We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, and the service made it even more special. Leonie and Angelica were both attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. They ensured everything was taken care of and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warm hospitality and excellent customer service are truly commendable. I had a fantastic dining experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was flavorful, well-presented, and exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Jinky, Harvey, and Angelica for providing exceptional service. They were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to assist made us feel welcome and well taken care of. They consistently checked on our table and ensured everything was perfect. Their excellent customer service, combined with the amazing food, made this a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had booked 3 nights to stay at the beginning of June but decided to leave after the first night. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not meet even basic expectations. The customer service was poor from the beginning. Many staff members came across as rude, unfriendly, and uninterested in helping guests. One example is when my family went to the pool and pool towels were finished. I was told by the staff member by the pool to use my towels in the room and that I could request other towels to housekeepers. When I requested clean towels, the housekeeper (who was on his phone watching videos in another room , rather than cleaning) scolded me , saying that “room towels are not to be used at the pool!!” Rather than feeling welcomed, we often felt like an inconvenience whenever we asked for assistance. The rooms were very old, poorly maintained, and noticeably dirty. Housekeeping standards were far below what we expected, with cleaning appearing rushed. I work in 2 hotels and the service offered here is unacceptable. This hotel is not up to IHG standards. The overall condition of the property gave the impression that maintenance and cleanliness are not priorities. The food was also disappointing and did not live up to the standard advertised by the hotel. Breakfast should be ready at 6:30 and at 7 the buffet was still not ready. When we asked for serving tongs at 7:10, the waitstaff huffed and seamed irritated with our basic request. In addition, we experienced several uncomfortable interactions while ordering meals. On multiple occasions, the chef appeared to ignore our eggs orders. Whether intentional or not, this created a very negative impression and made us feel disrespected. Overall, this hotel fell well short of expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, maintenance, and dining quality. We would not choose to stay here again and hope management takes guest feedback seriously to address these issues.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing and far below the standards I expected. Throughout my stay, I faced several issues that significantly affected my experience. Room service was consistently slow, and most requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed. The television in my room was not working during my entire stay, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, it was never fixed. Spending two nights without a functioning TV was frustrating, especially considering that the problem was repeatedly brought to the hotel’s attention. The room itself had numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a toilet flush that was not working properly, a leaking shower, weak water pressure, and rusty-colored water. The bathroom was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and some toiletries were missing upon arrival. In addition, one of the bedside lamps was not working, and the floor was visibly dirty until I specifically requested housekeeping to clean it. What was even more disappointing was the lack of professionalism from some staff members. On one occasion, while trying to report an issue, the reception staff abruptly hung up the phone before my concern was properly addressed. I found this extremely disrespectful and unacceptable, especially when I was simply seeking assistance as a guest. The experience at the pool was also unpleasant. When we asked the lifeguard for help in finding a shaded area to sit, he was unhelpful and displayed a rude attitude, making us feel unwelcome. The luggage service was very slow, causing unnecessary delays, and the absence of valet parking made things even more inconvenient. The only positive part of my stay was the service provided by Mr. Abdo at the pool bar and the gentleman responsible for preparing the shisha. Both were professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing a good guest experience. Their kindness and hospitality stood out and were the only highlights of an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. The combination of poor maintenance, inadequate cleanliness, slow service, and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members left a very negative impression. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of service and guest experience in the future. Additionally, there was no shower gel in the bathroom when we arrived. I had to contact the staff myself to request it, and it took approximately an hour and a half before someone finally came. Even then, the staff member seemed confused about the issue. Basic amenities like shower gel should have been checked and replenished before guests enter the room. There was also no spoon for hot beverages and no tissues in the room. These are essential items that should be provided as part of the room setup. It honestly felt as though the room had not been properly prepared before our arrival, and I was left wondering what had actually been checked before assigning the room to guests.
