Important Notes

Please be aware that starting November 2026 planned enhancement works will be starting and ending Q3 2027.

Anantara The Palm Dubai will be carrying out a phased renovation from November 2026 to January 2028. The resort will remain open throughout.

The renovations will include the Beach Pool Villas, Over Water Villas, adults-only Lotus Rooms, main lobby, Lotus Lounge, main pool, Anantara Spa and The Beach House. A new sea-facing ballroom will also be added.

Beach Pool Villas will close in stages from November 2026 and are expected to reopen from July 2027.

Lotus Rooms and Over Water Villas will close from March 2027, with the Lotus Rooms expected to reopen in October 2027 and the Over Water Villas in December 2027.

The main pool, Mai Bar, main lobby and Lotus Lounge will also temporarily close during the works, with reopening dates between April and June 2027.

The Anantara Spa and The Beach House will close later in 2027 and are expected to reopen in January 2028.

The lagoon pools, private beach, fitness centre, tennis, padel court and kids' club will remain open as normal.

Some restaurants will change during the renovation, but guests will still have dining options available throughout.

While the main lobby is closed, check-in and check-out will take place at the Residences lobby.

Guests may experience some construction noise or visual impact near the renovation areas. Works will generally take place between 8am and 8pm.

As a goodwill gesture, eligible guests staying between November 2026 and March 2027 will receive meal-plan upgrades, subject to the minimum stay requirements.

Overall, the resort will remain open, with renovations taking place in stages to minimise disruption to guests.

Mekong

Bushman's Restaurant and Bar

• Enjoy prime cuts of meat and beautiful seafood prepared under Parilla grills and charcoal ovens followed by cheeses and dessert of your choice.

The Beach House

• Mediterranean specialties are served in this light and airy restaurant throughout lunch and dinner hours.

The Lotus Lounge

• Savour International cuisine and refreshments in a contemporary setting.

Mai Bar

• Perfect for pool service until 8pm each evening, snacks, light lunches and a plethora of refreshments can be enjoyed here.

Revo Cafe

• Cafe style dining which can be enjoyed inside the Dubai coffee house or outside on the terrace with beautiful views.

Private dining on the beach or in-room combining the exotic flavours of Arabic with Mediterranean and seafood classics ensures a beautiful finishing touch to an already romantic and indulgent break.

The Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort half board and full board supplements are on a dine-around basis and available in the following restaurants:

• Crescendo – buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Mekong – 3 course dinner from the a la carte menu
• Bushman’s Restaurant and Bar – 3 course dinner from the a la carte menu
• The Beach House – 3 course lunch and dinner from the a la carte menu
• Revo – a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner
• The HB and FB supplements are not available at Mai Bar (pool bar), Lotus Lounge Bar and for in-room dining - charges are applicable for all a la carte menu items
• The dine around option is not available on Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with free half board meals only offered in Crescendo
