This was one of our best hotel stays in my life thus far. Badawi and Nil Bahar were awesome in rendering their services and support during our short but wonderful stay. Our room for 3 was HUGE, clean and the amenities were excellent. The lady in charge of our room (we didn’t get her name) left the room refreshed and tidy every day. The toilet was comfortable, spacious and had both a bathtub and a standing bath. The toilet curtain was a nice cheeky touch. The beds and pillows were one of the best we have slept in and that’s saying a lot. There was plenty of spaces for us to organise our daily items and the aircon was very responsive. The only complaint (we are nitpicking here) was the lighting. We wished there was an option for cool and warm lights so that we could get the romantic vibes while also having the functionality of packing under clear lighting. The hotel is literally next to the Metro World Trade Center stop and transport on the public train is very affordable and convenient. Our final point is, if you see a good deal for Conrad Dubai, snatch it. Don’t hesitate.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, offering a huge variety with something for everyone, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was excellent throughout the brunch. A special mention goes to Chef Jasbir, who was attentive, friendly, and ensured we felt well taken care of. We would also like to appreciate Jasdeep from the laundry team for his behind-the-scenes support, which truly adds to the overall experience. Thanks to the entire team and great management. Excellent stay – everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Hotel. Everything was outstanding: the room service was fast and professional, housekeeping was excellent and very attentive, and the food quality was great. A special thank to Badawi at the reception – he was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of.
