We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for a family vacation! The location is very convenient, right next to The Land of Legends, which makes it easy to enjoy the attractions nearby. The food was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options every day. The large swimming pool was a huge attraction for the children and provided lots of fun throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to families!

Our stay at the hotel was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and that set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special mention must go to Dilyara at the reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, helped us with everything we needed, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her kindness and dedication really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel itself has so much to offer that it’s hard to know where to begin. The facilities are exceptional — the spa is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect escape after a long day. We also enjoyed the massage services, which were top-notch and left us feeling completely refreshed. The gym is very well-equipped, clean, and ideal whether you want a quick workout or a full training session. Everything about the hotel reflects quality and attention to detail, from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about anything. We genuinely loved our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming stay. The hotel its self is great. The rooms are great and the house keeping service is great too. I became very unwell on holiday and asked for a doctor, I was told there was no doctor as it was out of hours, I asked the young boy to call me an ambulance as I can't breath properly, he looked at me blankly. I left and I had to struggle walking to a pharmacy down the road to get an ambulance. When I spoke to the guest service manager the next day ( I was still unwell) he tried to quite me down and said, well youre better now, to which I replied, I wasnt. There's much more to this. But I spent most of ny holiday in the riom as when I was sat still I was ok but walking was so bad. I flew home, I had to ask for oxygen on the plane. I went to my local A&E department, I had a double pulmonary Embolism, I could of died. The hospital team, said it was a miracle I didnt die. The hotel need to do better, when it comes to someone asking for help when unwell. I will never come back to this hotel. The guest manager knew I was unwell and never checked on me knowing I was in my room unwell.

We recently stayed at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & SPA and honestly had such a great experience. From the first day, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed, which really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well looked after, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The atmosphere around the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable, making it easy to switch off and enjoy the holiday. The food was also a pleasant surprise — there was a good variety every day and we always found something tasty to eat. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the SPA was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. What stood out most was the overall atmosphere and the people working there. Everyone genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a good time, and that made a big difference.
