This is a lovely, well maintained and very clean boutique hotel with very nice pool and a small beach. Unfortunately the water at the beach is too shallow for swimming, but the beautiful public Mont Choisy beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms with private pool are stunning, spacious, very stylish and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a good selection. The lunch and dinner menu is appropriate for a smaller hotel and offers a great selection of seafood, meat and a few local dishes. I had the local dishes regularly and thought they were very tasty. The main pool is quite large for a boutique hotel and with a beautiful view of the sea. On the whole the service was ok, just one of the receptionists could have been a bit more welcoming. The other one was very polite and friendly though. There is a great souvenir shop, a small supermarket and a very nice coffee shop within walking distance of the hotel.

We stayed at Wonders Beach Boutique for 12 days and really enjoyed every single one of them! The location is great - especially if you have a car it is a short drive to Grand Baie and Pereybere which has is great for beach, shopping and restaurants. Even if you don’t have a car just a short walk to Mont Choisey or Trou aux Biches with great beaches and restaurants also. Not that you even need to leave the hotel, as it has everything you need! There were certainly days we didn’t leave - and enjoyed the pool and beach! The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and the food and service is brilliant - they couldn’t do more to accommodate you. The manager Anil would always go out his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Also a big thank you to Rohan at the bar who made sure our glasses were never empty! The groundsman worked so hard everyday to keep the place looking beautiful and were all so friendly. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Mauritius.

Horrible service, wifi extremely slow, food was extremely bad, they didn’t understand english and couldn’t understand anything regarding the food when i said that i couldn’t have gluten. tried to get them to help with the slow wifi but they didn’t understand and didnt want to help. the fridge in our room had the old guests food in it which was DISGUSTING!! can’t believe that this is a 5 star hotel when it should be 2 maybe 3 stars max?! also the “private beach” barely exists and the “spa” and “gym” was really bad. seriously disappointed since we could have gotten a much better hotel for the same amount of money. such a scam.

Yes yes yes. This Hotel is a little perfect combination of perfect location, beautiful atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and relaxing atmosphere. If you want to live a dream, stay here. Ingrid was especially amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Had the absolute pleasure of spending 5 nights at the Wonders Beach Boutique Hotel. The hotel Name is very fitting, as our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is extremely fresh and comfortable, located right on the waterfront in walking distance to the Trou aux Biches beach as well as the Mon Choisy Bech. Grand Baie is also accessible by foot. The hotel offers beautiful junior suites as well as private villas with own private pools. We stayed in one of the villas and enjoyed every second of it. The rooms as super comfortable and fresh (just like all the pictures), and the general service at the hotel was absolutely 5-star. All of the employees at the hotel, ranging from the security officers, the receptionists, the maintenance people and the restaurant staff seemed genuinely happy and friendly at all times, and we felt so appreciated as guests. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with a stunning seaview, serving a range of delicious food-dishes from both the local cuisine as well as international dishes. The hotel has its own private beach right next to the restaurant. We spent a good amount of time here, as the crystal clear water had amazing underwater life, perfect for snorkeling. We don't really have anything negative to say about Wonders Beach Boutique Hotel. Book this hotel, and you are guaranteed a fantastic experience. We can't wait to someday come back.
