Wonderful Hotel
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights at the end of July. After reading some negative reviews before our trip, we were a little worried, but those concerns turned out to be completely unnecessary.
We had paid extra for the Favourite Club, and we definitely didn’t regret it. It gives you access to the Fancy Pool area. Although the pool area itself is not very large, it is cosy and relaxing. Families with children are welcome there. The bar and restaurant by the Fancy Pool are excellent, with delicious food and cocktails.
Our family of four was accommodated in the Wave block, while my brother stayed in the Palm block. The rooms were spacious, and we had a huge terrace.
The hotel grounds are large, so even when the hotel is busy, it never feels overcrowded. There are three main pools, plus an additional one if you have access to the Favourite Club.
The Sky block is quite far from everything else. We only went there for dinner, and honestly, neither the block itself nor its surrounding area appealed to us.
There were always plenty of sunbeds by the pools, so there was no need for people to wake up at 6am to reserve them with towels.
The entertainment programme was enjoyable, and the evening shows were very good. The animation team worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job.
The beach is no more than a five-minute walk away.

I stayed at this hotel from 12/07 to 17/07.
Overall, the hotel is very good. The facilities are nice, and the food is of good quality.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The swimming pool closes at 6:00 p.m., which doesn't make much sense during the summer when the sun doesn't set until around 9:00 p.m. It would be great if guests could enjoy the pool for a little longer.
The biggest issue during our stay was the two power outages we experienced. The worst one happened on Wednesday evening, when the hotel was left without electricity. We had booked an all-inclusive package, but we were unable to enjoy the services we had paid for. We were not even provided with complimentary water and were told that the only water available was bottled water, which we had to pay for. What disappointed us the most was how the situation was handled. We received no compensation or goodwill gesture from the hotel despite the inconvenience.
Overall, we had a good stay, but the way this situation was managed left us with a much less positive impression of the hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay was a huge disappointment from beginning to end. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, nothing went smoothly, and we never felt welcomed or valued as guests.
The check-in process was disorganized and frustrating, and the issues continued throughout our stay. The level of service was poor, staff were unhelpful, and the overall experience fell far below what we expected. To make matters worse, an alarm went off in our room every single night, repeatedly disturbing our sleep and making it impossible to properly rest. Despite this ongoing issue, it was never resolved satisfactorily.
Instead of enjoying our vacation, we found ourselves constantly dealing with unnecessary problems. By the time we checked out, we were simply relieved to leave.
This hotel did not meet even basic expectations for hospitality, and based on our experience, we would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and makes significant improvements because, unfortunately, our experience was one of the worst we’ve had.

I recently stayed at Alua Calvia and was absolutely delighted. The quality of service, food, and overall comfort here far exceeds the hotel's official rating — you can feel it in every detail.
A special shoutout goes to the team: the staff is incredibly well-coordinated, professional, and genuinely attentive to the guests. The cuisine is beyond praise! Both breakfasts and dinners were amazing, incredibly delicious, and featured a great variety of choices every day.
I stayed as a guest of My Favorite Club and it was worth every penny. The level of service in the club rooms was flawless, and the club lounge itself was absolutely wonderful with a fantastic atmosphere. I have stayed at other Alua properties before, but this one is hands down the absolute best. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 7 days stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available at every meal. The restaurants were well organized, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay.
The hotel facilities were exceptional, including clean and well-maintained pools and comfortable rooms with sea view.
The entertainment team, a specially Rudi did an amazing job, offering fun activities during the day and professional shows in the evening.
Overall, the combination of excellent food, outstanding service, great facilities, and fantastic entertainment made this a truly memorable holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.

This is only our first night at the hotel, but I felt I had to share our initial experience.
We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but unfortunately our stay has been disappointing so far.
Upon arrival, there was no one available to help with our luggage, so we carried it ourselves from the car to reception. After a long check-in, the bellboy assisted us. The reception was constantly crowded with long waits, which is not the service we expected from a four-star hotel.
We appreciated the upgrade from a twin room to a king room, but that was the only positive.
Our room is a 2–3 minute walk from the elevator. The bed had only a duvet cover, while the duvet was left in the closet for us to put inside ourselves—something we’ve never experienced in a hotel before. The room also had no laundry bag or Do Not Disturb sign, and the bathroom was missing basic amenities such as cotton buds, a shower cap, and a nail file.
We also found an inconsistency in the price of the 30-minute pool massage. The hotel’s website advertises it for €70, but we were quoted €95 at the pool for the same treatment—a 36% increase. If prices have changed, the website should be updated so guests are not misled.
We sincerely hope the rest of our stay is better, but unfortunately our first impression has been disappointing.

What an amazing hotel! On arrival we were greeted by super friendly staff and were checked in by Tyler who was absolutely superb. He explained all of the amenities in the hotel and offered to book reservations for us for anything we wanted to do. The hotel itself is luxurious and classy, food and drinks all excellent. The pool is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the DJ’s playing around the pool in the afternoons. No sunbed wars, just very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are beautiful with high quality bedding and toiletries, we had a fabulous view over both pools. Literally cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. The staff are all fun and friendly and cannot do enough for you, our room was cleaned every day by very smiley cleaners! We even had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. We were made to feel special for the whole visit and can’t recommend this amazing hotel enough. We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time.
Thank you for the complimentary champagne in our room—it was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and everything we ate was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable.

I had an incredible experience at the Hard Rock Hotel event on the 14th of June with Loco Bongo. I went with my girls and we booked the VIP big roof sunbed next to the pool and from start to finish everything was amazing. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance by the manager and personally escorted to our area, which immediately set the tone for a luxury experience. The setup was beautiful, with bottle service presented in a stunning floating display that made everything feel extra special. The food and drinks were great nachos, burgers, fries, cocktails, beers, and mojitos, gin and tonic all constantly refreshed and served quickly by attentive staff. The entertainment was next level, with performers coming right to our sunbed, interacting with us, and even doing a mini performance just for us, which made the night feel so personal and unforgettable. Overall, the service was outstanding and the whole experience was luxury, fun, and pure vibes. Definitely one of the best nights I’ve had – I’ll 100% be back. 🫶🏾

We don’t know where to start to review this resort! We had the best time here. Service was beyond our imagination. Arina , Monika were exceptional and all the congierge, guest services went beyond in creating a wonderful time for us. Mathias also helped. Our room was immaculate , our main cleaning person ( sorry don’t know her name) we can’t thank her enough. We had the the Preferred club reservations and our breakfast and dinner was included. The food and selections plus quality were excellent. The staff was always helpful and kind, Kika the women at Breakfast was
Just super. The grounds were wonderful, a shout out to those gardeners who watered and took care of all those beautiful plants early in the morning!

