I had an exceptional stay at Address Downtown. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was handled professionally, and the hotel's elegance, cleanliness, and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. A special thank you to Ms. Patricia, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was warm, attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Her genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued, and she truly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend Address Downtown to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I had a wonderful experience at Address Downtown, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. A special mention goes to Binso, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a big difference. He was always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every little detail, which really reflects the high standard of service at Address Downtown. The whole staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service. Thank you to everyone at Address Downtown, and especially Binso, for making our experience so enjoyable. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again soon!

I submitted my complaint and also left a review. I was told that someone would contact me regarding the disrespectful treatment and the way your guests are treated. Unfortunately, I have still not received any call or response. I also mentioned that I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. I have now made a video explaining exactly what happened to me because of the restaurant manager and the security staff, and how guests are being pressured to spend large amounts of money just to be allowed to sit at the hotel. If someone only orders one item, they are made to feel unwelcome and are asked to leave. Is this really how Address Hotels treat their guests? It has been almost 10 days since this incident, and not a single person from your management has contacted me—not even to apologize or ask what happened. Honestly, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and with the complete lack of response from management.

I travel enough to know that Address Downtown Dubai is one of the best city hotels I have ever experienced. The quality of the service, the amenities and the spectacular views are unmatched. I loved the attention to detail and the quality of everything has to offer. I would have no hesitation to suggest to any traveler to stay at this hotel to enjoy the pure essence of Downtown Dubai. I want to send a special thank to the receptionist Charie and Zeyna that made possible a very helpful early check in with great elegance and professionalism. Thank you again and hope to be there again soon.

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel with incredible views of the Burj Khalifa. Easy access to the Dubai Mall. Great location for a central base while exploring Dubai. There is a reasonably priced grocery store in the hotel. We appreciated the concierge and their referral to BENO for a private tour. Friendly and helpful staff in general. Also, they were able to provide a cot. Baby friendly.
