We have stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and we loved the place. It was a recommendation from our friend but we were not disappointed. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The food was Turkish but you can find any alternatives. The pool was nice and the weather was perfect. But the best part were the working staff. Mrs Angelika from guest relations is an angel in this earth just like her name. We had a few small issues first but she made sure everything was perfect. She was like a local friend. Also enes and ugur from the bar were really funny and we loved to chat with them and their energy were incredible. Thank you guys! Would definitely stay there again!

My grandmother and I had a wonderful stay at Castival Hotel and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and well cared for. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes to choose from. What impressed us most was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made our holiday even more enjoyable. We also loved the pool area, the beach, and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything was well organized, and we felt comfortable and safe during our entire stay. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We are leaving with wonderful memories and would happily return in the future. We highly recommend Castival Hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Amazing Experience !! We stayed there for 5 nights and just loved our time there. The staff were super friendly, and the food was good with plenty of options. The rooms and pool area were clean. While rooms were quite basic for a 5-star hotel, I didn't spend much time inside the room, so I didn't mind. The hotel also offers private beach access, about a 500m walk away, with a complimentary shuttle service.Additional amenities include an in-house spa and wellness center, a salon, a gaming center, a fitness center and many more activities as per your taste. I'll definitely go back if I get the chance.

Room had bedbugs, bathroom had black mold and several other issues. I asked for a different room and got it the day after. New room was fine, but I had to sleep on the infested mattress the first day. I paid extra for the sea view, fortunately I got the room I paid for and the view is nice. Room cleaning is horrible. I see my hair in the exact same spots after the lady was done 'cleaning'. Food follows the same pattern - plates, chairs, tables - overall everything is between kind of dirty to very dirty. Staff, except the reception and animation staff, is either miserable (one almost feels sad for them) or very rude (when you ask them anything, they act as if they're doing you a huge favour). Food itself is good or average, depends on the day. The hotel doesn't follow their schedule properly, for example: the beach snack is supposedly until 17:00, but expect it to be almost empty of food from 15:00. They don't cook anything new from around 14:00. I love going to the Sauna, but the Spa smells off, so I didn't go at all.
