Our stay at 25hours Hotel Dubai meant so much to us. The kindness we received was beyond expectations. Loise at reception was incredibly sweet and thoughtful ,she made sure my mom had a quiet room that suited her perfectly. Rifaat from Nomad Café took such genuine care of my mom after I had to leave, and Samer along with Kafil who arranged our rides were just wonderful. A special thank you as well to the butlers, especially Sayed, for being so kind and attentive throughout. It’s rare to meet people who care this much thank you all for making my mom feel safe, seen, and cared for. Truly grateful.
