I had such a great time at Conrad Dubai! The hotel is beautiful — super clean, stylish, and in a perfect location. The room was so comfy with an amazing city view. I have to give a big shoutout to David — he was honestly the best! So friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. He really made my stay extra special. My experience at Conrad Dubai was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and well taken care of. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly made my stay memorable were the exceptional services provided by David and Dennis. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and friendly staff who truly love what they do. I can’t recommend Conrad Dubai enough. Thank you, David and Dennis, for making my stay so special! My stay at conrad was absolutely wonderful from day to my last day I left. The staff was welcoming. Daniel at front door professional and always ready to assist with a smile and help with my bags. The room was spotless and beautiful .I loved the peaceful atmosphere and well maintained everything was. Breakfast always fresh. Peter at restaurant helped me with familiar foods from Ghana and tried new foods as well. I'm coming back again this Christmas and choosing conrad hotel again with my family .

Nice hotel, located conveniently next to a metro station but during GITEX week the area around here gets unbearable... the traffic is unreal. Stayed in a 2-bdrm suite which was luxurious and well equiped. Sadly the main bedroom aircond was not working properly and the hotel did not seem to be able to fix it adequately. They did try to compensate by offering a room swap and when we declined they brought us a fan. Other than that the hotel stay was really nice. Use of the exec lounge was fantastic, beautiful views and you can enjoy some seriously pretty sunsets from the 24th floor. Food at the exec lounge is always very good. Hosted a girls movie night in our suite for me and my 3 friends -- guest relations worked with me personally over 2 weeks to ensure my party went off according to plan. Food was provided, giftbags, decorations, flowers, balloons (for additional fee) but the evening went off spectacularly. Mareena and her team deserve a huge thank you. Hotel has a lovely spa and wellness centre, albeit a bit small and you'll have to book slots to use the sauna and jacuzzi. Pool area is nice. Main hotel restaurant serves up excellent buffet breakfast.

We had afternoon tea at Isla Lounge and it was excellent. The staff recognized us right away and gave us a warm welcome back. Their warm service really made us feel special and made our day. Service was quick and attentive, and the cakes and sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Big thanks to Badawg, Jenny, Thitsao, Wasana, Jocelyn, Vira, and Sneha for taking such good care of us. We’ll be back again soon.
