This is our 4th time returning to the Zafiro Tropic in Alcudia and it never disappoints. The staff are wonderful and it’s great to see the same staff still working here ( obviously a testament to how well they are treated by the company). We have stayed as a family during February half term and the hotel is very much at the start of the season but this doesn’t make any difference to the quality of the experience. My family come each year as part of a bigger organised group to train and ride their bikes in the mountains around Alcudia. The hotel at this time of year caters for athletes from all disciplines, it is particularly popular with triathletes, cyclists and football groups. It’s fantastic to see all these young athletes getting on well together and the atmosphere is wonderful. The food is outstanding and the Head chef is a wonderful ( Raphaël), really good quality and a wide range. The pancakes at breakfast are particularly well liked. Well done team Zafiro, you do a fantastic job!

We had a really good time at Zafiro tropic, the rooms where very clean and spacious. The buffet in the morning and evening was very good and the people serving and cleaning tables where super friendly. Joane was great! Always smiling even when it was very busy and always up for a joke. All of the staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Guapissimo! We are very satisfied with the accomodation and facilities! Breakfast and dinner is - despite a large hotel and a big room with many guests - of appropriate quality and most of the food is very fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it especially for sporty people!

Our experience at the Zafiro Tropic was exceptional from checking-in to leaving. The staff are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The system for key access is brilliant and so convenient when you have five staying in one room. The food and selection in the buffet restaurant for all meals was great and your waiting staff were very attentive. All areas in the hotel were exceptionally clean and a credit to your staff. This has been one of my best stays in any hotel and I would be delighted to stay again. My family all feel the same and would be more than happy to return.

The rooms (ours was an adapted room and after removing the coffee table was suitable for our needs) are adequate, and having a large fridge, mini kitchen, is a bonus, but they do need upgrading as they are showing signs of wear and tear. Service and staff are among the most efficient that I have come across in a long time. There can be no faulting their tireless service with a smile. The approach road isn't the most panoramic, but you are only a short walk to shops and the beachfront. We chose the hotel on it being wheelchair friendly, and wasn't disappointed. Pools, spa are accessible as is the whole of the hotel. Accessibility was not a problem except possibly the main entrance, which has a steepish ramp, but there is a flat entrance through the gardens if required.
