Every time I return, I feel the same warmth, happiness, and sense of belonging. From the delicious and varied food to the impeccable service and genuine hospitality, everything is designed to make guests feel welcome. What makes this hotel truly memorable are the people. The staff’s kindness, smiles, and attention to every detail create an atmosphere that feels like coming home. As humans, we don’t always return for a room or a beautiful building, we return for the emotions, for the memories, and for the way people make us feel. Thank you, Castival Hotel, for giving us not just another holiday, but beautiful moments that we carry with us long after we leave. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back.

Amazing Experience !! We stayed there for 5 nights and just loved our time there. The staff were super friendly, and the food was good with plenty of options. The rooms and pool area were clean. While rooms were quite basic for a 5-star hotel, I didn't spend much time inside the room, so I didn't mind. The hotel also offers private beach access, about a 500m walk away, with a complimentary shuttle service.Additional amenities include an in-house spa and wellness center, a salon, a gaming center, a fitness center and many more activities as per your taste. I'll definitely go back if I get the chance.

The location is good, the beach is nice, the rooms are quite outdated, and I really didn’t like the food but overall the location, the pool and beach were nice, the cocktails are limited especially at the pool bar they only make like 4 cocktails but at the lobby bar they are really good barman and there are more options there. I spoke to Angelica from guest relations and she was lovely and listened to my concerns

An Unforgettable, Luxurious Stay at Castival Hotel I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a truly wonderful and luxurious stay at the Castival Hotel from April 15th to April 21st, 2026. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding experience is undoubtedly a reflection of the professional staff, who operate under the brilliant management of Mr. Beytullah and his excellent colleagues: Mr. Mehmet Ali Ulaş, Mr. Gökhan. Together, they lead a team that is clearly dedicated to providing the highest quality hospitality possible to every single guest. I would also like to give a special mention to several incredible staff members who went above and beyond to make my holiday so memorable: Cansu (Buffet Waitress): Her warm, attentive, and seamless service made every meal an absolute delight. Bora, Beren, and Lamia (The Bar Team): These three are fantastic! They always served up perfectly crafted drinks with genuine smiles and great conversation. Razije (Barista): The absolute master of morning coffee—her expertly made beverages were the perfect start to my days. Mustafa: A highly dedicated and hardworking member of the team who was always ready to help with a positive attitude. Thank you to the entire Castival team for a flawless getaway. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning!

Sinan Bolat

The hotel falls short of what you would expect from a 5* resort experience. We visited at the end of April in 2026. The hotel was almost full. Negatives: -The rooms are old and there is a mold/sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Instead of proper shampoos, gels etc. there is a dispenser with a “2 in 1” label that smells the same as hand soap. -There are queues for everything. It’s almost standard to wait 10-15 mins for a drink and 20-30 mins for a burger or pizza. -Beach shuttle service was not available throughout the whole stay. -Spa area had a very heavy smell. Like a basement. Only one sauna was working, half of the other things like steam sauna, salt room, rain room etc did not work. -The towels that were given were not properly cleaned. -For two days, we had the “please clean” sign on the room and no one came. Next day we put do not disturb and they cleaned it (superficially, they only made the bed and restocked the water). Positives: -The gym was really nice and very well equipped. -The staff was friendly, except the receptionist. -The market in the hotel was fairly priced. -The location is good if you want to see some shops. -The beach is really nice. Fully sandy and the sea is shallow.
