We had an easy check in. If we asked for help or directions everyone was happy to assist. Walking into our room we were happy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found good spots to eat. And the stores we wanted to visit and the concert we went to see was walking distance. Not much of a gambler so can't comment on the casino. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at the Excalibur and we thought it was great - loved staying in a castle! Watch out for the Timeshare people as soon as you enter the hotel before check-in, they caught us coming in and sweet talked us into free tickets for shows as long as we went to a "2 hour presentation" the next day - there was no mention of the word "timeshare" though because if there was we'd have opted out, but we were tired and just wanted to get to our room. After looking into it though we got our money back so it was fine - we just have no interest in a timeshare. Self check in/out was straight forward enough. Staff floating around to help and answer any questions. We got offered to upgrade from a queen to a king room for $5 a day which we did - room was clean, large, had a fridge and plenty towels. No complaints! The bed was extremely comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud. We managed to lock ourselves out of our room safe and a handyman came up to sort it out in no time, the staff are very efficient. Pool area was nice - I would recommend pre-booking the adults only pool if you've no kids. Hotel had plenty amenities - plenty bars and restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shop. We loved the hotel's location best of all - was in a great spot for heading onto the strip and it was only a 30 min walk in the opposite direction to the Las Vegas sign. Will definitely be back one day!

Here’s a polished, natural-sounding review: I stayed here for one night. The hotel is definitely showing its age, and many areas feel outdated. The room was a good size, but it could use a remodel and some modernization. Parking was good and fairly easy to navigate. However, getting to the room through the lobby and casino was a bit confusing at first. For a budget trip or a quick overnight stay, it’s perfectly fine. However, I probably wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay or a family vacation.

Overall, has a pretty good experience staying at the Excalibur. One main concern would be the foul odor that kicks in really strongly as you approach the casino entrance from the Excalibur Parking Garage. The staff and service was great as we were greeted and led to complete the check in registration process. The housekeeping would approach and kindly ask of we needed anything. The casino was quiet in the late evening/morning hours with a couple pf people playing slots/games. The problem would be just so many machines being piled up together and not being able to distinguish the various games so quickly especially when the floor was packed. Good hotel stay as I was assigned a room in solid condition to sleep and get ready comfortably. I would recommend bringing long cables for your chargers as outlets can be far from reach.

Decent hotel for the price. I assumed they would provide all toiletries since it is a Marriott hotel but they didn’t provide conditioner. Not too big of a deal. Only two large restaurants Dick’s and Bucca’s. The rest are fast food. It’s one of the smaller casinos I’ve been to but the rooms are spacious. No fridge or coffee in rooms of course. Highly recommend checking in via the MGM app. The check in lines were ridiculous every time I walked by.
