We stayed for one week and had a really wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is close to the beach and everything was well organized and comfortable. We really enjoyed the food and the buffet had a good variety every day. ,Heddi ,at the cooking station was always smiling and prepared everything perfectly. We would definitely come back again.”

We stayed here at the start of May, although we had a lush holiday the hotel was lacking in certain areas. When booking you see photos of building one which looks fresh and newly refurbished but building 2 is a bit more tired and that’s where we was given our room. Rooms are basic, but clean in general and the maids visited every day as long as you put the clean up time sign on your door. They were also very polite and made conversation with us when passing. Our balcony door was broken and didn’t lock which was fixed our last day Food wasn’t the best, we ended up going out every day for breakfast because the selection was there but it wasn’t enjoyable, stone cold hard bacon and undercooked sausage no thanks. Dinner and tea time was a bit more enjoyable, our daughter practically lived on chips and hot dogs. The pool toilet facilities weren’t the best, dimly lit, broken cubical doors with no handles, had to lean and hold it shut, could see out of them which I didn’t like, not sure if you could see in them. Lifts in building 2 - one lift was on and off for the week it was off one day when we first arrived and then halfway through our holiday I got stuck in the lift for about 45-60 mins with a couple. We pressed the alarm and it sent us through to an outside contractor instead of reception so we had no help off the alarm people. I had to borrow one of the couples phone and call my partner who was round the pool to tell reception to get them to come and help us. On the plus side my daughter loved the kids pool and the hotel is in a great location.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The beds were so uncomfortable we had to ask reception for more duvets to make it more comfortable! As a pregnant lady the food was rubbish, everything seemed to be fish so we had to eat out everyday. The walls in the rooms were so thin you could hear people coming in at 2 am arguing. Our room seemed to be covered in little tiny ants. The hotel is split into 2 hotels, we were in number 2. This one seemed to look like the worst out of the 2, more run down and basic. Cleaners were knocking on the door so early and talking so loudly outside the rooms. Hotel is in a great location, staff are great with keeping the pool area tidy. Entertainment team are amazing! Cleaners did clean everything& gave us clean towels daily however didn’t give us any clean bedding on the 10 days we were there. Didn’t change the dirty cups either that was used for tea/coffee or give us more milk & sugar.

It was amazing, me and my daughter was on 9th floor so it was beautiful,we can see everything. Room clean, hotel and around pool they clean every day👍food fantastic-lots to choose from! Entertainment every evening, beautiful clean beaches 😍 Definitely recommend this place 😍

This hotel is very clean. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is well organised and the food is very good quality, nicely displayed and a wide variety of choices. All inclusive drinks were excellent. The entertainment is good and the location is just minutes from the sandy beach.
