Fantastic family hotel, we all had a blast and couldn't rate the staff any higher. The rooms are really spacious and modern with great AC, we were upgraded to a swim up suite from a garden suite which was a nice bonus. There are plenty of pools and sunbeds, the water park for little ones is perfect - shallow water and plenty of slides. The water bubble slide is also great fun! Our daughter loved the mini club and was excited to go every day, the staff were wonderful with her and provided a great variety of crafts, and games to play. The mini disco every night was also fun and all the kids love the big koala mascot! We were very impressed with the cocktails and wine list, much better quality than we'd anticipated and very reasonably priced. We stayed room only and only tried the evening buffet once, it had a good variety but it wasn't for us as the cooking of the meat and salmon (not local obviously which is a shame) was too oily/greasy done on a hot plate. Likewise for lunch at the pool restaurant - its all a bit oily and stodgy rather than fresh. Thankfully there are plenty of lovely restaurants in the town just down the hill through the park which is a 10 minute walk. Overall we had a great week here and will likely visit again, it had everything we needed and we were very impressed with all the staff who are super friendly and talented. We understand why many guests who we met were returning guests year after year.

Had a lovely experience at this hotel. We’ve just come back from an amazing family holiday in Majorca, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. My husband, our son and I stayed in a lovely apartment with a beautiful pool, and everything exceeded our expectations. The entertainment for children was absolutely fantastic our little boy enjoyed every single activity the hotel offered and looked forward to them every day. The food was delicious, and the wide selection of cocktails was definitely one of the highlights for my husband and me! All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, but we would especially like to mention a waiter called Dani. From the very first day, he impressed us with his outstanding service. He always gave us the best recommendations, interacted so warmly with our son, and constantly had the loveliest smile on his face. Our little boy hasn’t stopped talking about him since we came home! We will definitely be returning next year, hopefully with slightly better weather, as unfortunately we visited during a rainy period. Nevertheless, the wonderful staff and atmosphere made our holiday truly special. Thank you all. Hannah

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Good pools. Great kids. There is also an adult only pool area. Great entertainment in the evenings for kids. Good supermarket on site. The accessible room was excellent for myself and my partner. There’s plenty of space for us because we are both wheelchair users. Will be staying here again.

We chose this hotel for our 4 year old son and it did not disappoint! We were a bit unfortunate with the weather for most of our 10 day stay but thankfully the daily activities that were available saved us. The boys and girls from the entertainment crew were brilliant with all of the kids and made every moment special. The amount of activities that were available and the variety were amazing. Our son LOVED every minute of our holiday and we were genuinely sad to be leaving. The hotel was really good. All of the pools were great. We spent most of our time in the kids pool and that was also amazing for our son. The beach is only 5 minutes away and the selection of shops and restaurants nearby was very good. I would highly recommend staying here as a family/with young children. We would definitely return.

We had such a lovely family holiday here. The staff made the stay so memorable. They are very friendly and go out if their way to make your stay enjoyable. Our children didn’t want to leave and were so sad to come home! The kids club was very entertaining and it was nice that there were activities on almost all day for them. It was a nice idea to incentivise 6 or more kids club visits with a certificate and medal. My daughter was so proud to receive hers and took it in to ‘show & tell’ at her school today. Kids are asking to go back again next year. Food was great and kitchen, waiter staff very good again. Barman came over to use every evening to get us drinks. We upgraded to a pool side suite and it was much bigger than we expected and newly refurbished so we were really surprised how good the room was. Our son was obsessed with the inflatable bubble in the main pool providing hours of entertainment. Both our children also made friends which was lovely. Thoroughly recommend this and would definitely go back again . Thank you!
