Recently stayed at Rotana Hotel and had a very nice experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ms. Najma for being so kind and helpful during my stay. She was always polite, supportive, and made us feel very comfortable. Her kindness really made a difference. I really enjoyed having breakfast here every morning. The food was always fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from. What made the experience even better was the amazing staff. A big thank you to Diane, Ahmed, Rabab, and Lucky for always being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They greeted guests with genuine smiles and went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. I was also impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The breakfast area was always spotless and inviting. Their hard work and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you all for making each morning such a pleasant start to the day!

We waited 4.5 hours to check in. We arrived around 2pm of Wed, and was able to check in by 6:30pm. They did not plan for Eid holidays well, i'm guessing the guests that arrived a day earlier than us were checked in late too and perhaps requested for a late check out, hence the domino effect. Best they could do was refund me the room upgrade as a a compensation but we were still asked to check out around 12pm of Friday. I enjoyed the sauna but we couldn't use the small pool as it was always full with kids. Nevertheless, the room was nice, creek view was nice and the half board buffet were delicious. I hope they manage their reservations smoothly next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and all staff members were professional, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with small beds available for children, which made our family stay even more convenient. Room service was also excellent. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The swimming pool was large, clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for families. A special thanks to Addi, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for holidays, family gatherings, and special occasions. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and it was one of our best stays. Customer service was excellent from the valet to the front desk and all the staff. Special thanks to Najma for upgrading us to a creek view room and surprising us with an anniversary cake. She is so kind. Love her! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We loved the coffee machine, relaxing in the bathtub, and how accessible it is, you can easily ride a taxi boat across the creek to try different restaurants. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it. I just wish we had booked a little later since Kimi mentioned private pool rooms will be opening soon!