A most enjoyable stay in a great location.
We booked 7 nights in early June to celebrate a significant anniversary. The hotel was easy to get to by taxi from the airport. Taxi cost us €50 each way. The Hotel exterior entrance is a little unassuming but once inside, the air of calm compared to the bustle of the street is lovely. The staff are all smartly dressed in uniform and immediately on hand to assist. Check in was smooth and made even more pleasant by the glass of chilled cava offered to us. A special mention to Elisa on reception who helped to iron out a misunderstanding with our room.
Our room had a wonderful view out over the grounds and towards the sea. The room was well appointed and was of a good size, with a full width balcony which we enjoyed each day with our morning cuppa and evening drinks.
Equipped with two full width wardrobes (his and hers!) there was plenty of storage space (something often lacking in hotels these days). The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious.
Aircon was fine and very quiet.
A complementary bottle of mineral water was included each day and the Nespresso coffee maker was replenished daily.
Breakfast was a buffet affair with a good variety which changed slightly each day. There was an egg station where you could order freshly cooked omelettes etc. We enjoyed breakfast each day on the outside terrace which was absolutely beautiful. Come early because these tables fill up quite quickly.
Each morning, members of the hotel staff passed around the restaurant chatting to customers and getting feedback. A nice touch.
The hotel grounds are beautifully kept. The pool area was clean and shaded by trees and umbrellas. The scourge of the bench baggers (people marking sunchairs with towels and then disappearing) was present, but we never had a problem finding a chair. Might be more difficult in high season.
There is easy gated access to the beach from the hotel grounds and we enjoyed a pre breakfast swim in the sea each morning. The pool restaurant/bar (Olios) served a good variety of drinks and food which we enjoyed on a couple of days.
Each evening we were there, there was entertainment laid on from 21:00 -22:30 which was centred around the Piano Bar. We enjoyed drinks each evening while watching.
The location of the hotel is pretty good. The promenade around the bay is lined with many bars and restaurants and we never had a problem finding reasonably priced dinners and drinks. Similarly, the main road at the front of the hotel is quite busy but without very much traffic. Lots of gift shops, small restaurants and bars. Plenty of life, but not of the kind you would find in Magaluf....
Overall we would highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere linked to the adults only philosophy.

We had a wonderful stay here. The reception staff at check in were welcoming and efficient. We were lucky enough to have a spacious room on the ground floor which was clean and bright and which provided large bottles of toiletries for use during our stay. The room was well serviced daily although I would have been happier if towels weren’t replaced daily despite being hung up.
The pool area overlooks the beach but is quiet and peaceful. Maybe a few more sunbeds for the number of guests at the hotel. Being Able to order at your sunbed using a qr code is handy.
Breakfast was fine. Fruit, bread, cured meats and cheese and sufficient hot options. Very friendly waiting staff as well.
The piano bar in the evening is the place to be
With amazing views over the bay and hard working waiting staff doing their best to keep us all happy.
The gym is a bit small. Maybe could do with an outside covered area with more equipment. I know we all have EarPods, but some livelier music in the gym would not go amiss.
All in all, we loved it here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Villamil!

We celebrated our honeymoon here. The staff went above and beyond to make this vacation special for us including a honeymoon champagne setup upon arrival and exquisite hospitality. I will note that during our stay the average age of guests were middle to older aged individuals—which is fine but we were hoping to mix and mingle a bit more with people of our age range. We paid for all-inclusive which I would not recommend. I say this because the hotel was a bit “boring”. Most people at the resort were sleeping or reading during the day, no music, no entertainment. There were maybe less than 5 people in the pool at a time. I huge con was also they didn’t slow drinks with you in the pool. This was a huge draw back to the all inclusive deal. We ended up spending a lot of time outside the hotel making the all inclusive not worth it for us. But again the staff and the hotel itself was absolutely perfect. I think if you’re going on a trip here to relax and lounge this is the hotel for you. But if you’re looking for a more upbeat social environment this may not be it for you. But the location was great. Very close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

We spent a wonderful 5 nights at the hotel. We stayed in a swim-up room and, although the weather wasn’t the best during our stay, I still made the most of the “private pool” as the water temperature was very pleasant.
The ambiance of the hotel was fantastic, with spacious and clean rooms, a great breakfast selection, and plenty of delicious food choices in all the restaurants, including the buffet. The staff were amazing — a special thank you to Diego at reception, as well as Matias, Camila, and of course the lovely Monika. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We also used the spa facilities, and the deep tissue massage by an Argentinian lady (sorry, I can’t remember your name) was excellent.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

We stayed at Zoëtry Mallorca for 10 days, and it is truly a hidden gem. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located away from the busy tourist crowds. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, this is the perfect place.
The food was very good. Our only small criticism is that there could be more staff during breakfast and in the restaurant and bar. That being said, the team works incredibly hard and always does their best.
A very special thank you to Fernando at the reception. He gave us such a warm welcome and went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure all our wishes were fulfilled. We would also like to thank Marc, a genuinely kind man who was wonderful with our children and always happy to help.
Finally, a little reminder to all future guests: if you treat the hotel staff with kindness and respect, you will receive the same in return—often even more. Their dedication and friendliness deserve to be appreciated.

We had a lovely stay here. The property itself is absolutely beautiful! Our suite was gorgeous as well. The hotel had a power outage during our stay which was a bit inconvenient but the staff handled it well. The food however was a bit underwhelming for the price you pay.

We celebrated a wedding at this hotel and have mixed feelings about our experience.
First of all, the location is absolutely stunning. The venue is beautiful, the pricing is fair, and the planning process before the wedding was smooth. The staff was responsive to organizational questions, and everyone was very excited for this special day.
Unfortunately, the service experience during the event itself was disappointing. Throughout the entire stay, several members of the staff came across as passive-aggressive, uncooperative, and at times even dismissive.
One situation stood out in particular: one of the wedding guests was missing, and we informed the staff while searching for him. We were sent to a certain area where he might be, but when we tried to go there, we were abruptly told that the area was reserved for resort guests only and that we had to walk all the way around the property instead. In a stressful moment like this, we would have expected a more helpful and empathetic response.
Another unfortunate incident happened just before the ceremony. An entrance that was supposed to be opened a few minutes earlier remained closed, leading to an unnecessary discussion involving several staff members and the officiant about whether we were allowed to pass through.
None of these situations alone would have ruined the day. However, there were many small incidents like these, and together they created the feeling that we were not truly welcome. We repeatedly felt treated with indifference and a lack of respect.
It is especially disappointing because the venue itself is truly beautiful and has enormous potential. Sadly, the service experience overshadowed much of what should have been an unforgettable celebration.
2 stars for the amazing location – but unfortunately, the service left a lasting negative impression.

I would like to share my experience following a recent stay at your hotel.
Overall, the hotel itself is pleasant, located in a very quiet area, which is ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet. Its proximity to Palma (approximately 20 minutes away) is also convenient.
However, I encountered a serious issue regarding a personal belonging. Upon my departure at 4:00 a.m., I unfortunately left behind a pair of gold earrings with diamonds in the bathroom. I fully acknowledge that this was my mistake. Nevertheless, considering the hotel’s five-star standard, I trusted that any forgotten personal items would be properly handled and returned if found.
After my early flight, I contacted the hotel at around 10:30 a.m. to inform the staff about the earrings. I was promptly told that nothing had been found. A few days later, I left a one-star review regarding this matter. Interestingly, about an hour after posting the review, I was informed that one of the earrings had suddenly been found and that it would be sent back to me.
I responded accordingly and waited, but unfortunately, no further action was taken and communication ceased once again.
This experience raises serious concerns about the level of service and reliability expected from a five-star hotel. When guests feel uncertain about the safety of their personal belongings, it is not a minor issue. I believe it is important to make other travelers aware of this situation.

