I recently spent three wonderful days at Ravenala with my parents and brother, and we had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome at reception. The staff efficiently guided us to our two sea-view rooms and made us feel at ease right away. We also appreciated receiving a detailed introduction to the hotel's nine restaurants from a lovely member of the F&B team, which helped us make the most of our stay. During our visit, we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and the various activities available around the resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we particularly enjoyed dining at the Mozaik buffet restaurant. On our last day, my brother and I had delicious burgers and fries, accompanied by refreshing cocktails at O Beach Restaurant, where Mrs Rajinee and her team provided outstanding service. What truly made our stay special was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. My family and I greatly appreciated how welcoming, engaging, and professional everyone was. We would especially like to thank Mr Seam (Assistant F&B Manager), who took the time to converse with us on several occasions and consistently ensured that we felt welcomed and well looked after. Thank you to the entire Ravenala team for making our family getaway such a memorable one. We look forward to returning in the future.

I was welcomed with a warm smile and attentive service upon my arrival. The staff was very attentive, accommodating, and always smiling, which truly contributed to making my stay enjoyable. Their attention to detail was evident in every interaction. The room was very beautiful, equipped with a balcony offering a magnificent view of the sea. The decor was elegant, creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and refined. The dining options were varied, with several restaurants offering local and international dishes. A special mention for Ms. Ming, whose chef's dishes were outstanding, accompanied by magnificent service. The activities and leisure options were numerous: an exceptional spa where I was warmly welcomed. The masseuse Roxy was able to relax my muscles with both gentleness and firmness, relieving tension points I was not even aware of. She truly knew how to take care of me. The setting is idyllic for relaxing, enjoying nature, and being pampered by a dedicated staff.

A special thank you to Chef Pilly, Anup, Avinum, the young Indian trainees, Kishan, and Rajini for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and caring attitude. Every interaction was welcoming and genuine. The food offerings throughout the day were excellent, showcasing the best of Mauritian gastronomy and international cuisine. We particularly enjoyed TABA-J, O’Beach, Mozaik, Madame Ming, and all the bars and restaurants across the resort. A special mention also to Thierry from HR for his support and kindness. The service culture created by Mr. Seam and his brilliant team is truly remarkable. We spent a beautiful Valentine's Day at Ravenala Attitude Hotel. The room(suite) one of the best on the nord. Staff, service very nice. FMB ,Foods , Bars and cocktail service BEST. Mr Seam and his team are always here to level up the service and customer always first! Nice and beautiful improvements on room and good renovation. You will not regret your stay here !
