This is a very good hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is first class with a wide range to choose from. Evening entertainment is a bit mixed but usually you have an enjoyable evening. One or two points that would improve the hotel is that the bathrooms need upgrading to walk in showers. The shower above the bath only had one hight with one hand grip. In the bars, proper drink mats would be more appropriate than paper ones. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and shops also very nice walk along the promenade.

Excellent hotel and well located near to the beach, shops and restaurants. For All Inclusive, the food and drink selection is fantastic , with a visit to the à la carte restaurant if you stay for at least a week. All food is clearly labelled for allergens. A lot of branded drinks are on offer too. Including Estrella for the beer and Bacardi, Jim Beam etc. What makes this place extra special is the staff, from the greeting at reception to the bar and dining staff. A special mention aldo for the animation team. Milan, Sam and Antonio. They are real entertainers and their kindness and enthusiasm really made our holiday special.

We just had a week stay at the Zafiro Rey Don Jamie and it was fantastic. It was 100m from the beach in a great location. The food was really good and the cocktails amazing. The entertainment staff were brilliant and we loved the night time entertainment. The rooms were lovely and the hotel was nice and clean. I also had a bottle of champagne left in my room on my birthday. We would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back

My Husband and I Love this Hotel in Santa Ponsa the staff are second to none. Very helpful and friendly infact go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The Hotel is very Clean the food is spot on lot's of variety for all and very close to the beach shops bad bars perfect for anyone with mobility issues this Hotel is perfect. When in Santa Ponsa this is definitely the Hotel for us as stayed there many times and will continue to do so in years to come. Thank you Ray Done Jamie for another perfect holiday hope to see you all again soon on our next holiday Vacation. x

We have had the most lovely weeks holiday, our 3rd time being at the Hotel. Special mention for the amazing entertainment team, they work so hard but always with a smile & are just brilliant. Would also like to say all the staff at the Hotel have been helpful, friendly & made us feel very welcome. We have met some lovely people throughout the week, my Husband Dave has loved playing pool & volleyball 😀 thank you xxx