What an incredible stay! This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. I suspect I share many of the reasons why a busy parent, with kids, will choose an all-inclusive resort: no hassle, no hidden costs, value for money, great service, and frankly no worries.
I got all of this from Ikos Andalusia. Caveat, we paid extra for the deluxe package. So I can only speak for that.
The service was incredible! I cannot speak highly enough. They are all friendly, really look after you and very responsive. They adapted to accommodate things when it rained a couple of days and they're just great. Special mentions go out to the following people who made our stay wonderful: Matias, Cia (the sommelier), Johan, Jose (sommelier), Jose Antonio, Erika, Dora, Josh, Cristina, Yegor, Alexandru (he was our personal concierge and was fabulous), and Ana.
The food was good. They had a great selection of restaurants to choose from. As it gets very busy, I recommend you book what you want for your whole stay in advance. I recommend booking before you arrive. Well worth it and reduces the hassle. Not their fault if it's too busy and they can't switch you around.
The rooms were nice. They're not fancy, but they're very clean and well-maintained. The view of the sea was really nice.
The facilities are great. You find hidden gems as you explore the resort. What was really cool is that even though they were at full occupancy, it never felt crowded. That adds to the relaxation.

We just came back from our trip to Ikos Andalusia. We went there from Tuesday till Sunday. It was absolutely amazing. Such kind and accommodating staff. They met our every need, even needs we didn't know we had! For our check-in we were greeted with such warmth by a lovely young lady who's name I unfortunately forgot. She set the mood for our whole holiday. The food was amazing but make sure to make reservations in advance because it can be fully booked pretty quickly. The pools were lovely and 24/7 roomservice is such a nice service to have. The beach is very accessible and their live music was a wonderful way to end our night every day. We had a wonderful stay with our family! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help.
Our children had an amazing time, and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The food was delicious, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros (+) The hotel is situated in a beautiful location. Unfortunately, the sea view we paid for was severely limited by the hotel buildings. We were disappointed. All meals were prepared deliciously and with care. The restaurants were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The entire facility made a good impression on us. The staff was always smiling and ready to help. Cons (-) The only thing that could be done is to address the people who take up the pool loungers with towels in the morning and then don't use them all day. Other than that, no complaints.

Very nice place! Our room (202W) had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day. We loved relaxing on the many sunbeds by the pools, where the music and atmosphere created a great vibe. The resort could use a bit more signage to make it easier to navigate, but the large map near the reception was very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed at Club Martha’s and overall had a really enjoyable holiday experience, with a few areas that could definitely be improved.
The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great base for the stay. The pool areas were also a real highlight – large, well laid out, and never felt too cramped, which made relaxing during the day really easy. Food throughout the resort was consistently very good with plenty of choice, and it was a big plus that there was always something available, including snack times.
That said, cleanliness was a bit inconsistent. While the rooms themselves were generally fine, some communal areas weren’t as well maintained as expected – toilets weren’t always properly cleaned, some tables felt sticky, and there was even bird mess on the balcony when we arrived. The gym toilets in particular were not in a good condition.
There were also a few practical issues that affected the stay. A water machine was out of service and bottled water wasn’t provided in rooms, which meant one night in particular was uncomfortable as we couldn’t access water and reception wasn’t able to help. Some lifts were also out of order at times, which made getting around the complex a bit frustrating.
Entertainment was mixed – some evenings were okay, but it felt a bit limited overall and could benefit from more live singers or outside acts. The Michael Jackson tribute from the entertainment team wasn’t great, and the entertainment finishing quite early meant the evenings sometimes ended abruptly with everything just shutting down.
On the plus side, the atmosphere is still very family-friendly, the pools are excellent, and the food quality helps balance out some of the shortcomings. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and evening entertainment, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

We recently stayed at Blue Sea Club Martha’s in Cala d’Or for a girls’ trip, and the seven of us—ranging in age from 23 to 78—had an absolutely fantastic time. It really was a holiday that everyone enjoyed.
The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was spotless throughout, with clean and well-maintained facilities, and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent too, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy everything Cala d’Or has to offer.
We had such a wonderful experience that we can’t wait to come back next year—this time we’ll be bringing the men and the kids from our families too! We would happily recommend Blue Sea Club Martha’s to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

During our stay at the BLUESEA hotel, the food selection was fairly basic, however it was of a good standard. The selection was repetitive, especially if you are staying longer than a week. Room for improvement could be the introduction of themed nights.
The rooms were very basic and showed signs of ware and tare. We upgraded to the modern apartment room and it was slightly disappointing. The sink would not drain well and take a period of time to fully disperse all the water. Water was salty from both tap in sink and the shower. Air con worked well however started to leak water towards the end of our stay. Twice we had to ask for maintenance to fix the issue, and in fairness, they acted quickly. However, the air con units might be due an upgrade as the issue kept persisting.
The pool water was dirty, but during our stay, it appeared to be cleaned once. Improvements needed on this.
Overall, me and my partner had a nice stay at BLUESEA. Bar and catering staff were friendly and the entertainment staff were enthusiastic about their jobs and wanted to get people involved in games and pool activities throughout the day. However, as mentioned above, improvements needed. I would personally say 4 stars would be slightly generous for this hotel.

To preface, this will be a long review. Overall a great hotel and I would love to come back again in the future. There are one or two minor points for improvement but really they’re nothing to discourage anyone from staying! I’ve marked the different sections with emojis for easy scrolling!

The food was great with plenty of variety, the menu changed every day and we tried a bit of everything! Standout dishes included the sushi, paella, croquettes, nachos and tacos, chicken salad, mushroom risotto, and lamb stew.

The drinks selection was good too, with pre-made cocktails like Blue Lagoons, Sex on the Beach and Piña Coladas, although we ended up making a few of our own favourites as well.

There were lots of activities throughout the day, including archery, darts, rifle shooting, ping pong and water polo. The entertainment team were fantastic, in particular, Sylvia, Laura and Luis stood out from the entertainment team. They were very funny and friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally in terms of the reception staff, Georgina and Melody were both very helpful

The evening entertainment was also excellent, featuring performances both from the entertainment team and from external acts. There were musical shows, a Queen tribute, Lion King, Beijing Acrobats, and a great Men vs Women competition that got the audience involved.

The beach was only a short walk away, although we preferred spending our time by the pools. The hotel was also in a great location, just off a shopping street and around an hour and fifteen minutes by bus from the airport and a water park.

We had an issue with bath towels which had been left in the bath for replacing (as per hotel instructions) and discovered they hadn’t been changed after several days, instead being hung back up. After flagging it, reception assured us they’d be replaced, but eventually after another day and a bit they still hadn’t been. When I brought the towels back to reception the second time we were immediately handed new ones along with sincere apologies.

