An absolutely outstanding stay from beginning to end. My girlfriend and I had a truly wonderful experience and were impressed by every aspect of the hotel. The room was beautiful, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening feel special. One of the highlights of our stay was our dinner at Aperative Restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and attention to detail were exceptional, making it a memorable culinary experience. It perfectly reflected the high standards that this hotel maintains throughout. What really sets this property apart, however, is the level of hospitality and service. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. This hotel has created a truly unique standard in both hospitality and gastronomy. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at a Deluxe Terrace Villa in the beginning of June. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous, and the accompanying pool and view was breathtaking in its overall calm and quiet. CasCades has phenomenal breakfast and dinner service, Aperitif has fantastic food options (for vegetarians as well) along with a well curated beverage menu, and the Akoya Spa offers an overall relaxing spa experience. The on-site greenhouse was additionally impressive with the variety of local Balinese plants grown along with more boutique flowers. More than all of these niceties, however, was the personal touch and care from every staff member, Aperitif's owner Nick, and the property owner Patrick. They all genuinely ensured that our stay was comfortable and accommodated all our requests in a patient and professional manner. This was certainly the best property and experience that my wife and I have had the privilege of staying at, and we can't wait to return someday soon.

We stayed for two nights in the Terrace Villa at Viceroy Bali and had a wonderful experience. The villa was spacious and had a beautiful view facing the forest, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The service was truly top notch throughout our stay. All staff members were warm, attentive, and very helpful — they even helped us send postcards, which we really appreciated. The location is also convenient, with an easy and relatively short drive to the Ubud town area, although honestly the hotel itself was so comfortable that we did not feel the need to spend too much time outside. Breakfast is fully à la carte and was very enjoyable as well. Overall, a very relaxing and memorable stay.

Our first stay at Viceroy Bali exceeded every expectation. From the warm welcome and thoughtful villa upgrade to the exceptional service throughout our stay, every detail felt carefully considered. The property strikes a rare balance between luxury and authenticity, with breathtaking valley views, a beautiful private pool villa, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The team consistently anticipated our needs, whether arranging transport, dining recommendations, or simply greeting us by name. Breakfast at CasCades was a daily highlight, and the overall food and beverage offering was excellent. What impressed us most was how personal the experience felt. Viceroy manages to deliver true five-star luxury while remaining intimate and genuinely hospitable. We left wishing we had booked a longer stay and would not hesitate to return.

Kudos to Patrick and the wonderful team that he has created at the Viceroy in Ubud, Bali. We were fortunate to spend 5 nights there and enjoyed every minute. The grounds, rooms, and restaurants are all impeccable. We received the best customer service from every single team member that we encountered. We were always greeted with a smile and kind words. They treated us like family. We enjoyed several meals at Cascades and Pinstripes, again amazing staff. We were always greeted by name. The spa was perfect and we indulged in 90 minute massages. The perfect end to our trip. Thanks for a wonderful time! We can’t wait to come back!
