This hotel was very good. The food was lovely with a different variety every day. They had a live pasta and pizza station every day. The staff went out of their way and put in a lot of effort. For example, they left a birthday cake in the room on my birthday, and the bed was decorated in the shape of a cake with towels and balloons. The aqua park is amazing. My only complaint is that the bathroom could use some renovation, and the duvet covers were old with bubbles on them, which made them uncomfortable (I told the cleaner to change them, but it wasn't done). Other than that, it’s a very good hotel—9/10. It's ideal for families with children.

We had the best time at Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience. A special thank you to Duty Manager Mansour, who went above and beyond to assist us when our son became ill during our stay. His support, care, and professionalism meant so much to us and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We would also like to thank the cleaning team, food team, and bar team—everyone was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The service was excellent throughout our entire stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the food was excellent quality with plenty of choice. The aqua park was fantastic for the kids and kept them entertained every day. It’s a great resort for families. The only thing we would personally change is the loud music around the swimming pools, which played most of the time. We would have preferred the music to be less loud, especially when relaxing. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and truly the best time at Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park. We would happily recommend it and would love to return.

We stayed at Charmillion Gardens Aquapark over the Christmas period, and out of the three resorts we stayed in during our 10 days in Sharm El Sheikh, this was by far the best one. The resort itself is excellent – very well maintained, with great facilities and a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The aquapark was fantastic for families, and the overall cleanliness and layout of the resort were impressive. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made our stay enjoyable. That said, there are two issues I feel management should be aware of: 1. All-Inclusive Drinks Policy We booked an all-inclusive package, so it was surprising to be asked to pay extra for fresh orange juice in the main restaurant during meals. I completely understand paying for premium drinks or bar beverages, but charging for orange juice in the food hall felt inconsistent. When I queried this, staff tried to justify it, but I couldn’t understand why orange juice was chargeable while items like freshly made omelettes by the chef were included. This policy should be clearer and more consistent for all-inclusive guests. 2. Shower Water Temperature (Serious Concern) The more concerning issue was with the shower water temperature in our room. During a shower, the water suddenly became extremely hot without warning. Unfortunately, my 7-year-old child suffered a skin burn as a result. This indicates a serious problem with the water heater or temperature regulation, and it really needs urgent attention, as it could be dangerous for children and other guests. Overall, Charmillion Gardens Aquapark is a great resort and delivered a very enjoyable holiday, which is why I’m still rating it positively. However, I strongly encourage management to review these issues to ensure guest safety and avoid confusion around what “all-inclusive” truly covers. I would happily return again, provided these concerns are addressed.
The Manu Face
The room are large and the bed and pillole are comfortable. The room cleaning leaves a bit to be desired. The breakfast is international full of many dishes, also good the lunch and dinners (every day, often the menù change a bit). Meat and fish are good (better the meat). The service is very good, the staff is always attentive and available.