While the buffet overall was excellent, a little more care could be taken to exclude bones as they could be a choking hazard if you didn’t notice one. Additionally we thought the “kids” food was a little limited on one or two days, and maybe a pizza option in the buffet would have been nice on one or two days

We thought there was a little too much emphasis on leaving a review, and occasionally staff would stand beside you while you left your review resulting in mild pressure to leave a high review. We were approached three times on day 2 to review and at that stage left one despite not having experienced enough of the downsides to leave something more balanced.

One somewhat important thing to recommend to the hotel is to advertise the men vs women quiz as for adults only. While most parents got the memo or were happy for their kids to see some slightly more mature things (without spoiling, there were drinking challenges and a segment where pairs of shorts or bikini tops were required to be sourced), I don’t think anyone had considered the risk posed by having small children walking around where people were drinking considerably and then running, crashing into tables or in one instance, falling over. This was great fun for all the adults, but it was definitely foreseeable that a small child could end up being knocked over in the frenzy. Just for parents to note and maybe for the hotel to advertise!
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday with excellent food, great entertainment, lovely staff and a really relaxed atmosphere. We’d happily stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience overall.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were genuinely kind people who made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
We especially spoke with a receptionist named Martha (if we remember her name correctly), and she was wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and professional, and her positive attitude really contributed to our experience. She made us feel genuinely welcome, and we would like to thank her for that.
Our room looked very clean and well-maintained, and the hotel itself was in great condition. There were a couple of minor issues that could use some attention. The toilet was not as clean as expected, and the door lock initially did not work properly. However, after mentioning it a few times, the staff resolved the issue, which we appreciated.
The location is another big advantage. There is parking available both at the hotel and directly across the street. The beach is within walking distance, and there are several nice bars and restaurants nearby. Despite being close to everything, the area felt peaceful and relaxed.
Overall, aside from a few small points for improvement, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly and helpful staff made a lasting impression, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at HM Martinique for a weekend with a group of friends and had a great experience.
The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Diego made our check-in process very smooth and took the time to explain everything about the hotel. Our room was spacious, well designed, and had a great terrace.
There are also several pools with different atmospheres to choose from, which we really enjoyed. The food and drinks were good, and the bar staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to George and Jose for their excellent service.
The location is also great, making it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Hotel Martinica from June 10th to 14th as a group of 14 Portuguese guests. We truly appreciated the hospitality of your staff, especially Gabri, who treated us exceptionally well. We would also like to highlight the rest of the team, both men and women, who were all fantastic.
The only negative point was when your manager arrived to take over operations at the hotel. The atmosphere became noticeably more rigid, and the staff seemed less at ease. We believe he could treat the team better and show more support toward people who had behaved professionally and kindly throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Elba Sunset. The staff were incredibly helpful & kind. The rooms were beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff kindly put myself and my friends rooms next to each-other which was a lovely touch. The area we were in was nice and quiet and we could not hear the strip at all. Luckily the hotel is located on the top of a cliff so it was away from the actual strip. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The facilities were brilliant although the gym could do with some work as it was extremely basic. I would also note that the breakfast was fantastic so we definitely recommend having that added to your booking. However lunch & dinner were poor quality and extremely overpriced. I would also note that drinks around the pool area were also extremely overpriced. Overall it was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the setting is beautiful and modern, and the sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The only point we would like to mention concerns the breakfast. As Muslims, we would have appreciated having more options for guests with dietary requirements. For example, offering some halal products or at least a few non-pork alternatives, as well as keeping the preparation and serving of pork and non-pork items separate.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t even order an omelette because it was cooked on the same grill as the ham omelettes, which meant our breakfast choices were very limited. We found this quite disappointing, especially as a small change could make the breakfast much more inclusive for international guests with different dietary needs.
Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and we would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope our feedback will be taken as a constructive suggestion to make the experience even better for all guests.❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Elba Sunset Mallorca.
We stayed in the Prestige Double Room Neptuno with Sea View, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, modern, very well equipped, and featured a large terrace with beautiful sea views. The complimentary water and soft drinks in the minibar were also appreciated.
Breakfast was included in our stay and offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day.
The hotel has two swimming pools, including a rooftop sky pool with breathtaking views. Both pools are beautiful for relaxing and enjoying the scenery, although they are not very deep for guests who enjoy swimming laps. Fortunately, the beach is only a short walk away.
The location is excellent. There are beaches on both sides of the hotel, plenty of restaurants nearby, and Magaluf can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot.
The service was outstanding. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. During our stay, it was my husband’s birthday, and the hotel kindly offered us complimentary drinks, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the respectful guests, and the overall feeling of safety throughout our stay.
Considering the room quality, facilities, service, and location, we found the price very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

We were a party of 6 ladies celebrating a hen party. From the moment we arrived everything was incredible.
The reception staff are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
We were given room upgrades and put next to each other as requested. And a bottle of cava was ready for the hen.
The hotel is spotless. The staff work tirelessly to keep it that way.
The views are incredible. It's a short walk into Palma one way and the same the other way into Magaluf.
We will definitely return.

Had a great stay at H10 with family. Service was first class, friendly and professional in all areas, from front desk to restaurant (Carlos and Beatrice were great) to cleaning and maintenance (Pedro) and the bar staff. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars was gym was a bit disappointing and breakfast fruit juice and coffee weren't so good. Small points though and evening meals were good, particularly the salads, and would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely hotel ideal for families and couples. Food excellent and loads of choice. The only small downside if you are half board is you have to pay for all drinks including water at the table. There is no free water at any time. You can buy one of their green water bottles for 6 euros which allows you to fill up from a filtered water tap with still or sparkling water throughout you’re stay; you can’t use you’re own bottle. The location is opposite the beach. Very clean hotel with nice staff. Would stay here again

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with a stunning rooftop bar and infinity pool. But.
There is no security and people pile in from other hotels and spoil it. It’s absolutely ridiculous. 2 lovely ladies had paid €100 euros for day passes and couldn’t even get a sunbed for that. Also they heard people bragging they’d just come in from other hotels. They weren’t impressed - understandably.
We heard many people bragging about the fact they had come in from other hotels and I’ve just seen it written on a review for another hotel people telling others to go there. I think that’s disgraceful.
I wouldn’t recommend booking a triple room unless you want to be climbing over each other there’s no room for suitcases to be opened or stored.
There was a very strange issue with water availability here. There is a system where you can buy a green bottle from the hotel and refill it for free but the machine was never working then they didn’t have any bottles available to buy. You can’t buy water from the bar on the top level which is strange and not ideal when it’s been so hot.
The breakfast is lovely and there is a good selection. Always plentiful and fresh. We enjoyed it.
We felt the cleaning of the rooms wasn’t really up to standard floor wasn’t swept or cleaned I think all week. Hairs were still on the floor.
Beds were made but used cups and glasses left on the side not cleared. Was a bit of a shame. The rooms are lovely though. Beds are comfortable. There is a fridge too which was great to have.
The staff are wonderful though. Always kind, friendly, polite and professional. I genuinely think they’ll need some more support in the summer months and security is needed here or this beautiful hotel will be utterly ruined from others just coming in, large groups of youngsters which were causing trouble in the pool and will be a real shame. They need support. There should be a system to gain access to the pools up and down but especially up that you have to be a guest in the hotel.

