Very warm and efficient welcome when we arrived at 2.45 am. A beautiful sea view greeted us when we opened the curtains the next morning. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel and it's grounds/pools are kept immaculate. Food was delicious and plenty or choice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel — it’s genuinely one of the best family‑friendly places we’ve visited. The kids’ entertainment was outstanding, with the team putting so much energy and creativity into every activity. Our little ones were busy, happy, and excited from lunch time activities to evening thanks to the brilliant kids entertainment team. We decided upon arrival to upgrade our room to a sea‑view, and the reception team acted immediately — they were attentive, friendly, and made the whole process effortless. The upgrade was absolutely worth it. The view was stunning, just like in the picture above. I highly recommend choosing a sea‑view room to make the most of your stay. The pools were a real highlight too: clean, spacious, and perfect for both adults and children. Our room was comfortable, modern, and well‑kept throughout our stay, and the service across the hotel was consistently excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the biggest perks is how incredibly close the hotel is to the beach. It took us just a few steps to go from poolside to the sand, which made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. Beachfront hotels really don’t get more convenient than this. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the mini disco in the evenings was a bit loud for very young children. Still, the atmosphere was fun, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the entertainment overall. We’d absolutely return — a fantastic choice for families looking for sun, fun, and great service right by the sea!

The hotel itself is lovely. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. There's plenty for kids to do during the day, and the night entertainment is good. The food is nice (but be prepared they tend to close earlier than planned which can be naughty) The hotel is very remote so there isn't much around. The beach is a short walk away and its beautiful. I would recommend this hotel but if you want more going on outside for walks maybe choose another one of of their sister hotels.

Lovely hotel and right on the beach which was stunning! The room could have done with a little TLC, as the door frames were coming apart and had nails sticking out. The kids club staff were the best! Our little two had the best time with them. The food was fresh and nicely presented, just a shame about the amount of people that were in the one buffet restaurant. It got very stressful trying to find your way to the food. The wait staff worked extremely hard; always ready to clear any empty dishes, and greet you with a smile. As were the bar staff. We hoped to have our room for a late check out, as we weren’t being collected until 5pm, but we were told the hotel was full. I find this very hard to believe, as it was the start of the season, and not all of the rooms were occupied. If anyone is thinking of visiting the area, I would avoid the end of March…the winds spoiled it a little for us. It was lovely once it warmed up towards the end of the week, when we had to fly home! I would definitely stay at Zafiro hotels again.

This hotel is lovely. Beware the apartments across the road (sold as park view rooms) which are 3 star rather than 4 star like the hotel. Kids facilities are good, kids entertainment team are good. Adult activities don’t really seem to be happening as advertised which is disappointing. Staff are helpful and cleaning is of a good standard. I wouldn’t recommend all inclusive as the food is very mid. Struggled for options at breakfast and dinner times for us and kids. Live cooking area is too small and limited for the number of people here at the moment. Food is not refreshed quickly enough (high demand as only one of two buffets currently open). Recommend hiring a car to get around and see the wider area. There are buses but few and far between. There are 3 hotels in the bay but currently no restaurants or cafes open.
