We had our team building event at the hotel last Saturday, and it was an enjoyable experience. The venue was lovely and we received a warm welcome from Emilie and Jean Daniel - event Manager. The team building activities were well organized and led by Kevin, who brought great energy and enthusiasm. The games were fun and engaging. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch. Special thanks to Santosh, our waiter who was kind and attentive. After lunch, we continued with more bonding time and Kevin once again entertained us but this time with his singing and ravane performance. Overall, it was memorable and well coordinated event that strengthen our team spirit.

We had a fantastic stay, pool, food, facilities and customer service was fantastic. We had a problem with our room and we were moved quickly. Kids club was incredible, my little boy (aged 6) had the best time, all the staff went above and beyond and were awesome. Highly recommend

Our family booked a 10-night stay in Mauritius through Travel Republic. It was meant to be a special trip — one we’d looked forward to for months. Instead, we left the hotel after the first night because of severe hygiene and safety issues, all of which are documented in our health & safety report . Here’s what we experienced in just 24 hours: • Birds standing inside buffet trays eating food. • Birds entering kitchen/cooking areas and pecking at containers. • Ants and insects in food trays. • Bird droppings on chairs and tables. • Stray dogs and cats roaming the dining area, eating leftovers. • Room #1 smelled of urine, hair in bath, drains not working. • Room #2 still dirty (mirrors, shelves, floors, patio). • Strong sewage smell in bar area. • AC broken on arrival. • Rude or dismissive staff when raising concerns. Two friends with us became sick, and multiple guests reported similar issues. The part that really stuck with me was an elderly couple we met. They told us they’d saved up for the trip and were too timid to complain or move hotels. The woman cried as she explained how disappointed she was. We booked through Travel Republic who couldn’t relocate us while we were onsite (it was Sunday). When we left and moved to another hotel ourselves, they could only recover one night’s refund from the supplier. This review contains only factual events documented in our email chain and hygiene report. After a decade of booking holidays, this was the most stressful, disappointing travel experience we’ve had — and Travel Republic’s inability to resolve it made it significantly worse.

We had a great family stay here. Garden view room was a good size with good bed linen and comfy bedding. The towels are not great- a big worn. The soap and shampoos are terrible so bring your own. Great activities for kids and families. Did the all inclusive and we enjoyed the variety, a good offering of fish, salad, red meat and curry. The fresh build your own salad had a lot of those mini-fruit flies which isn’t my best. Good gluten free offering. Yea and coffee not the best. A choice of 7 or 8 restaurants, we lived the chicken wraps available at the street food kiosks. Great beach section, very friendly staff, I am sure we will be back. Madam Ming restaurant was great.

From the moment we arrived, the staff specifically, Emilie and Jean Daniel greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly set the tone for a memorable experience. Our team building hosted by Kevin made the experience at the hotel outstanding ! The highlight was the engaging and well-organized team building activities, which sparked laughter, collaboration, and lasting memories. Moreover, Santosh served us really well during the lunch, which was great. From impeccable service and delicious meals to a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, everything was thoughtfully executed. A perfect blend of professionalism and fun! Highly recommend !