Visited H10 Casa del Mar for 4 nights in April 2026. The hotel is very well located with beachfront location and is close to all bars/restaurants and shops. Hotel and rooms/facilities are modern and to a high standard. We loved having option of indoor pool with sauna and gym as it was slightly too cold for outdoor pool. Both outdoor pools looked fantastic though! We opted for breakfast, the choice of food and quality was excellent. Best buffet breakfast ive had when on holiday! We spent an afternoon at the rooftop section was which provided the most stunning views and infinity pool overlooking the beach. Drinks were lovely!
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We got a complimentary upgrade to our room to a side sea view which was a nice touch and a bottle of prosecco as it was my sisters birthday which was very kind.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

The hotel is truly wonderful. It offers beautiful views, has a modern design, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I would especially like to mention the thoughtful birthday gift from the hotel — a bottle of prosecco — which made my stay even more special. The view from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking the sea at sunset.
The breakfasts were also very delicious and definitely a highlight of the stay.
Daily housekeeping was also a big plus, and the hotel has a spa, which is a great bonus for relaxation.
However, there were a few downsides. The cleaning was not always thorough, and it felt like the room hadn’t had a proper deep cleaning in quite some time. Towels were changed occasionally, but the bed linen was not, which is a significant drawback.
Despite these issues, I would definitely return to this hotel. The advantages clearly outweigh the disadvantages. I would also come back just for their toiletries — the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion completely won me over.

A special thank you to Silvia at reception. She was incredibly helpful and made our stay so comfortable. She always greeted us with a warm smile whenever we walked past the reception desk, which really made a difference.
The F&B team, especially Raquel, Hamad, and everyone else whose names I may have missed (including those in the restaurant area), were absolutely wonderful. They were always attentive, friendly, and kept checking if we needed anything. Such thoughtful service!
The entertainment was another highlight of our stay. The lead MC, Mr. Morini, brought so much energy and enthusiasm every day, especially with the children. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. The evening shows were fantastic and gave us something to look forward to every night.
We stayed for 10 nights, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back next year! ❤️

We had another wonderful stay in Spain and, once again, everything exceeded our expectations.
What I appreciated the most was the staff. One of the reasons we keep coming back is that many of the team members have been here for years. Some of them have been working at the hotel since my very first visit in 2013, which creates such a warm and familiar atmosphere.

One thoughtful touch that really stood out was on the morning of our check-out. We had an early departure, and the hotel kindly served us coffee, toast, an apple, and a pear before we left. Small gestures like this make a big difference and show genuine care for their guests.
Honestly, I cannot say anything negative about this hotel. For the price you pay, you receive service and hospitality that go above and beyond expectations. As a returning guest, I can confidently say that this place continues to deliver an excellent experience year after year.

The good:
The location is good. Lots of shops nearby and not far from the strip.
The hotel itself mostly nice. Modern and quite well kept.
The room was nice as well as the view.
The not so good parts:
The room was very warm and in April the air conditioning isn't turned on and asking didn't make any difference. We had to keep the balcony door open in the night. The only issue with this is there's loud mud outside until 11pm.
The beds are very hard and noisy.
The food is repetitive and just ok. However, the snack bar food is nicer and the guy who served us was really nice and friendly.
The kids park could do with a refurbishment but it's ok.
The TV has a 15 volume restriction on it and it was hard to hear when entertaining the kids.
I feel like the not so good parts are more like niggles more than anything. It's a decent hotel and good value

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days with our family on an all-inclusive package.
Overall, our stay was good, but there were several issues that affected our experience.
First of all, the room cleaning was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, and although the towels were changed regularly, they were often brought with someone else's hair on them, which is unacceptable.
The food in the restaurant was varied and generally good. However, the biggest problem was the service. Many of the staff seemed unhappy and were constantly making comments or speaking to guests in an unfriendly way.
Another strange rule was that coffee was only available during breakfast. One evening, my father made himself a coffee because the coffee machine was turned on and fully working. A manager immediately came over and scolded us, saying we were not allowed to make coffee. How were we supposed to know that? There was no sign or information anywhere saying coffee was not available at dinner. It felt like we had done something wrong, even though there was no way for us to know the rules.
Unfortunately, throughout our stay, there seemed to be some kind of unpleasant situation almost every day. The overall attitude of some staff members made us feel as if we owed them something, instead of feeling like welcomed guests. We paid for our vacation and expected the level of service that should come with it.
Finally, I would like to mention the car rental service offered at the hotel. If you want to pay for full rental days and actually use the car for full days, I would not recommend booking through them. We received the car at 8:00 AM, but instead of returning it at 8:00 AM on the last day, we were required to return it at 7:00 PM the day before, despite paying for full days. Because of this, we couldn't use the car on our final evening to visit another town, which was very disappointing.
The hotel has many positive aspects, but improving housekeeping, customer service, and providing clear information about hotel rules would make a big difference.

We loved it. All the staff were so helpful. Room was clean. Comfy bed. Air condition was broken the first night; called reception in the middle of the night and they brought a fan for us and had maintenance out the next day to fix it!
Beautiful view. We had lunch at the pool bar a couple of days and it was good! Pool bar service was awesome. Thanks Manuel! Lovely quiet location with a really nice beach and a few good restaurants nearby. Adults only so is very quiet and romantic. Would definitely return!

Everything about this hotel is amazing and worth the price. Beautiful location with one of the best beaches right in front of the hotel.
Rooms are great, breakfast is tasty and the pool is a great chill spot.

Beautiful view from the room and friendly service.
Breakfast was tasty, especially the pastries, although the selection repeated every other day.
The bathroom was beautiful and very comfortable for two people. However, the rooms overall could use some renovation, as the furniture and tiles are quite dated.
Another thing to keep in mind is that most of the guests were 60+. As a couple in our mid-twenties, we felt like we were the only young people there, which made it feel a bit like staying at a retirement resort. That said, we were only there to sleep, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. But this fact may be important for someone to know before booking.

