I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City for a night whilst heading to the airport which is nearby. The location is great, and has plenty of parking too. The welcome we received from the security guard on the parking entrance was rather abrupt, but once we were in the hotel, the fantastic welcome and service from Arun more than made up for it. He was welcoming, friendly and polite. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had an incredible view too. I would say the decor is a little dated, but the room was well looked after. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was perfectly located for our trip to the airport the following day. You also have Dubai Festival City Mall right next door too!

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering beautiful views and convenient access to Dubai Festival City Mall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled at the front desk for his outstanding support, professionalism, and warm attitude. His assistance truly made a positive difference in my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth and professionalism that truly set this hotel apart. A special mention must go to Rhea and Rajeev from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was always immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Sohel at the concierge desk was outstanding — always courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Whether it was guidance, recommendations, or logistical help, his service was seamless and reassuring. The hotel facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views of the Dubai Creek, which added a calm and scenic charm to our experience. Watching the creek from the hotel was truly memorable. Overall, the Crowne Plaza delivers not only in comfort and location, but in heartfelt hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again.

I had a fantastic experience here. The location is incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which made travelling a breeze. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. (Special thanks to May Ann, who was warm and helpful) Breakfast was another highlight. The restaurant crew were extremely attentive, making the morning experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent location, great service, and a delightful breakfast made this a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!
