The Preskil Island all-inclusive concept includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast and lunch at Rendez-Vous
  • Option of buffet dinner at Rendez-Vous or a La carte dinner at Mosaic (subject to availability, booking required)
  • A la carte meals can be enjoyed at 1810 with a supplement. Guests on Half Board and All Inclusive now benefit from a food credit of Rs 850 per adult and Rs 400 per child, applicable on food only, with a minimum stay of three nights. This benefit is available an unlimited number of times during the stay.
  • Unlimited locally bottled spirits, wines, draught beers and soft drinks available at the bar (10am to 11.30pm, drinks available as part of the all-inclusive concept marked on bar menu)
  • In-room minibars filled with a selection of drinks (refilled once a day, drinks available as part of the all-inclusive concept marked on minibar menu)

We were there for a team-building event, and it was truly an amazing experience. I definitely do not regret suggesting management opt for this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and highly customer service oriented. They truly exceeded my team’s expectations. A special mention to the bar staff who were absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. They were attentive, professional, welcoming, and always served with a smile. Their excellent service and positive attitude really added to the overall experience and made our day pass even more enjoyable. Will surely come back again with my family

Preskil Hotel has a great location and the property itself is very beautiful. The atmosphere is relaxing and there are many great activities available, which makes the stay enjoyable. The staff members are very nice and welcoming, and they really contribute to making guests feel comfortable during the stay. However, the buffet food was not good at all, which was disappointing. The à la carte restaurants were extremely good, but unfortunately there was not a large choice of dishes. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers great activities, but the main improvement needed is the food quality at the buffet.

Visited for Mother’s Day with my family and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, we were guided to the wrong place and had to figure out ourselves where reception was. At reception, we were told someone would assist us, but nobody came, so we had to ask again. We were then guided to the bar area where things were explained verbally only no tour or proper orientation of the hotel, so we spent time figuring out where everything was ourselves. The welcome cocktail tasted like plain syrup, although the snacks were good. The hotel atmosphere felt very quiet and lacking energy, with no lounge music or lively ambiance. Service was also quite slow throughout the day. The cocktails we ordered were average, and at some points we had to fetch our own menus and drinks from the bar to our table. Lunch was underwhelming as well, limited variety, with the pizzas and bread section being particularly disappointing. The desserts were honestly the highlight of the food section. The spa experience was the only part that truly stood out positively. The welcome, booking process for the massage and jacuzzi, and overall service there were excellent. We also organized a surprise for our mom, which was special for us, but unfortunately even the birthday cake itself did not taste good. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and sadly this is not somewhere we would return to.

I came to Preskil for a small engagement party. Everything was flawless - I had an amazing time and this is my fourth time to this hotel. Kudos to Savinah and her team for the exceptional service provided to us..absolutely flawless and they catered for on the spot requests within minutes. This is very much appreciated. I had sent an email some weeks back to ensure everything was in order and the whole team, were responsive and answered all my questions. We were warmly welcomed by the team who came to check on us. Events and entertainment team, including Chris did an amazing job. Keshnee, Indiren and the whole F&B crew made sure we were comfortable and were patient with us..We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the team for accomodating our requests as a hindu family with restricted meal options. Food was amazing and they catered for our needs. Special thanks to Linda too. I have coincidentally met her everytime I go to Preskil and she is amazing! I would highly recommend Preskil to anyone looking for a resort in Mauritius- perfect sea and mountain views, with amazing staffs and great facilities. Thank you again and I look forward to visiting again when I come to Mauritius next time.
