Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff! I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly made my experience exceptional were the staff members. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. A special mention goes to Tara, who was absolutely outstanding. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a real difference during my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you to Tara and the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable — I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others!

I had a great stay. A little more attention shall be given to the functionality of the TV and the fridge which was not working, but this was no problem for me. Visited the Club Lounge 2 times which was very inviting with and excellent hospitality with Tara being the attentive good soul of the lounge.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay with Exceptional Staff! I’ve stayed at Crowne Plaza Deira Dubai multiple times, and every visit has been a truly pleasant experience. The hotel offers spacious, spotless rooms and fantastic service throughout. Its location is perfect — right in Deira, with the metro station and Al Ghurair Mall just a short walk away, making everything easily accessible. A special mention to Rona, Cleo, and Hena from the hotel team — they always make the check-in experience warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. For aviation enthusiasts, some rooms even offer a great view of aircrafts taking off and landing — a real treat for plane spotters! Overall, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Consistently excellent hospitality and service — I’ll definitely keep coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of food — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service. A big thank you to Dixita, Riya, Anjelica, Maleni, and May for their warm hospitality and attentive care throughout our meal. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

I loved this hotel, everything about the hotel is fantastic especially the staff! For on the managers who take their time and go out of their way to greet and say hello and ask if they can do anything to make my stay better, to the front desk staff who are very friendly and provide great service. I appreciate the way they handle their work and the professionalism I have received from those managers. I like to thank them Rona Eleazzar, guest relations manager who went out of her way to help, and also Cleofe, guest relations front desk who was also amazing. Thank you all
