Honest review as a young couple that spent a week here. Overall, we have a great time. The sun, the view, the food was amazing. When we first got there we had a standard room, for the money we paid I wasn’t the happiest as we was right next to a walkway and didn’t have a nice view, it was just of white doors of the other rooms. My partner went to ask if there was any option to change the room and we managed to get a room change and upgrade to a loft room at the end of the row so it was so private and the view was amazing. Everything about this room was perfect for us and big credit to the hotel for swapping our room for us so easily. Aircon in the room is great, everything was so clean, fresh towels every day and water delivered to the room. Overall the food in the hotel was stunning we went for the half board option, the breakfast was amazing this was all you can eat, the dinner was also amazing, this was a set menu everyday so i was sceptical about this as it doesn’t really cater to food preferences. However, every night i left full and really enjoyed it. We went out for dinner one night and swapped our half board meal to lunch instead of dinner, this meant we could choose from a big menu rather than a set menu, the lady’s running the restaurant, sorry i’m not sure on names, a lady with brown curly hair taking the orders and a lady with short black hair taking us to our seats, both so polite and kind throughout the whole week. We rented a car from the hotel, also got an upgraded one for £60 for the day, that was amazing we drove 5 minutes away to a boat dock where we hired a boat for 3 hours and then to lindos in the evening both were amazing, definitely recommend this instead of paying 50£ there and 50£ back from lindos or rhodes towns. However, when we first arrived at the hotel i feel like a lot of how the hotel works wasn’t explained to us, i didn’t know much about the olive reasturant at all till the end, and we didn’t know they was changing drinks to our room as we left money for drinks on the first night, and we didn’t know the drinks were included at breakfast. The cleaning lady was lovely and she did a great job, however even when the room was on do not disturb she still came in to clean. There isn’t too much I can fault with the hotel, but overall I do think it’s overpriced as the main point of the hotel was just the nice view, if that was taken away it wouldn’t be worth it. I’ve been to other 5* hotels which i have enjoyed more, more food options, better location, they’ve had nicer bar areas/indoor bar areas with entertainers, as after dinner there wasn’t much to do rather than go to bed if u wasn’t fancying a drink. I did enjoy my stay and it was super relaxing, the biggest negative just being the price for what u get.

We came here for our 5th wedding anniversary and baby moon and the service did not disappoint. From the moment we landed the hotel staff were incredible. We got to our hotel a bit later as our flight was delayed and the staff left us some bites to eat and allowed us to quickly get something from the restaurant even though it was closing in 10 minutes. They were very helpful with my pregnancy and were super accommodating, ensuring that I was well protected and looked after. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very healthy. There were so many options and I loved that there were also alot of healthy options. Need a top of drinks, you don’t even have to worry to get this for yourself, the staff were super quick to respond to your every need. Staff ensured the meals were safe for me to eat and well prepared. The room we stayed in was a decent size and had everything we needed. I had to get extra pillows to support my back and they were so quick to supply this. The overall service was impeccable. Staff seemed so happy to help and were genuinely happy with working there. We had a lovely lady Lisa who was always asking us if we were ok and needed anything extra. Staff were always smiling and willing to help. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending to our friends 💛 Thank you Casa Cook for such a lovely time.

We stayed at Casa Cook Rhodos for five days on our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning, effortlessly beautiful and incredibly Instagrammable in every corner. The design, atmosphere, and attention to detail create a calm, luxurious vibe that feels both stylish and relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive at the highest level, yet never intrusive. They genuinely made us feel cared for and ensured that everything we needed was taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Melissa, who welcomed us at the restaurant every time with unmatched kindness, and to Chrysa at the pool, whose positive energy and joyful service made every visit a delight. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, featuring private pools and comfortable sunbeds that made it easy to unwind. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful honeymoon surprise, a fruit platter, cake, and champagne, which set the tone perfectly. The hotel offers two beautiful pools - one heated and one not, both equally enjoyable. The spa and massage treatments were also very good and added to the overall relaxing experience. Breakfast is a rich and varied buffet, while dinner is served from a daily changing menu that combines Greek cuisine with international flavors, making each evening feel fresh and exciting. If we had to point out any downsides, it would be that water is not included at dinner and throughout the stay, and there is no coffee machine in the rooms. Aside from that, this hotel is close to perfect, and we highly recommend it, especially for couples looking for a romantic and stylish getaway.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Cook Rhodes. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and beautifully done. The room was amazing — stylish, comfortable, and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. The food was consistently great throughout our stay, and every meal felt fresh and well thought out. What really stood out though was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We also used the spa facilities and had a massage, which was a highlight. Everything was very professional and it was genuinely one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had — especially after a long flight. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be going back, and I can fully recommend Casa Cook Rhodes to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay.

Amazing place, we came here last year for our honeymoon, and enjoyed it so much we came back for our anniversary and my birthday. It's perfect for couples - wouldn't recommend it as much for families or large groups, but if you want a romantic quiet place this is the place. Spacious rooms, all rooms have either private or shared (but still pretty private) pools, along with a nice, comfortable main pool next to the restaurant and bar. Our first time we were upgraded to a two-floor suite that we enjoyed, this time we were upgraded to a villa we absolutely fell in love with. The half-board dinner is consistently great, and the breakfast buffet, although not the most varied, is still satisfying and tasty. The service is amazing and all the employees, especially the bar/restaurant servers, are welcoming and nice. The drinks in the bar are a little expensive, but if you like cocktails - definitely try the casa zombie! The hotel's location is a little far from the city center and the airport (about a 35 minute drive) but if you rent a car it's not big issue. We barely left the hotel anyways. I also want to commend Marina the guest relations manager (if I got the name right), she was welcoming and hospitable and made us feel at home from the first moment we got here!
