We had the most amazing and an exceptional stay at Waldorf Astoria. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with luxury of the hotel, the warm welcome and the hospitality from the entire team. The highlight of the hotel was the amazing breakfast which we enjoyed every morning prepared by the professional staff. The food tasted delicious and the service was tremoundous. The rooms were beautiful, spacious with excellent views of the sea and the city, and the staff at the hotel went beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. The detail of the hotel was superb which really reflected the standards of the hotel and its value. A very special thanks to the following people who made our stay unforgettable Tesnim and Shruti, who provided great service at the check in desk who upgraded us without any hassel her service was exceptional she is an asset to the company. Mohammed was also a welcoming person really appreciated his service and looking after us. A special thanks to the Baywater Restaurant staff chef Hansa, Caran, Tina and Grace who gave us acceptional service during breakfast cant thank these people enough. Overall, Astoria Lusail provided us with an unforggettable and a great family experience. I would highly recommend anyone to stay who is loooking for outstanding service, accomodation and great views. It was also a great pleasure meeting Alex at the hotel who was very welcoming and freindly.

We were helped by Grace at the By Water restaurant, and she was absolutely extraordinary! She was incredibly sweet, kind-hearted, and helpful throughout our entire visit. She always had a smile on her face and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her amazing service truly made our experience special. Because of Grace, we would happily come back again and again. She is a wonderful asset to the restaurant and deserves all the appreciation!

Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we did not experience any inconvenience throughout our visit. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. The resort offers outstanding family-friendly amenities, including a kids' club, splash pool with slides, zip lines, easy beach access, water sports, a spa, and an adults-only serenity pool, all thoughtfully designed and conveniently accessible. A special thanks to the concierge team, especially Ms. Erica and Asst. Manager, Mr. Zacharia, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. A wonderful stay at Waldorf in July 2026, kids were entertained with the splash park and activities. The kids club is well equipped and staff are very friendly. Amazing food at Bywater for both breakfast and dinner. Special shoutout to Jonalyn, Jemelyn, jingky, Alyssa and Praise for the exceptional service at Bywater. Vishal gave us a smooth sailing experience with loading our luggage in the taxis. Look forward to returning!
