There is a self-service check-in on computer however, if you’re lucky there may be a man they’re available to help you if you have questions. It is difficult to find a valet upon check-in, but you can call to have a person bring a cart to you when you check out. This is good in case you have a lot of luggage to leave with. My room was plain and clean, although I didn’t go over it with a black light. lol. There is a pool a small amusement park, hello Kitty store, and SpongeBob arcade. They’re also a few stores available with sundries bathing suits T-shirts, and knickknacks. What appears to be in the main entrance is on the main street and that entrance leaves you in the casino. However, if you’re checking into the hotel, try to get the driver to take you to the back of the building, which is where the lobby is. Otherwise, you will be stuck taking a very long walk with all of your luggage to get back to the lobby area. It’s located at a pretty good spot on the end or beginning of strip. It’s next-door to the Conrad, Hilton,Crockford Hotel Trio. You can actually walk there, though I don’t know why anyone would want to do that. It is hot as hell. There is a parking lot located directly across from the lobby and there is a small eatery that is open 24 hours a night with boxed salads, pizzas and sandwiches the small food court also has Burger King Popeyes and bagels and a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. The place is probably one of the cheapest on the strip especially if you happen to get a deal it could be under $60 a night.

We visited here while staying at another hotel/casino. I actually enjoyed the layout and the gaming area. It's smaller and more dated than some of the other locations but it was clean and it smelled good when you walked in. There was a show going on which was fun and there were a lot of places that you could shop around the casino for vacationy type things. I don't know if I will ever stay at this place, but we will surely go back next time we are in the area.

The location is good but definitely not up to par as a hotel. It advertises as a great family place but lacks credibility in person. The rooms were quite dirty & unappealing. There was a dead roach in the bathroom that was sitting inside of the bathroom artwork on the wall. The staff at check In was limited to two clerks. Our room was reserved online a month ago and we did not even get to stay in the correct room booked. They do not offer many cable channels although they say they have 100. The food that was served at big top cafe gave us food poisoning! There was a sulfer / moldy water smell through the whole first floor near the back entrance. Overall the stay for a family of 6 was not a happy one. I could continue to list off all of the things that were unsatisfactory about this hotel but it would be pointless as they would not make up for their lack of service. I do not recommend!

Had a great first time stay here, check in was a little different and kinda difficult but someone was around to help us check in. T he rooms in the west wing are very nice and up to date ! The towels were a little hard and stiff tho, the ice machine came in handy as the weather was around 110 everyday. There’s lots to do here and plenty of places to walk around to inside the hotel. The water park was so refreshing and it’s complementary to your hotel stay, I’d say it’s a good family place and is worth the price especially when they have good booking deals ! Would recommend!

Pretty good hotel for the price. I got here pretty late at about 8:00 on a Wednesday. Just a heads up normally the people who work at the hotel like the hotel concierge they won't approach you but the timeshare people will so just remember the check-in is to the left and the timeshare people are to the right. They're going to try to get you to immediately get tickets to shows and whatnot but make sure you go to the left to go check in so you don't waste your time. Everything goes was pretty good as far as the rooms and the service everything was smooth and quick. Also be sure to let them know that she drove so that way they can point you to where to park to get to your room elevator quicker. I did get lost a few times but trust after getting lost once you'll learn to lay out quick.
