Our stay at Viceroy Bali was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected true luxury, warmth, and genuine Balinese hospitality. The Terrace Pool Villa was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, incredibly private, and offering breathtaking jungle views. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings each morning was unforgettable. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Every team member greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The attention to detail, personalized touches, and sincere care made us feel truly valued. The resort itself is immaculately maintained, tranquil, and perfect for anyone looking to relax while still being just a short drive from central Ubud. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Viceroy Bali team for creating such a memorable experience. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest luxury resorts in Bali.

We stayed for two nights in the Terrace Villa at Viceroy Bali and had a wonderful experience. The villa was spacious and had a beautiful view facing the forest, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The service was truly top notch throughout our stay. All staff members were warm, attentive, and very helpful — they even helped us send postcards, which we really appreciated. The location is also convenient, with an easy and relatively short drive to the Ubud town area, although honestly the hotel itself was so comfortable that we did not feel the need to spend too much time outside. Breakfast is fully à la carte and was very enjoyable as well. Overall, a very relaxing and memorable stay.

Loved staying at the Viceroy Bali! They were extremely accommodating in our stay. They celebrated with us and truly got to know us during the stay. All of the staff were friendly and kind. The restaurant staff did great at accommodating my gluten free diet (celiac disease). Rooms were clean and fresh! Spa was wonderful as well!

We stayed at the Viceroy for the first half of our honeymoon in Ubud. It could not have been more perfect. From the gorgeous accommodations, to the food, the friendly staff, the location, the activities, the spa, and more - everything about our stay was beyond what we could have imagined. Our pool villa was so beautiful - spacious, clean, gorgeous accents, an amazing pool (and heated upon request!). The restaurants (Cascades for most meals, plus Aperitif for a fancy dinner) were wonderful - really great variety of food, and they happily accommodated any requests, ample pastries and fruit at breakfast, great coffee, creative cocktails, etc. We had a lovely cocktail making class at Pinstripe Bar as well, which was fun. The hospitality staff at the Viceroy is absolutely top notch. Housekeeping, waitstaff, front desk, and more - everyone was always friendly and so accommodating for our every request, they knew our names by the end of the first day, and they made us feel so welcome. The concierge staff in particular was always responsive; and they helped to plan SO many excursions for our trip, hiring fantastic drivers who took us around to all kinds of cool places. Their regular shuttle into downtown Ubud is also a huge plus. You can’t beat the Viceroy’s location, either. Looking over the Petanu River gorge, we had the most gorgeous sunrise views every morning over the jungle. And just 10 minutes from downtown Ubud meant we could explore tons of restaurants and shopping very easily. I could go on and on - you cannot beat the Viceroy. We compared it against the second resort we stayed at for the other half of our trip, and the Viceroy came out on top in every way. They have found the perfect balance between 5 star luxury and still feeling personalized and intimate. We cannot wait to come back!
