Outstanding stay at Address Downtown Our stay at Address Downtown was absolutely exceptional. The location alone is unbeatable — the direct integration with Dubai Mall, the futuristic design of the hotel, and the immediate access to nearby attractions and facilities make it one of the most convenient and impressive places to stay in Dubai. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the service. The hotel staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, especially Namal, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Namal was incredibly friendly, proactive, and offered exceptional service that really made a difference in our experience. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality were evident at every step. I would highly recommend Address Downtown to anyone looking for a seamless, high-end stay with outstanding service in the heart of Dubai.

Excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was outstanding, and I would especially like to thank Subodh for his kindness, professionalism, and great attitude — he truly made our experience better. The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Superb hotel n location. Amazing hospitality. Lovely helpful staff. Had a great time on New years. Perfect place to party n watch crackers n light show of Burj Khalifa. All staff was ready to help especially Mariyam n Mehmood . Will come back again soon . As we are vegetarian Mariyam took care with our vegetarian food especially serving crispy dosa everyday for breakfast.

The location of this property is absolutely unbeatable and truly one of its strongest highlights. Being right in the heart of Downtown Dubai made everything incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The staff was warm, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Shuvo and Hadi from the housekeeping team, who consistently went above and beyond. No matter how messy my room was when I stepped out, I would always return to a space that was spotless, sparkling clean, and perfectly organized, which made such a difference to my overall experience. The stay was extremely comfortable and luxurious, exactly what one expects from a property like The Address Downtown. I stayed in one of the apartments and absolutely loved the convenience it offered — spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxed yet premium stay. The comfort level was exceptional and made me feel right at home. While the food overall was good, I do feel it could be slightly improved, especially when it comes to an authentic Indian homemade chai — that would truly elevate the experience. That said, everything else more than made up for it. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the property was breathtaking, and ringing in New Year’s night with such a spectacular view was unforgettable. The hotel is also within walking distance of Dubai Mall, which is a huge plus. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it. I will definitely be visiting again. It is our second stay @ Address Downtown. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city next to the Dubai Mall. View of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains is breathtaking. We have had an amazing time, service was impeccable and a special mention to all the staff and especially Ibrahim at breakfast is deemed necessary for dealing to every single request / customer with respect and kindness. Keep up the good work, thank you for making our time here memorable. We will be back!
