We had an easy check in. If we asked for help or directions everyone was happy to assist. Walking into our room we were happy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found good spots to eat. And the stores we wanted to visit and the concert we went to see was walking distance. Not much of a gambler so can't comment on the casino. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This was genuinely a horrible experience all around the board. As soon as we got to this hotel everyone that we talked to wasn’t very nice. A couple people here and there were cordial but nobody was even the slightest bit nice. Immediately upon getting to my room was very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room as well as how outdated it was. I went up to the front desk very politely asked if there was any chance I could pay for a room upgrade and the lady responded very rudely when she could have just replied I’m sorry we do not but if one becomes available I would be glad to let you know. The thing that frustrated me the most was that I came to Vegas with my mom, my grandma, and my girlfriend, my mother and grandma left when we switched from the Luxor to Excalibur. The room in the Excalibur was under my name on my mom’s end as well as mine. We had the all inclusive package and everytime I tried to use one of the dinner vouchers or the entertainment vouchers they said I couldn’t use it because “ The room was under my moms name so she has to be here in order for her son to use it “. Which was impossible because my mom was thousands of miles away. They didn’t even let me change who was on the room on their end because again she had to be there. So my entire all inclusive and all of its features were wasted because of the incompetence of the hotel staff. I don’t understand how they expected me to solve that problem. All in all was not a good experience and absolutely would not recommend. But definitely book at the Luxor it was wonderful!!

I'm a logo and came here for a family reunion that my brother booked and I had always heard negative things about Excalibur and I was absolutely blown away the customer service. How clean the rooms were. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We went to the tiki bar. The drinks were amazing. They have a great happy hour. We enjoyed the fun time at Dick's bar and I loved how convenient it was to go see the Blue Man group at Luxor. Didn't even have to step out one to go from one casino to another. But we also rented out cabanas and did a a whole plethora of food and drinks and our servers were on point at all times. Definitely booking this again next year for our next family reunion

No idea what people are talking about rude service. Staff i've interacted with are nice. No complaints on the service. Great location and room was nice enough to sleep in. This is a budget friendly hotel, and people shouldn't be expecting fancy rooms and high class service. There's so many rooms in this hotel and they seem to be understaffed with cleaners. So I completely understand that not every room will be consistent. Overall, we will be back if needed a budget hotel in Vegas.

This is not my 1st stay here. We booked the Luxury Tower. It cost more, says newly renovated, facing strip. That means its not facing the hotel pool and parking areas. Not worth it. It faces the side of the NewYork NewYork. Specifically their parking garage. Luxury Tower - Double beds. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were so fluffy it made sleeping uncomfortable. MOLD.... Mold and Mildew in the shower. It was gross. Light fixture was rusting. GFCI plug was falling out of the wall. The floor tile was broken in numerous places. The room still had tape all over walls/window. I am guessing someone decorated this room previously. IMO- this is not newly renovated. Maybe 10+ years ago or they skipped this room. Parking was "included" in my room... until my husband went to get the truck and had to pay to get out. Went to front desk and they gave me a bogus e-mail to get a refund. Buffet: Fantastic! The chef helped with allergies. Food was great. He was very nice and helpful. Overall: I think next Vegas trip I will be staying somewhere else.
