We had a fantastic experience at Zafiro Bahia in Mallorca! 🌞 This resort is highly recommended, especially for families. Everything exudes child-friendliness: from the pools and playgrounds to the daily activities where children never get bored. A big plus is the daily cleaning – a fresh room and clean towels every day. The entire grounds are also constantly maintained: during meals, around the pool, and on the paths, you can always see that everything is well cared for. In addition, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Always a smile, always willing to help, and they make you feel truly welcome. This makes your stay extra pleasant. The only thing is that there is not much to do around the hotel, but the entertainment offer within the hotel compensates for that. We had the room with the swim up pool and there were 2 adults and a 1.5 year old child. In short: if you're looking for a carefree, clean, and child-friendly holiday destination, you can confidently choose Zafiro Bahia. We would love to come back!

We stayed at Zafiro Bahía with our toddler for 5 nights and overall had a good experience. The rooms with a jacuzzi are definitely a highlight — very spacious with comfortable beds. However, there are a few practical issues: there aren’t enough plugs for charging phones or other devices, which can be inconvenient especially traveling with kids. The hotel also doesn’t offer any creams or tissues but beach towels are for free and can be exchanged every 2 days. The hotel is generally clean and well maintained, but noise can be a problem if your room faces the pool and stage area — expect music and entertainment until around 10/11 p.m. The biggest downside for us was the dining area. When the hotel is fully booked, the restaurant feels far too small, and you often need to queue to get your food. The buffet quality wasn’t really convincing, and there were no name tags for the breakfast items, which made things a bit confusing. It’s clear the restaurant section could use some renovation, especially compared to the rest of the property. On the plus side, the pool areas are clean, attractive, and great for families, though they can get very busy during peak times. The beach is just a few steps away, which is definitely a big bonus. Overall, Zafiro Bahía has potential — with some improvements to the restaurant and a few practical room updates, it could be a much better experience.

We stayed here for a week, a family of 4. Initial impression of the hotel was positive (the lobby, entrance, surrounding areas). All areas are maintained and clean, this is true for the room as well, but one large let down is the level of workmanship for the repairs done in rooms. The walls, the corners, finishing touches in areas etc. It's looked after - yes, but quality control should be higher as it's putting a dent on overall impressions (especially when you come here after 1 week in Austria). You need 1-2 days just to get used to it and accept it as it is. Honestly, this is the only thing which was not great about the hotel and our 1 week stay. The food was fantastic each and every day. Swimming pool water was quite cold for us, but it is what it is. Our water play time was saved by the fact that sea water was actually quite a lot warmer :D I could easily recommend this place to any family, but just know that water temp is a tad cooler as it's not heated.

Spent a week with the family for the summer holiday. We liked the food very much. The stuff was nice. The kids (5 and 7 YO) enjoyed the pools. The room was a little worn but good enough. The beach was near but we didn't spend much time there as the kids preferred the pools. The other activities the hotel provides (playground, mini disco, mini golf) were fun too. Overall, based on my experience I would recommend the hotel.

Just returned from an amazing family holiday with 3 adult children. This hotel is fantastic. We've stayed in other Zafiro Hotels but this is by far the best. The location right on the beach was fabulous. The rooms are really large and spotless. Plenty of activities for the whole family and the staff were so friendly, efficient and took great pride in ensuring we had a great stay. A truly wonderful family holiday and will definitely be back.
