My son took part in the pottery workshop at the Kids Club, and he had such a wonderful experience. Berna was incredibly kind and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. She made the workshop fun, engaging, and enjoyable, and my son absolutely loved it. Thank you, Berna, for making his experience so special. Your kindness and enthusiasm truly made a difference!

I just want to say a huge thank you for all the staff during my time at the hotel, especially the chefs and Nulifar. I came with my mum and my brother who has downs syndrome and coeliac disease and since the minute we walked into the hotel Nulifar has been amazing, constantly helping us out and is such a lovely lady, so find and thoughtful. The chefs have been making gluten free food for my brother for every meal for the 10 days here and they have all gone out of their ways to do so especially when my brother was craving certain food! They are so friendly and nice. Nulifar and the chefs also areanged a special birthday treat for my brother! The location is great! Ideal for families and those people who want a chilled holiday. The food and drinks were great too. The entertainment staff were really nice and friendly with us; actually all the staff at the hotel were great. We had a room in one of the villas and that was nice and cozy. The pool was massive and had slides for those who have kids and lots of little parks for kids. The beach was decent too, some pebbles but also lots of sand. There is so much greenery and fruit trees. They even have rabbits, ducks, a turtle and hedgehog that we saw. Thank you everyone

We had a wonderful holiday experience where everything was perfect and no detail was overlooked. The general atmosphere of the facility and the amenities provided were far beyond our expectations. Everything is well-integrated and close to each other, which made our holiday very convenient. The room comfort and mattress quality were excellent, ensuring we had a very restful stay. The beach is very long, and the sunbeds are plentiful, so we never had any issues finding a spot to enjoy the sea. The same goes for the pool area, where there were always enough sunbeds available. Additionally, the on-site aquapark added a lot of fun to our days. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made our holiday unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

I had visited this hotel several times before and had always left completely satisfied. For that reason, I chose it again for our honeymoon without any hesitation. Looking back, it was definitely the right decision, as we had an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized and professional. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, just as I remembered. The rooms, common areas, and pool surroundings were always spotless. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable, while the food was excellent both in quality and variety. Despite the hotel being busy, the service standards never dropped. The buffets were continuously replenished, and every detail was carefully managed. One of the things that makes this hotel truly special is its staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to guest satisfaction. I would especially like to thank Quality Manager Ms. Ebru and Assistant General Manager Mr. Tahsin for their kindness, professionalism, and support throughout our stay. Their attention and care contributed greatly to making our honeymoon even more memorable. Because of my previous positive experiences, I chose this hotel for one of the most important trips of our lives—our honeymoon—and once again I was reminded that it was the perfect choice. We leave with wonderful memories and would like to thank the entire team for making our stay so special. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.

I stayed here with my two children (ages 5 and 9) and we had a wonderful experience! The Mini Club staff were incredibly kind and offered a wide variety of activities. One of the staff members, Berna, spent the whole time with my kids, speaking to them in both German and English, which made them feel very comfortable and happy. Every evening there was a kids’ disco and entertaining shows that added so much fun to our stay. My children truly had a fantastic time, and I’m very grateful for the warm and caring atmosphere provided by the team.
