My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every modern amenity imaginable. Waking up to panoramic views and relaxing on the private balcony was a dream. I had the pleasure of meeting Mariela during my visits to the Bvlgari Hotel lobby, and I want to thank her for her amazing service. The first time I met her, she recommended the tea, and it was absolutely wonderful. On my next visit, she suggested a dessert, which was also outstanding. Her thoughtful recommendations and warm hospitality made both experiences memorable. Truly excellent service thank you, Mariela!

Stayed 3 nights with them. Great beach and location. However I booked a beach view room and was given a room facing support staff on the first floor. In addition the lights in our rooms flickered all night and we did not have water one whole night. When I brought this up I was offered $100. Not sure how this place equates to a five star experience. Probably better places to stay in Dubai if you’re paying this much.

It was a mixed experience. One of the highlights was the staff member named Siqi who guided us to our room. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. However, I did find the room itself a bit on the small side for the price point, and the ceilings were a little low, which made it feel somewhat cramped. Also, the beach wasn’t particularly impressive—everything just felt a bit smaller than expected. We also had a bit of an issue with breakfast delivery. We called the front desk in the morning, and they said they’d have it sent up, but it never arrived. When we went downstairs to check, we found out that the kitchen hadn’t even been notified. Eventually, we only got breakfast around 11:30, and it was quite average in terms of taste and variety.

I saw Raja Furqan's fantastic and informative pictures of a beautiful yatch tagged at this location and booked immediately! however I was sorely disappointed when the yatch was not there only a hotel. very expensive to not be on a boat in troo Dubai style. very disappointing but was a good hotel nonetheless. I thank Raja for the service. please make him a profeshenal guide his reviews are so informational
