, and every detail was elegant and thoughtfully arranged. On top of that, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more memorable. A very special thank you to Swam for the exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine kindness. We chose Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience! We stayed from Saturday to Tuesday, and every moment exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception who assisted us during check-in. Although I unfortunately can't remember his name, he went above and beyond to do his best to arrange connecting rooms so our family could stay close together. We truly appreciated his effort and kindness. The entire team was warm, professional, and always accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you as well to Maryam for her outstanding assistance during check-out. She took the time to check if everything had been resolved and made sure we were completely satisfied with our stay. Her genuine care and professionalism were truly appreciated. Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The amenities were excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We stayed here for one night, and it was our first time visiting. We were very happy with the impeccable service provided by the staffs. Breakfast at Zaytoun was amazing and made us feel welcome the moment we stepped in. A huge thank you to Hostess Emelyn for warmly welcoming us with a beautiful smile and showing us around explained everything clearly in such a polite professional manner. We would also like to extend our special appreciation to Captain Abu, Barista Atif, and Waitress Yoon. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were polite, always smiling, very attentive, and recommended dishes based on our preferences, ensuring we had the best dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this Hotel to others. ☺️☺️☺️

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza, and a huge part of what made it so special was the exceptional service from the housekeeping team. ​A special thank you to Manish, Souraj, and Som. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our room was always pristine and comfortable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We also especially loved the pool ambience during the evening. Jony and the entire pool team are wonderful; they took care of us really well. ​Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
