What stood out most was how happy and engaged the staff clearly are — it genuinely enhances the entire experience and speaks volumes about the hotel’s management and culture. A very special thank you to Sherif, the night manager, who was extremely professional, kind, and accommodating during our 3am check-in. Being pregnant, I was especially appreciative of the level of care, attention, and calm efficiency he showed — it was beyond impressive and made a huge difference. Well done to The Royal for delivering such an exceptional level of management, service, and overall experience. The lounge is a great addition to our experience, the staff and food exceptional. The ambiance was exquisite, with soft lighting and elegant decor that set the perfect mood for a memorable evening. I started with a refreshing appetizer, followed by a beautifully cooked main course that exceeded my expectations. After dinner, I took a leisurely stroll through the hotel, marveling at the luxurious amenities and the sophisticated atmosphere that surrounded me. We just jumped in to have some insight of the place. We passed by many times during construction in the last couple of years and wanted to see the outcome which I must confess beyond any imagination. Staff was extremely kind from gate security through valet parking to lobby bar service. Exterior and interior architecture are both exceptional. Quality of facilities inside and outside are beyond imagination. Horticulture design, beaches, pools are breathtaking. I do not think that I have seen any place like this where pursue of perfection is successfully reached. Congratulations.

We enjoyed the 1 night complementary stay as Black Member. Always amazing and had a relaxing time. Room was so nice and relaxing. Good view and comfy beds and pillows. Spent whole day relaxing at Cloud 22 , followed by a great Dinner at Carbone Dubai. Valet service was fast and efficient. Receptionist and every staff were friendly and accommodating. Always good to come back each time.
