I had a great stay at the hotel. The property is new, luxurious, and very well maintained. The services were excellent, and the staff were kind, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay very comfortable. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if the breakfast menu could be more diversified on a daily basis to avoid repeating the same dishes too often. Also, the kids’ area could benefit from more frequent cleaning and adding a pleasant scent to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

I am a namjay member and I took the signature massage for me and my wife. It was amazing. In fact i frequent anantara at palm beach. I found therapists amazing. Thank you Rem and Sara for such a blissful experience. Only thing was it eneded too soon :). Also Musa at the reception was very polite and explained about the therapy well. Keep up the good work. While I was praying in the prayer room at Anantara Downtown Hotel, I forgot an amount of cash totaling AED 2,000. A staff member named Youssef found the money and made a great effort to search for me in order to return it. I offered him a reward, but he politely declined and said, “Thank you, this is my duty.” I would like to extend my special thanks and sincere appreciation to this employee for his honesty and integrity. I kindly request the respected management to recognize and reward him for his outstanding behavior. I would also like to thank the hotel management for their honesty, excellent conduct, and warm hospitality.

We had a very enjoyable experience at the hotel. The facilities were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything was easy to access, and the environment felt welcoming and relaxing. The dinner was another highlight . The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety of dishes. The dining staff were attentive and made the experience even better. Overall, we was very satisfied with both the facilities and the dinner. We would gladly return and recommend it to others.

I visited the Mood Bar at Anantara Downtown Hotel and I had a really nice time. I tried the Anantara burger, the burrata and cherry tomato salad, and an Espresso Martini. Everything was great. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for enjoying good food and drinks. The service was excellent. I would definitely come back.