We came to H10 Blue Mar Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon, and it definitely wasn't a difficult choice because we were immediately impressed by the hotel's location.
I'd like to start by mentioning some of the reviews left by other guests. You can only find negative things if you are genuinely looking for flaws and determined to find something to complain about.
We stayed in a side sea view room, and it was wonderful. The room was extremely cozy, with a balcony, a coffee machine, and a fully equipped bathroom with everything you could need—shampoo, conditioner, and more. One thing worth mentioning is that if you need coffee capsules for the machine, you have to request them from reception.
Moving on, we booked the half-board option, which included breakfast and dinner. I've seen many reviews where people complain that the breakfast lacks variety. That's simply not true! There is absolutely everything you need for a great breakfast. The selection is so extensive that you couldn't possibly try everything in a single day. There are teas, coffees, fruits of all kinds, various yogurts, pastries, cold cuts, and much more.
For lunch, you can order from the bar menu, which offers a selection of poolside favorites such as burgers, nachos, salads, and even desserts. Everything we tried was delicious.
As for dinner, I have nothing but praise. The food was exceptionally tasty and beautifully presented—truly worthy of a 5-star experience.
I would also like to highlight the entire bar and restaurant staff. They are absolutely amazing—friendly, cheerful, and genuinely dedicated to making your holiday as enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to all of them for serving us with such kindness and enthusiasm, even after working long days.
Regarding the pool, it is true that sunbeds can be difficult to get, but that's not really something the hotel can control. It's simply first come, first served. On the beach, which is extremely close to the hotel, sunbeds cost €16 for two, meaning €8 per sunbed.
There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel.
As for what might be the only downside, during the evenings, although you're on holiday and want to enjoy yourself, some guests unfortunately don't seem to understand the importance of respecting shared spaces. They sit on the terrace talking very loudly, laughing, and showing little consideration for other guests.
Other than that, we had an extraordinary experience at this hotel. The prices for food and drinks are very reasonable, the staff are fantastic, and the facilities provide everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Mallorca.

Lovely hotel in a great location, all of the staff are amazing and friendly, especially Manuel, Oriana and Rodri. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are great with a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks and fluffy towels. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioning was really noisy (especially at night). Only had B&B which was fine, plenty of choice but some of the "clean" plates and utensils were dirty or still wet so not great in that respect and when items ran out they were not replenished (i.e. pastries etc.). Main complaints: (1) reserving sunbeds! They must get up in the middle of the night to put their towels out as no matter how early I was awake , they were "reserved" ' it is not fair, especially as they are mostly not even then being used, and the hotel says this is prohibited but it is not monitored. Come on H10, include sun beds with room reservations; (2) smoking - some (selfish) people do not abide by the no smoking rules within the hotel which spoils things for others.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very run-down and basic with damaged walls, rubbish, stained carpets and poor bathrooms, I’d say it’s more of a 2/3 star hotel than a 4 star.
The reception staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly, they refused to help us with arranging taxis and provided no guidance. There were also loads of cockroaches around the hotel during our stay. There was no air conditioning running throughout most of the hotel, which made the communal areas really uncomfortable, and multiple guests were complaining about it while we were there.
There’s no porter service either, so you have to drag your suitcases up a steep hill and flights of stairs yourself, which isn’t ideal, especially in the heat.
The sunbeds are all crammed together, and unless you’re out reserving one at around 6am, you’ll struggle to get a decent spot. The pools are small and overcrowded, so we ended up paying to go to beach clubs instead. The beach is not owned by the hotel and you have to pay for beach beds, the reception staff failed to mention this and mislead us which was frustrating!
The food was okay but nothing special, and even the drinking water around the hotel was always warm, with no cold water available, which was really disappointing in the heat.
Overall, the hotel just didn’t live up to its 4 star rating. We were really disappointed with our stay and wouldn’t return.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The views are breathtaking, and the food is delicious with so many options to choose from.
However, the absolute best part of the resort is the animation team! There are fun activities happening at all hours of the day, including amazing pool parties and a fantastic silent party. The nightly shows are completely professional and so entertaining!
A huge shoutout to the amazing team who made our vacation unforgettable: DJ Shaggy kept the energy high, the choreographer La profe is brilliant, and the chief Barbie runs everything perfectly. Disgusting hotel riddled with mould&damp.
We checked in to the hotel on 6/8/26, we also checked out 6/8/26 due to the sheer disgust of the hotel, resulting in me and my partner losing over £3100. (Trying to get this refunded)
We were given our first room, there was mould on the ceilings, the walls and in the air con unit. A foul smell of damp in the air. Filthy pillows, floors, a balcony that had had numerous smashed tiles (barely fit to walk on without cutting yourself) and stained bedding. Absolutely not what you’d expect from a so called “4* hotel”.
After seeing the state of the first room we went to reception and requested we were moved rooms. Explained numerous times how I suffered from asthma in the past and still have the occasional flair up meaning sleeping in a room riddled with damp was absolutely unacceptable and was already affecting my chest from the 20 minutes I was in there.
We were then provided with a second room and was told we can choose which room we preferred, only to walk in with the same issues. Mould on the walls and the scent of damp. The room was cleaner than the other but was still disgusting having what appeared to be poo residue on the towel.
Again we complained, only for the hotel manager to send in the ‘maintenance technician’ to pour odour blocker down the drains as if that was going to remove the damp. They are clearly not working to remove damp as the ‘maintenance technician’ also came in to just wipe off the mould with water and a cloth.
We could not use the aircon In either of these rooms due to it only blasting and intensifying the smell. Aircon vents brimmed with dust appearing to never have been cleaned. A number of flies and other insects in both rooms.
At this point we had been in the hotel for 4 hours waiting for a resolution from TUI and the damp conditions was really taking an effect on my chest. With it being clear there was going to be no resolution before we would have to sleep, we had to make the decision to check out of the hotel and pay for a room in the hotel next door (Cabot Cala ferrera) as we would not possibly be able to sleep in those conditions and booked our own flight home the next day.
I genuinely have no idea how other guests have not had/reported these issues or how it has only happened to us.
Side note; pools reeked of urine suggesting they’re not cleaned regularly, hallways are ran down and also have a damp smell.
Absolutely outrageous no refund has been given and the fact TUI will continue to do business with a hotel in these conditions is crazy. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
Follow on from hotel reply; we were absolutely not offered alternative accommodation, we were only provided the option of the 2 damp rooms. I also have photographic evidence of the towel but it will not allow me to attach images. You can see these images on my review left on trip advisor.

Everything was great overall, but I can’t help mentioning one thing that left a bad impression.
At dinner, my boyfriend and I would often walk in alongside 5–6 other guests. The staff member at the entrance would warmly greet everyone, but then stop only us and ask for our room number, even though nobody else in the group was asked. I understand that checking room numbers is part of her job and it may have been completely random, but being singled out made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat marginalized.
I don’t believe there was any bad intention behind it, but I wish the policy had been applied consistently- either by asking everyone or by not asking anyone.
Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, huge breakfast buffet, lovely facilities (gym/sauna/mini golf etc), hotel is modern, staff were very friendly. We arrived after mid night and the hotel had a beautiful buffet left for us with wine! This was really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The staff also made a special effort for our daughters birthday which made her day ! The only downsides were the pools were quite cold and food at lunch/dinner was ok.

