​Great location for shopping! ​The hotel is beautiful, clean, and spacious! And the smell! It's truly enchanting! ​The rooms are perfect (or beyond 5-star)! They are very big and have the most beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain! The room cleaning service is just perfect; John does excellent work! It truly feels like home! ​I'll definitely come back and highly recommend it!

My stay at the Address Hotel Dubai Mall was absolutely amazing! I was traveling with my 3-month-old baby, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail, which made our experience so much more relaxing. A special mention goes to Lutfor from housekeeping, who was exceptional at his job. He was always polite, efficient, and ensured our room was spotless and perfectly arranged for our needs. His thoughtful service really stood out and made a big difference during our stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location, the comfort, and the level of service were all outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with little ones!

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful especially( Mr khalifa ) I had a wonderful experience with the receptionist. He was very welcoming upon my arrival and made the check-in process incredibly smooth and quick. He answered all my questions about nearby restaurants and attractions which was very helpful. He was friendly attitude and professionalism made me feel right at home. Also Kanchha and Akila they were very nice and friendly 🫶🏻 Our room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. Highly recommended

Such an amazing experience! The rooms were beautiful. Very accessible to Dubai mall as well, the perfect place to stay! I also had the kindest staff ( Kancha and Sandesh ) they were very polite and left my room spotless, and even created a nice swan with the towel. Truly made the experience so much better. Highly recommend.

Dining at the hotel was a delight — the food was lovely, with a breathtaking view overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Whether enjoying dinner or just sipping a cup of coffee at night, the atmosphere was simply perfect. The breakfast buffet offered great variety, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. The location couldn’t be more convenient — directly connected to Dubai Mall, making shopping or grabbing a quick bite effortless. When it was time to check out, the front desk kindly extended my stay by a few hours so I could finish some errands before heading to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch thanks to Khalifa & Aya for your support. Overall, The Address Dubai Mall combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!
