Seamless check-in at reception. Lucy, Shamim, and Njma were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel environment was peaceful, clean, and very conducive to a relaxing stay. We had a late appointment at the clinic, and the reception team was kind enough to extend our check-out time, which we truly appreciated. Their flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety of delicious options.
