Nice hotel to stay at. Casino, several eateries, and a flamingo exhibit. The rooms are certainly nice, but nothing to write home about. It's a little dated, but not bad. Some of the lobby employees could be friendlier, but they do have to deal with a lot of people throughout the day. Overall, a positive experience

Stayed in a refurbished upgraded room on the 5th floor that was great. Softest mattress ever. Wow. 1 queen and a bunk bed queen! That's 3 queens. A couch and nice bathroom area. View of sphere, nice. Parking was exta on top of resort fee which is disappointing as we checked in at almost 6pm when the pool is closed. Great customer.service

I typically love the flamingo hotel due to its convenient location! I’ve stayed 3 times and this last time was terrible. The spa over charged us and then “lost” my receipt so they couldn’t explain their charges. The WiFi never worked for me and I had to call IT services every 24 hours to get WiFi (poor service in the room so I couldn’t even FaceTime without WiFi). The first time IT told me that I didn’t have authorization to be on the WiFi because my name didn’t appear on their end… weire because I booked it. I was on a call for 40 minutes and they had me do weird things with my WIFI IP address just to use the WiFi. They charged the wrong card on file after I spoke to the front desk about switching cards and they assured me they would charge the correct one. Someone puked in the pool (which the pool party was so fun highly recommend their pool! but gross at the end) but when we asked the floor level housekeeper for a towel because no one had been in our room for 2 days, she gave us attitude and told us that we weren’t in her section and denied us. I called the front desk to get towels which were delivered 7 hours later due to a “shift change”. They finally came to my room at 11 pm… our check out was the next day so we never had a clean room. I had to leave my garbage outside the room to get picked. I doubled checked that I selected room service daily because the house keeper that finally gave us towels, gave us attitude as to why our room wasn’t cleaned claiming that we chose not to clean it. I hope one day the Flamingo can go back to having good service and employees that follow through!

Overall, a wonderful stay! The location and history can't be beat, the rooms were newly renovated and clean, we had a great view of the sphere and the flamingo habitat from our rooms, and most of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great food, gambling, and the Go Pool was the highlight of the trip. I wish I could have stayed another day just to go back to the pool again, it is SO fun. The bar near the check-in desk was really the only disappointment. First time I went, I got a really cruddy old-fashioned with no garnish, even though a jar of maraschino cherries were staring at me from the other end of the bar. No big deal. Until I returned a few hours later to ask for a water, and jokingly asked why I need an ID to get a cup of water (not knowing it's Nevada law). What I said tongue-in-cheek led to the bartender at the moment, Luis, absolutely ripping my head off, yelling down my throat, and refusing to serve me any water even after I showed him my ID. He yelled at me to go ask starbucks down the hall, and kept jeering at me even as I walked away, mouth open in awe. I told him he needs to lighten up, but I think a change of career would be a good idea too. I went straight to the desk at the front and spoke with a manager, and they were super responsive and got me some waters and went to get in touch with the management of the food department. Everything else was great! The person who came to bring our pre-checked luggage to our room gave us an incredible rundown of everything to see and do and great advice, and every other interaction with staff beside that unfortunate one was excellent. Pool staff and bartenders, front desk staff, everyone was helpful and made us feel welcome. The place was clean, central, and such a good experience. I recommend you stay at the Flamingo, and know I will be coming back next time, especially for that pool. Just avoid that bar by the check-in desk and you'll have a great time ;)

We stayed in the Habitat Tower with attraction view. It was perfect. They held our luggage until check in while we went to lunch. Check in with the kiosks was fast and easy. We were on the 9th floor with a great view. Room was clean and the water pressure was amazing. Location is prime! We would definitely stay here again.
