Our stay was amazing and we jumped on the Linq summer sale and got a great deal on our room. Also the front desk associate Juanita Aguirro offered us exceptional service and informing us about the promotion for new Caesar Rewards signups which we were able to choose 2 free tickets to ride the High Roller and get a great view of Las Vegas at night. She also was able to help us get a great deal on upgrades and it made our trip so much more special. One inconvenient things was that the pool area closed at around 6pm at night and we were not able to make it on the days we were there. Other than that the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Self parking was a bit confusing and the entrance to the parking structure looked very industrial, but we made it work. One of the days we were there, the only automated parking barrier arm was malfunctioning causing traffic delays leaving the structure. Thankfully maintenance arrived and helped us get out, whereas I believe other people lost their patience and just paid for parking to be able to leave because their parking stubs were not being accepted by the machine. Other than all that, great experience all around.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Linq Hotel did not meet our expectations. Check-in was lengthy, there were unexpected fees, and we had to complete the process separately for both rooms. We also encountered issues with our room key not working to access the parking garage, forcing us to print a ticket just to enter. Once inside, parking was extremely limited, and there were long lines just to access the elevators for District 1. The rooms themselves were also underwhelming for the price. They felt quite small, lacked a mini refrigerator, and had very limited storage space consisting of a small area concealed by a curtain. Even basic amenities seemed sparse, with only two pillows provided per bed. Overall, the accommodations did not feel consistent with the cost of the stay. I understand this is a busy weekend with summer vacation and Father’s Day, and I expect larger crowds. However, many of the issues we experienced were operational rather than crowd-related. While one front desk employee was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and apologetic throughout the process, the overall experience left a bad taste in our mouths. For the price paid, I expected a much smoother and more enjoyable stay. That said, I do want to acknowledge that after providing feedback regarding our check-in experience, hotel staff proactively reached out to us, asked how our stay was going, and offered assistance in any way they could to help improve our experience. I appreciated that follow-up and their willingness to address concerns. While it did not completely resolve the issues we encountered, it demonstrated a genuine effort to provide good customer service. Based on our experience, I would recommend that travelers shop around and compare other properties before booking, as there may be better overall values available for a similar price point.

Lots of issues. Coming into the hotel, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody to greet you, no bell staff to help with bags. Just very little interaction with staff that shows how they cut corners with service where it matters. Our hotel room had a musty smell to it and a noisy A/C unit (see video). The fire alarm going off 10am on a Saturday morning doesn't help if you're trying to get some rest here. Gym is worse than your typical apartment gym. There are dumbbells but all the machines are creaky and need a major update. Garage is cramped and our room card did not work with the entrance/exit, so we had to use the call assist to get the gate open. $50 daily resort fee. $20 daily parking fee. $8.66 for a cappuccino. Fees for everything that is typically complimentary at other hotels. It feels like they are trying to nickel-and-dime you every step while providing the bare minimum. This is not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 3 at best. Just got a major ick feeling during our stay.

This hotel is a disaster waiting to happen. Im surprised the fire department has not shut it down. Wife went to plug in iron, sparks nearly shocked her. Inadequate wiring, plus very crowded rooms crammed in like sardines, with inadequate number of exits, plus absolutely no way for a fire truck to ever reach a ladder to our room on 16th floor almost guarantees many will eventually die in a fire in this hotel. Dont bring families or friends here. I can't believe it ever passed fire code. While safety is most important, I will also discuss value. It's the most overpriced hotel ever stayed at. Small rooms. Broken down beds, very uncomfortable. Feel free to pay $8.68 for a cup of coffee that most hotels provide for free, but not for me. Expect a super expensive and undisclosed $49.99 "resort fee" added to all the prices of rooms. Per day. Expect to pay for parking when may hotels include it in price, at least $20 per day. No free breakfast. On the plus side, employees were all friendly and nice. These major drawbacks were not the fault of employees, all were outstanding. Given the "extreme fire danger" to occupants, where the many guests could not possibly exit in time in the likely event of a fire, I can not recommend this hotel. It should be closed down, until, at a minimum, the place is rewired, and adequate exits are installed, at great costs they do not want. They are "betting" gambling with yours and your family's life, that they can collect enough money to pay for all the lawsuits from future fires. Don't stay here ever. It's not the only hotel in Las Vegas trip like this, its a result of way too many rooms crammed into way too small of a space.

Came here on a work trip . The big boss paid for the room. The rooms are so nice and comfortable really love the layout. Only issue I had was that I thought there would be fresh towels after using them. Room service doesn’t seem to come until you check out I assume ? I get it it’s a big hotel lots of rooms I don’t expect them to make the bed or deep clean just picking up the dirty towels and restocking with fresh ones would’ve been nice. Location of this hotel is great . Would stay here again if I come back with family and friends.
