I had a fantastic stay! A special shout-out to Sarah from housekeeping, who was always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Many thanks as well to Toshar, Razol, Kareem, and Milon for their wonderful support. My deepest gratitude goes to the Reception Manager Mr Mohamed Fayed for being exceptionally understanding and helpful throughout our stay and always providing alternative solution for every ask. Overall, the entire staff—especially at the buffet, pool, and health center—did an amazing job. Highly recommended! Finally I stayed here for 30 days, so adding to the above I'd like to special thanks Arif and Mahesh for their exceptional service. Arif is energetic, cheerful, and always smiling, whether you see him early at 10 AM in the heat or later at 8 PM. He seamlessly manages both the gym and the pool area, giving great workout advice and taking care of every guest. He has a wonderful, playful way with kids, and they instantly like him. He always knows exactly what everyone needs & I see guest mostly referring to him. Mahesh is highly committed, extremely polite, and attentive. He stays focused across both the gym and pool area, ensuring all guests and families are well looked after. Both of them made our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the outstanding service!

We recently visited Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is great, but what made our stay truly memorable was the exceptional service. Every team member displayed a great, positive attitude. I would like to specifically highlight Housekeeping Supervisor Amal and team member Zaman. Their attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring our rooms were cleaned thoroughly and kept in top shape throughout our stay. Excellent service all around!

We stayed here for one night, and it was our first time visiting. We were very happy with the impeccable service provided by the staffs. Breakfast at Zaytoun was amazing and made us feel welcome the moment we stepped in. A huge thank you to Hostess Emelyn for warmly welcoming us with a beautiful smile and showing us around explained everything clearly in such a polite professional manner. We would also like to extend our special appreciation to Captain Abu, Barista Atif, and Waitress Yoon. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were polite, always smiling, very attentive, and recommended dishes based on our preferences, ensuring we had the best dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this Hotel to others. ☺️☺️☺️

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had requested a special room arrangement, and I was amazed by the beautiful setup. They prepared a lovely cake, flowers, fresh fruits, and every detail was elegant and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza, DFC. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as they offer a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast team was also very friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Emelyn and Jonel. They made sure we had everything we needed. Our half board package included dinner, which was at Anise Restaurant, and it was a great experience. It is a buffet with lots of choices and the food was really good and suited my taste. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
