I had a wonderful stay at Address Creek Harbour in Dubai. The team did an excellent job from start to finish... special thanks to Leira S. from Reservations, Sophia at Reception, and the F&B team, particularly Thu Zar and Hari, for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. The pool team, especially Ezekiel, also provided great service and made the experience even more enjoyable. My sincere appreciation to everyone else behind the scenes whose names I may not recall... the overall service was truly impressive. Well done to the entire team.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Address Harbour Creek Hotel, and I must say the overall experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service standards were evident, setting the tone for a comfortable and memorable stay. A special mention goes to the bellboy, Mr. Ahsan, who provided outstanding assistance. He was professional, courteous, and attentive. From handling luggage with great care to guiding me through the hotel facilities, his warm and welcoming attitude made a strong first impression. His willingness to go the extra mile truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, The Address Harbour Creek Hotel delivers a high standard of hospitality across all departments. With team members like Mr. Ahsan, the hotel truly stands out in providing exceptional guest service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

I had a wonderful experience at Address Creek Harbour, and a big part of that was the exceptional service provided by Hazel at the Club Lounge. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Hazel made sure everything was perfectly arranged, regularly checked on us, and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and valued. Her friendly personality and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable. The Club Lounge itself was elegant, relaxing, and well maintained, with a great selection of food and beverages. Thank you, Hazel, for your outstanding service — you are a great asset to the hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

The Address Creek Harbour is a beautiful hotel with an impressive lobby and a very elegant restaurant. There is no doubt that the property itself fully deserves a five-star rating in terms of design, ambiance, and overall presentation. A special highlight of our stay was Mr. Abid, the electric cart driver, who kindly took us on a short tour around the marina and Creek Harbour. He shared insights about the area and showed us the beautiful surroundings. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. However, I am giving four stars mainly due to service and reception issues. We arrived early, which was completely fine, and we were informed that the room was not yet ready. We specifically asked to receive a WhatsApp message or a phone call once the room became available, but we were never contacted. Later, when we returned to the front desk, we were told that the room had in fact been ready. We also tried to order pillows through the hotel app, but the tablet in the room was not working. We then asked room service directly; they confirmed the request, but the pillows were never delivered. Finally, at checkout around 7:00 a.m., we had to call the reception four times before someone answered to request a bellboy. When we went downstairs, it was very clear that the front desk staff member was falling asleep at the desk, which was quite surprising for a hotel of this level. Overall, a stunning hotel with great potential, but the service experience does not consistently match the five-star standard.

A special thanks to Mr. Ahsan, the bellboy, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. His dedication to ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction reflects the high standards of the hotel. Whether it was handling luggage efficiently or offering helpful guidance, his service was simply (excellent). Overall, the hotel offers outstanding hospitality, with a well-trained team that goes above and beyond to create a memorable stay. I highly recommend Address Creek Harbour to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-class service.
