Wow what can I say, just got home after a week here celebrating my 60th with my girlfriends. This hotel is amazing. Spotlessly clean, food wow beautifully cooked so much to choose from. Great bedrooms would be nice to have a few more English Chanel’s on TV 😊. 10 mins walk to beautiful beach, shops and bars. All the staff are amazing keep up the good work 👏🏼👏🏼. Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be back and my friends have said the same. I can see why people return.

Excellent hotel, have been going there for almost 30 years now, that’s how much we love everything about it. Excellent location with small walking distance to the beach and all amenities, great variety of cafes, restaurants and bars with great entertainment also within walking distance. Extremely warm welcome from the minute you arrive at the hotel, very pleasant , friendly and helpful staff who go over and above to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel you can clearly see on arrival is bright, with lovely decor and immaculate. The rooms are also immaculate and very inviting with extremely large and comfortable beds. The pool area is beautiful with a large amount of sun loungers and you don’t have to worry about getting up early to put a towel down, always enough space for everyone in our experience on going every year, May and September.Great experiences during the day with excellent entertainment staff who go out of their way to make everyone feel included and welcomed. The staff in the restaurant are all very friendly and welcoming and the food in our experience was of good quality and good variety. Everything about our stay from the extremely pleasant,welcoming young man at check in (so sorry we didn’t get his name ) was amazing he was so helpful and remembered us from our last visit. Every night we were welcomed back into the hotel at the end of the evening with such a happy smile from the night receptionist Raffa, who is an absolute joy and in our opinion such an asset to the hotel with his joyful aura. Would always recommend this hotel to friends and family as everything about it we can’t fault, brilliant experience all round.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Haven’t got a bad word to say about it! From the roof top bar, to fresh made cocktails, and the unbelievably good buffet food and al la carte menu. The entire experience was amazing. I do have to give an extra special shout out to Milan, the entertainment staff and Aidan who worked the bar and pool restaurant because they were absolutely fantastic! Been here 4 years in a row, at the start of September every time and already looking to book next year, couldn’t fault it. I also left my brand new Nike Air trainers in my hotel room on the day off leaving, got in touch with Alex at reception (who did remember me from the year before) he found my trainers and sent them back to me for a small fee, which is unreal! Really wasn’t expecting to see them again unless I came to pick them up next year! Hahahaha

Super. Super. Excellent. Perfect base for any activity. To wide beatifull beach, 3 min slow walk. Arround in close proximity lot of bars, stores, cafeteria etc. Hotel itself maybe looks a little old from outside, but inside it's modern and perfect clean. Room's are clean too (everyday cleaning service crew working from early morning). Hotel crew are most helpfull in any case, anytime. Food area is huge. Fresh and tasty food for everyones (meateaters, vegan, seafood, sweeties). Everyday on dinner is something different (no any boring on food really). Only one (minor) disadvantage it's thin walls and room doors, so sensitive ears can hear louder sounds from corridor or next room. Anyway, I reccomend this place for any from 5 to 105 year old.

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We have a fantastic view from our room, the food is wonderful, the staff everywhere are charming. We have had an issue with our room (527) but everything humanly possible was tried over 7 days. It couldn’t be fixed but we did manage with lots of help from reception to overcome it so no worries. We will be back for our third visit next year. A big thank you to the staff and maintenance men!
