For the price I was happy. But just be aware that there was a few maintenance issues. No one took us to our room so we ended up lost and they didnt inform us that you can get free access to the hot tub area. Despite that the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for the price. However the beds were super hard and uncomfortable. I liked how the hotel wasnt massive, and not over run either. The food was absolutely excellent, the best food ive had in an all inclusive holiday. The drinks selection was spot on, all the proper brands - the beers were sam magel. We took part in the activities and made some friends whilst we were there. Overall a good experience, but maybe could do with new beds and a bit more information on arrival.

I was so excited to stay in this hotel, but left disappointed. Our room was quite worn out, fridge was so dirty inside we didn’t use it. The worst thing was the sewage smell which was coming from somewhere where the toilet was. The door to the toilet wasn’t able to be fully closed because of a gap and the smell was coming to the bedroom too, that just ruined the whole stay for us. So many reviews mentioning the same thing, why isn’t anything done about this? We called reception about it but nothing was done. The food was very average and repetitive every day. The fried stuff like chicken nuggets, calamari, churros or hash browns was a joke, it was so hard, tasted of old cooking oil and was inedible. We enjoyed the paella and salmon though. In our 4 night stay we got the room cleaned only once but didn’t receive any “special treatment” as they mentioned at our arrival . If we had to go every day to reception and say “we didn’t get our room cleaned today” to receive any special treatment for it, it should be mentioned. I thought that the room service staff would make notes and would tell the reception/management which rooms got cleaned and which didn’t. The all inclusive cocktails tasted so sweet and cheap, we had just the beers or wine. Honestly my last all inclusive scam I ever fell for. Also, all these 5star reviews all over your google reviews page for free 360’ video thing is yet another scam in my opinion.

The hotel is located only a minutes walk from the town which is amazing. the rooms and the hotel itself is cleanly and the entertainment is good at night. It’s very quiet during the day and at night. the staff are mostly friendly however some staff in the kitchen weren’t the nicest and didn’t take complaints about raw food well. The food is very limited and most times we went to the buffet the food wasn’t replenished and you could tell it had been out all day, we had to eat out most nights even though we paid for the all inclusive package but overall it was a nice hotel.

Lovely 10 day stay. Weather not been the best but hotel staff and particularly the animation couple made our stay really fun. They both worked so hard to engage with the guests and keep us all entertained. So friendly, mixed activities throughout the day.

We’ve just arrived back from a 7 night stay and we had an amazing time. The hotel is located very close to the strip, music square and beach. The hotel is well maintained by the lovely cleaning team. Special thanks to all the staff who made our stay amazing the reception staff were always helpful and friendly and a shout out to Davide from the day animation team who is just a bundle of positivity. Thank you for a lovely stay. Mel, Dan & Lily 🙂 we will be back.
