Overall had a great stay at Zafiro Mallorca. The grounds are stunning, kids entertainment is great and really good variety of food at the buffet. It was always fresh and hot, plus plenty of options for kids etc. The rooms are good - big and well equipped, nice big balcony. The biggest downside for me with this hotel was the location. Yes it’s 10 mins from the beach but it’s not a great beach, and not good for kids as the sea is very choppy. Plus not a nice local town to wander round. We got a bus to Alcúdia one day which is worth doing, but next time will stay at a resort on a beach / in a town.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel overall. One of the highlights for me was the heated swimming pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax after a long day. I also really enjoyed the à la carte lunch options; the food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety without feeling overwhelming. The cocktails were nice too, made to order and a good selection. Another big plus was the cleanliness throughout the hotel. My room and the common areas were consistently spotless, which made the stay feel comfortable and well cared for. The only slight downside was the surrounding area. I think we were out of season as the beach needed tidying up and some of the streets too, but it was still perfectly fine and didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. All in all, a solid stay with some standout amenities that made it worthwhile.

A great hotel. Its clean, ppl are very freindly and so helpfull. The pool is being heated and have warm water so if the temperture is nice but water is not you can still swim. The kids club is great for kids. They organise so much and also in the evening. Had a great time with my family and two kids of 9 en 3 years old.

Great hotel for the kids, lots of entertainment, food is great and lots of options. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Marga in the buffet restaurant was so helpful and really looked after George who has a Gluten allergy. They couldn’t do enough for us. Pools were great with activities to entertain the kids, grounds and pool area cleaned every morning. Good park for the kids, tennis courts football pitch and other sports stuff. Decent gym and indoor pool with onsite shop for essentials

Modern clean hotel. Lovely grounds and facilities. Entertainment was good at times apart from Saturday night was poor. A quiz that was fairly boring! Kids club wasn’t really worth bothering with as not very engaging. Medal games not very well organised. Pool was brilliant with lots to keep kids entertained.
