We had an amazing two-night family stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is very family-friendly and offers a great environment for children. We visited during a very busy period over the Eid holiday, yet the team remained professional, organized, and attentive throughout our stay, which was highly appreciated. There are, however, two areas where I believe improvements could be made: 1. The hotel would benefit from some renovation and modernization. While the property is well maintained, it feels somewhat dated for a five-star hotel. 2. The dining experience could be enhanced. The main breakfast restaurant was excellent, with a great selection and quality of food. However, one of the other restaurants did not meet the same standard. The prices were relatively high compared to the quality of the food and overall experience. It may be worthwhile to review the current restaurant offerings and consider upgrading the dining concepts to better align with the hotel’s five-star positioning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future.

This thoughtful gesture and personalized service made our stay even more memorable and demonstrated genuine care for guest satisfaction. A special appreciation to all the support staff who were always warm, responsive, and eager to help with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication added a personal touch that made a real difference. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay. I recently visited Mekong restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with great flavors and presentation, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Our waiter, Soe Nay Arnish, was exceptionally attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially thanks to the outstanding service provided by Soe Nay Arnish. I will certainly be coming back again.
