We love this hotel ! This is our 4th consecutive year at the Barceló Corralejo Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond any requests made of them. The buffet breakfast has a vast range of selection as does the evening buffet. The choice on the lunchtime a la carte menu if the best - with great choices and great food. The hotel is clean throughout and well maintained. Location is very close to both the local shops and the lovely sandy beach. Ideal for relaxing, exploring and sightseeing....

We had a lovely stay at Corralejo Bay - the hotel is well presented and nicely laid out, and the pool area had plenty of space and felt nicely enclosed. There’s a beach just over the road, and the souvenir shops are all very close. Highly recommend the tiki bar a few mins walk along the beachfront to the left - this was a recommendation from Luca who led the free cocktail making session which I also highly recommend. The painting and pottery sessions were also free and very worth signing up for! The spa access was very reasonable at €17, and the 10-step recommended route through is excellent. Good-sized balconies and rooms, too. And a short walk away from the water park which is also worth a trip! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is my fourth visit to this hotel. The staff are wonderful, most helpful in every respect and every department. The food offers a wide selection catering to all tastes at each mealtime. The rooms are spacious, clean and up-to-date with plenty of room to relax as well as sleep. Even the balconies are a good size. The level of personal interest and care from all members of staff is exceptional. Special mention must go to Leah Babikova, the Guest Experience Manager, who remembers us each time we come and gives us her time without exception on each visit. Many thanks to all the staff who work so hard to make this hotel a home from home.

We had an amazing stay at this Barcelo hotel. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Special mention to Julia on Guest Relations as well as bar staff Bruno and Tryss. Our room was spotlessly clean and luxurious. The cleaning staff do an excellent job to ensure the hotel stays in pristine condition. The bed was really comfortable and bathroom was modern. Pool areas were amazing and also well kept. Close to the old town on Corralejo with access the beach within 50 metres. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

We have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our holiday at Barcelo Bay Hotel! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our room is amazing with a whirlpool tub! I enjoyed the aqua fit on Tuesday and Emmeline was a fantastic instructor! She made it fun and a good work out! 👏 We also enjoyed the Painting experience and had personal instructions about best techniques as well as a wonderful souvenir to take home! We absolutely love the breakfast offer and the evening meals different themes each night. We were looked after by so many lovely staff ...special mention to Frederico, Dori and Ana and so many others. The evening entertainment has something for everyone! Last night was a fabulous performance of Flamenco and Last week we saw She United ....a wonderful performance! We still have 3 more days left and are looking forward to more fun and experiences. We have booked the Pottery class tomorrow and will enjoy pool side relaxing and another walk into town and to the docks too. Looking forward to returning soon! Thanks to all at Barcelo Bay for helping make amazing memories ✨️ ❤️ Also just to add: Pottery class was fab! We learned some cool techniques from Kitty and have made some pots and trays to take home...wonderful way to relax and be creative! Thanks Kitty!