Definitely would not class this as a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3 or 4 max. Food is revolting and always served cold at the à la carte restaurant. Came out within 3 minutes of ordering so had obviously been cooked a while prior and left sitting.
Also booked a room with a hot tub, paid extortionate amounts to be told they are all down for maintenance

Returned from a fantastic trip to this hotel.
Third holiday here and it seems to be getting better every year.
It’s not cheap but we feel it’s definitely worth the extra money.
A particular thanks to the kids entertainment team. My son has Down Syndrome and they were absolutely amazing with him and my other 2 kids.
Hotel is definitely suited to families and in particular younger kids.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We had the most fantastic stay - we stayed all inclusive, the dining options were all great and the buffet varied every day, the kids loved trying new things!! Our split room was perfect, meant we had our own space away from the kids which was perfect. The pools had everything to keep the kids entertained and the lap pool was great to take a break from splashing and manage some swimming!! The entertainment varied every night, some hits and some misses but the enthusiasm was always there. And big shout out to the Kids Club staff - they were incredible!! First time our kids have actually asked to go back to a kids club. All in all a fantastic stay, definitely keen to check out the other hotels in this chain!!

Asia Gardens is one of those rare hotels that genuinely feels like an escape. The tropical gardens, waterfalls and collection of beautifully designed pools create the impression that you’ve travelled much further than the Costa Blanca. Each pool has its own atmosphere, whether you’re after peaceful relaxation, a leisurely swim or simply a different spot to spend the afternoon with a book.
A particular highlight was the 9am Qi Gong and meditation class. The instructor was excellent, making the session accessible and enjoyable regardless of experience. For an hour, the usual mental clutter disappeared and I left feeling calmer, more focused and ready for the day ahead.
The hotel also deserves credit for its vegetarian options. Too often, vegetarian menus feel like an afterthought, but there was a genuinely varied choice across the restaurants, with plenty of fresh and interesting dishes.
Our room was equally impressive. The super king bed was gloriously comfortable and made it dangerously easy to justify an afternoon nap between pool visits.
If there is one area where the guest experience could be improved, it would be the reliance on wristbands. Having to present or scan them repeatedly throughout the stay felt slightly at odds with the otherwise seamless luxury experience. A more discreet digital solution, such as room-key recognition or app-based identification, would feel more in keeping with the hotel’s premium positioning.
That said, this is a minor observation in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Between the wellness programme, exceptional surroundings, comfortable rooms, excellent food and abundance of pools, Asia Gardens remains one of the most relaxing hotels I’ve visited.
A place that reminds you that slowing down is sometimes the most productive thing you can do.

Great place but wasted potential.
We went for 3 nights with out little boy who's 2.5 for a 'recharge' break. Now the hotel grounds and lobby are stunning, check in felt 5* and the pools genuinely are amazing. Absolutely no complaints. Where I feel it really lacks is captialising on the basics. A morning coffee for me is essential, staying round europe and the world at other 5* spa resorts (not all inc) I'd expect to be able to purchase a morning coffee of a high quality - at Asia Gardens you are stuck with a quite poor breakfast buffet, machine coffee which is in paper cups to take out the busy dining hall. Given the pristine seating areas (like outside the Koh Samui restaurant) it's criminal not to be able to unwind. Beyond the front desk, service was 'ok'. Poolside in the heated pool we ate and drank all day, each time I would have to go to the bar to request drinks and food, did not feel premium.
Huge potential here and I'd love to go back IF the basics were fixed. Otherwise, hotels like Nous in Santorini are a better option.

My husband and I stayed at Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa in Alicante from 1st–4th March and had a lovely stay.
The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast restaurant team were friendly and attentive each morning and, on our last day, kindly opened an hour early to serve us a hot breakfast as we had to leave for a flight — an extremely thoughtful gesture. The staff in both the Koh Samui and Polop restaurants also provided excellent service and made our meals very enjoyable.
I would also like to mention how helpful the staff were when I thought I had lost my handbag. They went out of their way to assist me, which I really appreciated.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa to anyone visiting Alicante.

We expected so much more after seeing the appealing pictures and in the knowledge that the hotel is part of the prestigious LHW group.
This is a decent four star hotel with a beautiful garden. However, it is far far away from being luxurious and has some issues that make me want to not come back.
Our room was spacious and clean. The interior shows its age and there are just two chairs and a small table on the balcony, no sun loungers. Housekeeping is a lottery, some days you will get new towels or hygiene supplies, some days you won’t.
The hotel has a free WiFi throughout, but the cover is patchy and the connection (40Mbps at best, mostly 2-5) unstable. Mind you, it’s not password protected, so all security warnings went off on my machines. I‘d be careful about using it to access my ebanking.
Excellent gym with the latest Technogym equipment.
Restaurants vary in quality: Lombocci was abominable, Koh Samui decent and the pool grill really good but, alas, not open for the evening.
Now for the deal-breaker: the loungers at the pool are old, rusty and quite full of bird droppings. The covers vary, but the birds leave their marks and it is not getting cleaned. The hotel issues green cards entitling you to one (!) towel per day. So, if your towel is wet or you want a second one as the first one is covering the bird poo, good luck. Not collecting the green card at the end of the day results in a €35.- penalty. Quite the attitude for a luxury hotel.
The main pool closes at 19:00. Don’t worry, the pool boy will unmistakably let you know that it’s time to leave and no, sorry or please are not part of his vocabulary.
The hotel is hosting conventions and is not really oriented towards the individual tourist imho.
You may check the final bill, as we've had someone else's drinks on it. The hotel took it off the bill without any fuss, but you still should check it.

While the Balinese-inspired decor is charming, the functionality is lagging.
The "3rd Bed" Issue: A major grievance for couples or travelers seeking a clean, minimalist space is the presence of a permanent 3rd bed (often a daybed or sofa bed) in many Deluxe rooms. Even if you don't need it, it is frequently non-removable, cluttering the room and eating up valuable terrace space.
The "Outdated" Feel: While the materials are high-quality (teak and stone), some of the tech and fixtures are beginning to feel tired. For a hotel that commands these rates, the rooms should feel like a fresh sanctuary, not a crowded showroom.
### Service & Amenities: The "Nickel-and-Dime" Culture
This is where the hotel loses its "Leading Hotels of the World" luster. True luxury is defined by seamlessness, but at Asia Gardens, there is a palpable sense of being charged for the basics.
Tennis & Facilities: In most global 5-star resorts, the use of a tennis court is a complimentary amenity for guests. Here, it is an additional cost—a small charge that leaves a big, "un-luxurious" aftertaste.
The Towel Card System: Perhaps the most glaring sign of outdated management is the towel card system. Here’s my honest review of METT Marbella.
Overall, I had a good stay. One of the biggest highlights is definitely the location right on the beach. The views are beautiful, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing.
The food at the hotel was good. There are two restaurants: AMMOS, which serves Mediterranean cuisine, and Isola, the Italian restaurant. There’s also Lola’s Bar, where you can grab snacks and drinks during the day. The cocktails were great as well.
The biggest downside was the service. It was extremely slow throughout our stay. We were often left waiting much longer than expected, and when we mentioned it, some of the staff didn’t seem very receptive. Considering the level of hotel, I think this is an area that definitely needs improvement.
As for the rooms, they were perfectly fine. They’re not the most luxurious rooms I’ve ever stayed in, but they’re comfortable and have everything you need. There were a few maintenance issues in our room—the shower drain didn’t drain properly, causing water to pool, and the bathroom door didn’t close very smoothly. Nothing major, but details that could easily be fixed.
One thing I really appreciated is the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. They clearly focus on being environmentally friendly, which is a great initiative.
The location is nice if you’re looking for a quieter beachfront stay. However, if you want to explore Marbella and the surrounding areas, I would definitely recommend renting a car. Otherwise, you’ll find yourself relying on taxis or Ubers quite a bit. If being close to all the main attractions is important to you, this may not be the most convenient choice.
Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront hotel with good food, beautiful views, and a calm atmosphere, METT Marbella is a solid option. Just be prepared for slower service and a location that’s a little farther from the main attractions.

