Thank you, Address Downtown, for a truly wonderful stay. We were very positively surprised by the warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service throughout our visit. Everyone we encountered made us feel genuinely welcome – from the team in the lobby, the shisha lounge, and the luggage service, to the lovely staff serving the special Arabic coffee each day. I cannot remember everyone’s names, but I would like to thank Wai, Kundal, Shahid, Joseph, and Bendak for their kindness and professionalism. They truly made our stay even more memorable. Please also extend our gratitude to the many others whose names I unfortunately cannot recall. Your hospitality, care, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for making our experience so special. We truly appreciated it and look forward to returning in the future.

I had a truly memorable stay at Address Hotel Downtown Dubai (May 21–24, 2026, Room 1120). Miss Moon and Miss Mom provided outstanding service—professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Moon anticipated my needs, coordinated seamlessly with hotel services, and made every moment smooth and welcoming. Mom’s hospitality and positive energy created a welcoming atmosphere and made me feel valued. Their teamwork ensured a flawless experience from check-in to local recommendations. My family and I have been using the pool facilities and gym for the past 3 plus years, gym probably up to 5-6 months in a year and pool probably 25 plus times in a year. We enjoy the hospitality, professionalism, f&b on the pool and overall family oriented experience. The family feel at home while at pool mainly because of quality service. However I would like to bring to your attention one critical matter relates to pool and spa supervisor, named Hanif. His overall unprofessional attitude, ways of speaking to hotel guests is not appropriate. I will continue to visit the hotel and use its facilities but this person's unprofessional appraoch in speaking and communicating is causing drastic reduction of overall customer quality experience. Originally, I had actually booked Palace Downtown and was honestly very disappointed when I found out shortly before my arrival that I had been moved to Address Downtown due to unavailable rooms. I had been looking forward to this hotel for months — the atmosphere, the ambience, and simply the special feeling I associated with the Palace. To be honest, I was so disappointed at first that for a brief moment I even considered cancelling my entire trip. With exactly those feelings, I arrived at Address Downtown and openly told the gentleman at the reception that I had originally wanted to stay at the Palace and therefore felt a little sad about the change. He was incredibly kind, calm and understanding, smiled at me and simply said: “Trust me, this will still become one of your most beautiful vacations.” And today I can say: he was absolutely right. From the very first moment, I felt incredibly welcome at Address Downtown. This hotel has a very special way of making you feel warmth, comfort and peace, while still feeling incredibly luxurious at the same time. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the entire staff. I have rarely experienced a hotel where the employees are this genuinely warm, attentive and sincerely friendly. Whether at the reception, during breakfast, from housekeeping or simply passing by in the hotel — everyone greeted you with a smile and made you feel truly valued. You could genuinely feel that every single person was trying to make your stay special. That kind of hospitality cannot be faked, and in the end, those are exactly the things that stay in your heart. My room was absolutely beautiful — modern, elegant, spotless and with a breathtaking view. Especially at night, the atmosphere felt almost magical. Coming back to the room after a long day in Dubai and enjoying that incredible view became one of my favorite moments every single day. Another highlight was definitely the breakfast. Not only because of the huge variety and the outstanding quality of the food, but also because of the entire atmosphere. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh and prepared with so much care and attention to detail. It was the perfect way to start each morning feeling relaxed and happy. In the end, I enjoyed my stay so much that I spontaneously decided to extend it by another night — and I think that says everything. Looking back, I am truly grateful that everything turned out exactly the way it did. What started with disappointment turned into one of the most beautiful and emotionally memorable vacations I have ever had. Address Downtown completely exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression on me. I already know that I will definitely come back.
