Absolutely fantastic hotel. The accommodation and staff from top to bottom were flawless. Well worth going all inclusive. Food was delicious (especially the desserts), and enjoyed the pool areas which were plenty around, especially for the kids. Please book one of the restaurants (we eat at the Greek Luculus that was delicious and highly recommend). Had a root to the beach which was perfect with stunning views and a gorgeous blue ocean. Andrei and the rest of the entertainment staff during the evening were very friendly and entertained the kids from start to finish. The hotel rooms were very clean (beds and pillows could be better as didn’t get much sleep) and nicely designed. Only critique I felt was the photographers who were trying every evening to get a photo (€10 each) with myself and my family when we were not interested. 20 minute drive from the airport which was convenient and even more so the old town that was also another 20 minutes from the hotel, a must place to visit which was stunning. What an incredible holiday! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. This was a true 5-star experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with Rhodes Old Town just a short taxi ride away. Taxis were always easy to find and ran regularly, making it simple to explore the island while still enjoying the peace and comfort of the hotel. The hotel itself was immaculate. Everywhere was spotless, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, and the facilities were excellent. Having the mini market, gift shops, and spa on site was a real bonus and made everything so convenient. The food was outstanding, with an incredible variety at every meal. There was so much choice that everyone would find something they enjoyed, and the quality was excellent throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Andrei, Anis, and all of the girls from the entertainment team. You genuinely made our holiday. Your enthusiasm, friendliness, and ability to make everyone feel welcome from day one was amazing. You all worked incredibly hard and brought such a brilliant atmosphere every single day. Thank you to every member of staff for making our stay so memorable. We’ve come home with memories we’ll treasure for years to come and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and truly first-class holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my stay in rhodes but not in this hotel i wouldnt say this is 5* more like a 3* i have stayed in 3* hotels before which i have had better experience then this hotel. I have been here for 10 nights with family including children. The hotel look is picture perfect but the staff are rude and not really approachable or helpful the rooms are not cleaned i had to strip our beds and empty my bin and leave it outside the door for them to do there job also I do bring cleaning wipes as I think its not just the cleaners job but when I complaint that my bathroom hadn't been cleaned i got told this is not part of the service! i had complaint 4 times in 2 days about this then spoke to milena the tui rep she was so helpful. Food wise yes there is different places for food but they all have the same food on dinner and tea time not a great deal for picky.eaters. Public transport shocking never on time always full. Manolis on reception is the only friendly one on there absolutely brilliant he's so friendly and helpful always happy and smiling. My uncle was poorly so I aske reception for extra bottle of water which they gave him but 2 days later his partner became ill and we were refused a extra bottle and was told to go to the mini market. They weren't the only ones thay had falling poorly after speaking.to oth people staying. The massage team very pushy I asked for a price list and instantly.they gave me one but for days after kept saying do I want to book in this put me off. The entertainment team are really good my youngest is very shy and andrei and anas managed to get her to take park in some activities and the dances on a night time the variety show was definitely the best night but I do think they could do better as it took them a week to engage with us. we did notice they had there favourites once the favourites had left then they engage more with others. The girl entertainers are very shy and have very little engagement with people unless they are selling things. The entertainments team leader is also very friendly and approachable hes is so lively and gets the crowds going. The downside of the entertainment team it's thay this is our last full day here and they were asking for us to give them reviews and there is some that will write their own reviews of holiday makers phones so this looks good for them the French one especially very pushy on wanting reviews. We did notice that one of the fire break glass on the 4th floor has been broken with tje red.light onand not yet fixed and this has been like this for at least 5 days

We had a wonderful stay at Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa The food was very good with a great variety every day, and the restaurants always had something delicious to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. We also had amazing experiences visiting Lindos and Rhodes. Both places were beautiful and full of history, culture, and great atmosphere. A special thanks to our fantastic pool entettainet Andrei from Kids & Sport Entertainment, who made the trips even more enjoyable with his positive energy, professionalism, and great sense of humor. He helped create unforgettable memories for us. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good food, comfortable rooms, and great excursions on Rhodes!

We just had a lovely week ( 28 April to 5 May) at this hotel, food and rooms are good. Staff are all helpful and pleasant to talk to. The bar waiting staff are excellent, and are on the go giving a good service non stop. With so many rooms 700 plus I don't think I would stay here at the height of the summer it must be manic with the amount of holiday makers. The rooms are smallish but okay for 2 people, a free safe is supplied, free drinks are supplied in room fridge on a daily basis including water,beer, white and red wine. I have rated this hotel as 4* but infact it's nearer 4.5 *
