The best hotel experience I have had ! Al Messila Resort is described as Nestled between desert sands and the vibrant city of Doha, Al Messila Luxury Collection Resort and Spa invites guests to an oasis of indigenous scented gardens. The 5-star spa hotel offers the best spacious rooms in Doha, signature suites, and luxury private villas with pools, providing a unique lifestyle and epicurean experiences. Enjoy the outdoor pool, relax at the 14,000-square-meter Al Messila Spa, and explore various dining options l I can honestly say this is 💯 correct and my review below does not begin to do this luxury resort enough credit, all I can say is that you have to experience staying in this hotel to understand what I mean. . The room was large and spotless, and cleaned daily- such so much attention to detail on daily room service I always say you judge a hotel by the staff and all of them were truly amazing and could not do enough for us . From Mary who we met initially at the Deli Kitchen, the amazing pool team - sham and Faizal and so many others . Every member of the team was friendly, polite , and genuinely caring - they made our stay even more special The daily breakfast was fit for a king with so many top quality food options with table service. We also loved the Blue flames BBQ, pool food on Thursday. the Taj Rasooi served the best biriyani and butter chicken I have ever tasted (that’s saying something ) and Persia Restaurant served even better food and like the rest of the hotel staff again all waiters and waitresses were so friendly and helpful. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave this place, a must for anyone wanting to visit Doha and Qatar with family and friends.

We couldn't choose between two Marriott group Premium hotel in Doha, so we stayed in both. Al Messila and Sharq Village and Spa. The Al Messila is the better one in most ways. Al Messila feels more relaxed, because there is more space, it's much more modern, the employees seem less rushed and better trained. In both hotels we had a 2 bedroom suite / villa. The food at Al Messila was better with more choice. The Indian street food buffet (Fridays) was amazing. Great 4 cocktails/mocktails plus snack for 99 QR deal (daily). We had several delicious deserts (cakes) and tried 'Afternoon tea' with delicious scones, 4 savoury and 5 sweet bites. Wonderful. The grand pool temperature at Al Messila was 3 degrees higher compared to Sharq (at 32 degrees Celsius), which was a gorgeous temperature. Easier to find a shady sun lounger at Al Messila. Sharq seems to attract more Russians where Al Messila attracts more European guests. So if you are Russian you may prefer Sharq as many employees speak some Russian. Kids club much larger at Al Messila (although free at Sharq and 55 QR per day at Al Messila). The set up at Sharq meant going through a freezing cold (airconditioned) courtyard every time when coming back from the beach which I thought was annoying. Annoying at both hotels: Sharq was in the departure of a private jet airport thus expect aircraft noise. Al Messila (no disrespect intended), is next to a mosque, and non-moslims may be bothered by the frequent calls for prayer. Friday especially. Better at Sharq: The cabanas at Al Messila were uncomfortably hot, where Sharq's were cooler and consisted of one large mattress (rather than two separate single mattresses), which was much, much nicer for a family. Sharq has a (sandy) beach with a stunning views of the skyscraper skyline (especially at night). Mind you, the beach was not perfect with small sometstones in the sand around the water line. Dispite those, we would come back to the Al Messila, and buy a day pass at a private beach like Beach Club for one day of beach during our stay. Uber is dirt cheap in Doha. Al Messila hotel quality, food quality, and staff friendlyness were some of the best I have ever seen after about 500 Marriott nights.

Was absolutely amazing would highly recommend and love to come back. The hotel is stunning with really good facilities and the staff made it feel even better they seemed genuinely happy and cheerful and always willing to help your stay feel even better than it already was. The buffet breakfast was also extremely good. Would like to give thanks to Kennedy the poolside assistant for being genuinely great helpful guy, Waqas the chauffeur for parking our car and always greeting us with a smile and Amaar the concierge for his services all the staff are a great credit to Al Messila and really made it feel like a 5star experience the hotel itself is luxurious was so good I want to go back.

Inappropriate response to a guest I am a long-time member of the health clubs at The Ritz-Carlton Doha and Sheraton Doha, having joined since 20 years . Recently, I became a member under the unified Katara Hospitality membership program, which includes Al Messila Resort as well. During one of my visits to the Al Messila Spa & Health Club, I experienced an unpleasant situation with the Director of Spa, Ms. Claudia. I had some observations regarding the placement and positioning of certain gym equipment, which I believe affect both privacy and comfort for members. I happened to meet Ms. Claudia by chance, and I politely asked if she was a staff member. She replied that she is the Director of the Health Club. I told her that was great and that I wished to share some feedback about the gym layout. However, before I could explain, she interrupted me and said that the club was designed by a professional company and that they decided on the equipment layout. Her tone and manner were dismissive and gave me the impression that my feedback was not important or welcome. As a loyal member for nearly two decades, I was disappointed by this interaction. I believe that courtesy, respect, and attentive service are fundamental values of hospitality, especially in such prestigious establishments. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed, and that steps be taken to ensure all members feel heard and respected when sharing their feedback. My recent stay at Le Mesila Luxury Resort was absolutely mind-blowing – truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The breakfast at Deli Kitchen International was too good, full of variety and taste that made every morning special. The dinner at Raj Rasoi left us speechless – authentic flavors that filled not only our stomachs but also our hearts. A special thanks to Loyal from Raj Rasoi, who ensured we had the most satisfying and delightful dining experience. At the front reception, we were welcomed by a tall gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, but his professionalism, politeness, and kindness touched us deeply. He was especially warm and caring toward my son, which we truly appreciated. A big thanks also goes to Mr. Abhiroop for his excellent service. But above all, I must give special honor and heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Hareesh. He is truly the man behind making our stay unforgettable. From arranging our stay with perfection to recommending the resort, he personally ensured every hour that all facilities were in place for us. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care stood out. The way he went above and beyond to make us comfortable deserves not just thanks but the highest praise. People like him are the true gems of hospitality, and he should be specially appreciated and congratulated for his remarkable service.
