I do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the reality is quite different from what is presented in the photos and description. The rooms are in poor condition and clearly need renovation. The air conditioning barely works, which is especially uncomfortable given the temperatures in Mallorca. The gym is much smaller than it appears in the photos and, even worse, there is no air conditioning inside. The hotel advertises four swimming pools, but in reality three of them are very small and shallow, more like paddling pools than proper swimming pools. Breakfast was also very disappointing. It is mainly a typical English-style breakfast, with very little local Spanish or Mallorcan food. The quality and variety are poor. There is also only one working coffee machine for the entire hotel, which naturally creates queues. What I found particularly ridiculous was the restaurant staff not allowing guests to take even a single piece of fruit with them after breakfast. Considering that breakfast is already included in the stay, this kind of policy feels unnecessarily restrictive and certainly does not make guests feel welcome. Another major downside is that the hotel seems to charge extra for almost everything. Considering the overall standard of the rooms, facilities and food, I do not think the hotel offers good value for money. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations and looks considerably better in the promotional photos than it does in reality. I would not stay here again.

We stayed at HM Martinique for a weekend with a group of friends and had a great experience. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Diego made our check-in process very smooth and took the time to explain everything about the hotel. Our room was spacious, well designed, and had a great terrace. There are also several pools with different atmospheres to choose from, which we really enjoyed. The food and drinks were good, and the bar staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to George and Jose for their excellent service. The location is also great, making it very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel would definitely recommend. The rooms were clean and nice, staff were lovely and the hotel had everything that’s needed. They allow you to rent €10 for a towel for the beach and give you the money back so no need to pack one

Had the most perfect stay here!!! Beautiful hotel and very clean , food amazing with lots of choice every day and pools and outdoor area perfect. Very close to town and beach I would definitely recommend to anyone. The rep Dale was wonderful!!! Came over introduced himself and and got to know our group and what we wanted out of our holiday!!! We had the best night out because of him!!!! Very friendly and approachable man and even after we had been to our event he still continued every day to come say hi and have a conversation what a top guy !!!! He made our stay memorable an we can’t wait to go back 🎉🎉🎉

We stayed at Hotel Martinica from June 10th to 14th as a group of 14 Portuguese guests. We truly appreciated the hospitality of your staff, especially Gabri, who treated us exceptionally well. We would also like to highlight the rest of the team, both men and women, who were all fantastic. The only negative point was when your manager arrived to take over operations at the hotel. The atmosphere became noticeably more rigid, and the staff seemed less at ease. We believe he could treat the team better and show more support toward people who had behaved professionally and kindly throughout our stay.
