Our stay at Viceroy Bali was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected true luxury, warmth, and genuine Balinese hospitality. The Terrace Pool Villa was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, incredibly private, and offering breathtaking jungle views. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings each morning was unforgettable. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Every team member greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The attention to detail, personalized touches, and sincere care made us feel truly valued. The resort itself is immaculately maintained, tranquil, and perfect for anyone looking to relax while still being just a short drive from central Ubud. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Viceroy Bali team for creating such a memorable experience. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest luxury resorts in Bali.

We stayed for two nights in the Terrace Villa at Viceroy Bali and had a wonderful experience. The villa was spacious and had a beautiful view facing the forest, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The service was truly top notch throughout our stay. All staff members were warm, attentive, and very helpful — they even helped us send postcards, which we really appreciated. The location is also convenient, with an easy and relatively short drive to the Ubud town area, although honestly the hotel itself was so comfortable that we did not feel the need to spend too much time outside. Breakfast is fully à la carte and was very enjoyable as well. Overall, a very relaxing and memorable stay.

An absolutely outstanding stay from beginning to end. My girlfriend and I had a truly wonderful experience and were impressed by every aspect of the hotel. The room was beautiful, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening feel special. One of the highlights of our stay was our dinner at Aperative Restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and attention to detail were exceptional, making it a memorable culinary experience. It perfectly reflected the high standards that this hotel maintains throughout. What really sets this property apart, however, is the level of hospitality and service. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. This hotel has created a truly unique standard in both hospitality and gastronomy. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended.

We will remember the beauty of the hotel, the friendliness and service levels provided by the staff, the location, the restaurant, the room. At all times the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got the experience we wanted. Our room was incredible: its size, the private pool with an amazing view, the Bale to enjoy the afternoon or the evening. It was perfect. The hotel provides a shuttle into to town, or if you prefer you can organise a car into and back from town. A good marker of a great hotel is staff turnover. We met staff members (and more than a few) that have been there since more or less the opening. That says a lot on the quality of the place and of the management. Next time we are in Ubud we will certainly stay there! And thanks again to Patrick for a wonderful welcome surprise!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Viceroy Bali. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, and this is one that we’ll genuinely remember. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care that we had an amazing experience. We stayed in a deluxe terrace pool villa and it was incredible. Waking up to the jungle views and sounds of the river each morning was something we’ll never forget. The entire property is beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful. A huge thank you to everyone at the Viceroy for making our trip so special. A very special thank you to Hery and Nik for always taking such good care of us. We are already planning our return next year. We can’t recommend the Viceroy highly enough.