Our experience at the hotel was amazing from start to finish. Everything was very well taken care of, and all the staff were fantastic — always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed.
We would especially like to highlight Claudia R. for her kindness, warmth, and attention to detail. From the very beginning, she made us feel incredibly welcome and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. It’s always a pleasure to meet such professional and genuinely lovely people.

We were very positively surprised by the METT Hotel in Marbella. We were welcomed with a complimentary welcome drink, and there was also a small treat waiting for us in our room, which we really appreciated.
The pool is beautiful, and the entire hotel is very clean. We did not notice anything negative during our stay. The beach is also lovely. The service on the beach could be improved slightly, but the food served both on the beach and by the pool was excellent.
The breakfast was delicious as well. The buffet offered a great variety and had everything we could wish for.
Taxis were arranged for us very quickly. Although they were quite expensive, this is not the hotel’s fault, as taxi prices are generally high in Marbella.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marbella.

This was probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The amenities were amazing starting with the breakfast buffet in the morning. Pool and poolside menu were great. The restaurants on site made you not want to leave. Some further restaurants/nightlife are like a 25 minute taxi away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Erika and the rest or the staff were really lovely to us throughout our stay

The hotel is beautiful, with modern, stylish rooms, a fantastic pool, and direct beach access. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived.
The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. We also loved spending time by the pool, where the live DJ created such a great atmosphere during the day!
The staff service was exceptional. A special thank you to Alejandro, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. He was happy to help with anything we needed, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend METT to anyone visiting the Costa del Sol!

Overall our family had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Mallorca. The hotel is on a mountain with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, we had the most gorgeous sunsets. What stood out most was the exceptional service and genuine attention to detail. The team consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially our children.
From the moment we arrived, the kids were welcomed with gifts. When we entered our room, they found adorable plush animals, petite robes and slippers waiting for them—a lovely surprise that immediately set the tone for our stay. Even at the restaurants, the little touches continued with beautifully designed coloring kits. It made dining with young children both fun and easy.
The hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The dedicated children’s pool felt peaceful and almost private, the kids’ club was excellent, and the entire property is designed in a way that families can truly relax without sacrificing the luxury experience.
The resort itself is beautiful. We loved how it’s seamlessly integrated into the natural stone cliffs, blending beautifully with the surrounding landscape. It has the feel of a true resort, where it’s enjoyable to wander through the property rather than feeling confined to one building. The complimentary shuttle to Port de Sóller was also extremely convenient.
The food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent selection of fresh local produce, and the casual restaurant served some of the freshest fish we had during our time in Mallorca. The spa is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful facilities that made for a truly relaxing experience. We also appreciated thoughtful touches like flower petals placed on our bed during turndown service.
The hotel is beginning to show its age in some areas, and a refresh of the rooms and certain facilities would elevate the experience even further. That said, the property is exceptionally well maintained, and its charm, setting, and service more than make up for it.
The only real disappointment was our room. While comfortable, it felt quite small for our family. During check-in we were offered a paid upgrade, but when we later asked if there was any possibility of moving to a larger room, we were told nothing suitable was available. Given the hotel’s otherwise exceptional level of hospitality, we had hoped for a bit more flexibility.
Overall, Jumeirah Mallorca delivers a luxurious yet relaxed family resort experience with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, excellent dining, and thoughtful touches that make both adults and children feel genuinely cared for. It’s a hotel we would happily return to.

Had an exceptional stay from the moment we entered the hotel till the moment the car was packed all thanks to the helpful staff. The views were phenomenal 10/10, my only comment would be the condition of the property needs some improvement. And variety of restaurants is all catered as fine dining, hoped there were more family oriented or international cuisine in the hotel. But still the views alone would bring me back.

I would not recommend this property. We booked through American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts expecting a true five-star luxury experience, but the hotel consistently failed to meet even basic standards of hospitality, comfort, and maintenance.
The most upsetting part of our stay occurred on our first day when two female employees laughed and referred to me as "the gringa" after I politely asked for directions. Being mocked by hotel staff made me feel unwelcome, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable. No guest should experience this at any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as luxury.
The accommodations were equally disappointing. Our first upgraded room had such a strong odor of sewage, mold, or water damage that staff immediately acknowledged it and relocated us. Despite repeatedly requesting a quiet room before arrival and again at check-in, we were placed between two elevators and across from a staff entrance, resulting in constant noise throughout the night. The room also never cooled properly, making it difficult to sleep, and the property itself felt dated, with worn carpeting, damaged walls, visible mold in the shower, and poor housekeeping.
The spa's pricing was also concerning. We were quoted one price by phone, only to learn prices fluctuate based on demand, with the exact same treatment costing up to €50 more depending on the time. Staff could not even provide a definitive price before booking, which felt far from the transparency expected at a luxury resort.
To add to the disappointment, our American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts welcome amenity was never provided.
At $1,900+ per night, we expected professionalism, respect, attentive service, and well-maintained accommodations. Instead, we experienced maintenance issues, poor housekeeping, inconsistent service, unclear pricing practices, and an interaction with staff that left us feeling unwelcome.
Luxury is defined by hospitality, attention to detail, and making guests feel valued. Unfortunately, this property fell far short of those expectations, and we cannot recommend it.

We started our honeymoon off here and were very happy. The suite we got was very nice. Spacious, clean, nice amenities, amazing view of the sea with its own terrace. There were not many other rooms on our level. We rarely saw anyone else and never heard any noise in our room. Very private.
We do wish we upgraded to a suite above the lobby so we could have been closer to the infinity pool and gym, both of which are very nice and we used every day. Breakfast was also very good with a great view. Service was friendly and quick, unlike some other reviews I’ve read. The shuttle down to the port and back runs every hour between 10 am and 11 pm. We do wish it was every 30 minutes just for convenience but overall, every hour isn’t bad. And please note calling taxis can take awhile since they have a limited number and try to make efficiency on pickups while dropping off. It took about 45 minutes for our taxi to arrive to transfer us to our next hotel in Valldemossa.
The hotel has a lot of levels and sprawls along the cliff side. So you could end up taking multiple elevators or stairs depending on where your room is. We do wish the hotel was a tad smaller so it was more personal but the service received was pretty top notch all around. I did call for more coffee pods twice and never received them, most likely because the request has to get passed a long and was lost along the way.
Still, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and actually wished we had stayed an additional night instead of the 3 nights we were there.
