Stayed here for 7 days all inclusive. The hotel is beautiful and the weather was so beautiful. The staff need some more training especially reception, don’t go for the food it lacked and the entertainment was not good. Our housekeeper Ismail was amazing. And the sun international team was amazing. Enjoyed my time. But I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again when I go Egypt.

Stayed here for a week. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a huge garden. The stuff and service are fantastic. They were so kind and hardworking. Definitely deserved a tip! 🫶🏻

100% loved this holiday, but unfortunately wouldn’t go back. All bar staff, pool staff, lifeguards, was amazing and couldn’t help you enough. Unfortunately on check in, we was upgraded for 1 night & told even better room tommorow, it certainly wasn’t 😡 3rd room we accepted but couldn’t unpack until mid 2nd day. Through out was amazing but unfortunately food was poor, everyone had bad stomach, then on checkout from room we had 7 hours left so went to pool all going great, upon ready to leave we went the spa to have have a shower ready for home but refused give us a towel 😡😡😡 Unfortunately for this, we won’t go back to this hotel!!!

First time at this resort and it’s absolutely amazing! From the time I walked in the staff are very helpful and polite and go out their way for you. I got upgraded and the room was amazing and so clean and fresh.This hotel is beautiful I had the best time relaxing. I will definitely be coming next year !
