Our entire experience at the Conrad Dubai was amazing! We did have a slight mix-up upon arrival at 2:00 AM after an exhausting flight—our taxi accidentally dropped us off at the Conrad office tower instead of the hotel entrance. A huge thank you to the professional and helpful security guard at the office tower who kindly escorted us through the inside of the building straight to the hotel lobby, saving us from having to hail another taxi. ​Check-in was incredibly smooth thanks to Mr. Muhammad Hussain, who graciously upgraded us to an Executive Room (a wonderful perk of being a Hilton Gold member). The room was absolutely flawless: spotless, exceptionally comfortable with a soft, 'hugging' bed, and it featured a beautiful sea view. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job throughout our stay. We loved the delicious food at the restaurant and the beautifully landscaped pool area nearby. ​My only piece of constructive feedback is that the hotel still relies on single-use plastic water bottles. I hope they transition to a more sustainable alternative soon. Overall, thank you to the Conrad Dubai team for the outstanding hospitality! One more excellent thing is about the location, 2 mins walking to reach World Trade Center metro station from the hotel lobby.

I had an exceptional experience at the spa at Conrad Dubai. I enjoyed the Moroccan Hammam scrub followed by an aromatherapy massage, and the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The facilities were luxurious, immaculate, and created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation from start to finish. A very special thank you to Ni Made for her exemplary service. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. Her skill and genuine care made the experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for a first-class wellness experience. I will definitely be back!
