I had a very good stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort and its location are excellent, and it’s very close to the airport. Pre-booking a transfer is not really necessary — taxis are easily available on IDrive and very cheap. I paid around £3 from the airport to the resort, which is very reasonable. The resort itself is large, beautiful, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are impressive, and everything feels spacious. Food quality depends on personal taste. Some dishes were really good, but I felt there could be more variety, especially when compared to resorts in Antalya, where food choice and taste are generally better. A wider selection would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great resort, excellent value for money, and I would recommend it, especially for its location and overall comfort.

I have stayed in many luxury hotels across different countries, but nothing — absolutely nothing — comes close to the experience I had here. This is not just a hotel; it feels like entering another world. From the very first moment you step inside, the elegance, atmosphere, and attention to detail captivate you. The rooms are immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and unbelievably comfortable — leaving the bed feels almost impossible. And the view? No camera can do it justice; it is something you simply carry in your memory. But above all, what truly makes this place extraordinary is one exceptional person: Mr. Ahmet.👍👍 Mr. Ahmet is not just a staff member — he is the heart and soul of this hotel. He anticipates your needs before you even realize them yourself. His warm smile, refined manner, professionalism, and genuine kindness turn hospitality into an art form. He makes you feel special, as if you are the most important guest in the world, while always maintaining the perfect level of elegance and respect. As we were a honeymoon couple, they upgraded our room to a more luxurious one and surprised us with many thoughtful and generous gestures throughout our stay.

Guy cleaning the room in cluster 6 area was the best very good polite also cheerful Guy near the pool were the pilli pilli bar is doesnt ask people all around the sunbed if you need DRINK he goes same area always pick up empty glasses there and fills up same place Many times in my 7 days vacation i had to go and get my own drink hes to busy asking his friends either you have to call him half the time will be cant hear and ignore. The pool near the beach another guy there hes good comes and ask if we need drinks comes few times but the other pool bar guy choose who to ask need more training MY TICKET WAS NOT FREE TO COME THERE I PAYED AS WELL SERVICE SHOULD BE THE SAME FOR EVERYONE.

The management in this place are a joke and only care about bad reviews. Another member of our holiday group wrote a review mentioning issues. We were conned upon arrival with a disposed upgrade to a villa. Claiming it was 150usd extra per night. Had we been given a 2 villas this would been true. But we originally booked 2 room and were then condensed in to one villa between us. The villa may cost more than one room but certainly not 2. In the reply they claimed to have given us a “free” dinner in the Italian. This is included in the all inclusive anyway so their angry response is complete codswallop. I generously gave the hotel 2 stars but have amended it to one as the response to my friends review only proves how pathetic the management are here. John is pilli pilli is still a legend though. Original review starts here Barely any hot water. If you let it run for 10 mins it might be slightly warm. At one point the shower stoped completely, but at best it’s only a trickle of water that may be warmish if you’re lucky. food is edible but not great with little choice. Drinks are mostly ok but very inconsistent. Yunan (John) in pilli bar is an excellent bar man/waiter as is Ahmed in the pool bar. They mad this hotel bearable and are a true asset to the hotel. 10/10 for them. They have a decent heated swimming pool that serves ok drinks with good service and a friendly animation team. All in all it’s pushing it luck for a 5 star hotel. All the staff are very nice and the service is good for drinks but lacks in the restaurant. The little place on the beach is good for lunch as is the bar near the villa. Main buffet is rubbish. The Italian a la carte service was comically bad and the food only slightly better. I had sea food linguine, which was actually spaghetti with 3 prawns and a mystery white flavourless fish with some sort of fish stock on it. It tasted ok, but wasn’t a seafood linguine. The tiramisu was a bowl of cream with a bit of sponge in it. Been to Egypt loads of times and this is one of the worst 5 stars I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. After the manager had read this review they claimed they would do their very best to try and fix the issues. Which would’ve been nice but none of the issues were fixed. They did give us a free bottle of wine. It seems they only cared about this review rather than the actual issues mentioned in it.

Definitely not 5 star luxury hotel more like uk 3 star, rooms need some tlc and showers replacing. Limited WiFi that drops out, items on room amenities that were missing and never appeared despite mentioning to management. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Staff made the holiday experience! Reccomend rock pooling on the hotels private beach, lots of fish and sea creatures to see. Food was hit and miss, 3 out of the 4 of us got dodgy stomaches and we only ate at the hotel. Plenty of sun loungers and the pools were well maintained and lifeguards help you position sunbeds and umbrellas. Animation team were engaging and entertaining. Ok for a cheap and cheerful holiday, we had sunshine and relaxed which is what we went for but overall a bit of a lack lustre hotel.
