This was my second time staying at the horseshoe, I will book three on my next trip to vegas. The service and the food is real good. The location is perfect. You are in middle of the action. My only negative is the pool ,but you can use the pool at Paris if you stay at the horseshoe. The walk isn't bad with the casinos being connected

Ballys Hotel consistently provides us with numerous exceptional and unique memories, particularly during our frequent visits. The hotel’s ambiance is characterized by a diverse array of coprful, less lit-up areas. From there, we have always chosen to dine at one of the most outstanding and exquisite fine Italian dining establishments. It is an ideal venue for family gatherings or romantic dates. The hotel’s charm and ambiance have remained unchanged for years, making it a must-visit destination. We highly recommend exploring more of its offerings! I guarantee you wouldn’t going be disappointed whenever you wanted have beet Italian fine dining come eat over here!

The first room we checked into was dirty, hair in the shower, sheets had a stain, and it felt like the heat was on. They reluctantly moved us to another room which was slightly better. We traveled here so we couldn’t bring a fan and when we called and asked for one, that’s not an amenity they offer…. Staff was helpful while navigating the place but the entire building feels dirty and out dated. Definitely a budget stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service was fast, staff was friendly and the pool was pleasant. Hotel is located on a perfect part of the strip. The casino on the ground floor is not too large, which made it feel more relaxed and less overwhelming than some of the bigger hotels on the Strip. One minor downside was the scent on the ground floor. Like many hotels in Las Vegas, there is a strong artificial fragrance in the air that reminded us of a car air freshener. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
