We stayed in this beautiful hotel in June 2025 for 4 nights with my husband, my two children and my mother-in-law. We absoutely loved everything about this hotel, the food was so delicious and so much variety. My children loved the slides and pool side, the staff was really helpful and kind. Mr Nezam Bey really looked after us and made sure that our stay is pleasant and smooth. They have the most amazing Spa facilities, Kenan the manager of the spa gave us really good deal. My message therapist Wayan was the best. Thank you so much for hosting us, we had the most amazing and memorable holiday.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. There were definitely highlights, especially for families: - 🌊 The water slides were a hit with both kids and adults—plenty of variety and fun. - ☀️ We loved soaking up the sun, and the pools just outside our apartment were a real treat. - 🎭 Entertainment in the amphitheatre was lively and well-organised, with staff who brought great energy. - 🎉 Lots of activities to choose from, but queuing early at 7:00am to book beach outings or à la carte dinners wasn't ideal. - 🍽️ The main restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and most staff were professional and courteous. However, a few things fell short of expectations: - 🍦 Ice cream wasn’t consistently available as part of the all-inclusive offering, which was disappointing—especially for the kids. - 🧃 The juice machines in the main restaurant weren’t great in terms of taste or quality. - 🐱 Our à la carte experience was let down when a cat ate our daughter’s meal, and despite assurances, it was never replaced. - 🛎️ Room service was slow and unresponsive, and despite daily requests, we never received the safe we asked for. - 📍 The location felt very remote, with no public transport options, which made exploring difficult. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments and great facilities for families, the inconsistencies in service and amenities brought the experience down.

Stayed here for a week, many good points. few areas where it can be improved. Main restaurant food was good - lot of selection and live cooking. Rooms were spacious, private beach and it’s said 12:30-4pm for snacks but when we went at 3 food was closed! Overall we had a good time - Thanks to all staff.

The service worked very hard and diligently so I commend them for that, however the rooms weren’t clean enough and the bathroom drain had an overflowing problem. Steam room was broken throughout the whole time we spent there. Food was decent quality with lots of option to choose. The gym equipment wasn’t maintained at all and wasn’t suitable to use for a workout session (the screws on the seats were loose for both leg and shoulder press and made it extremely hard to keep balance while using them). There were multiple pools but there wasn’t a single life guard to act on an emergency. For a hotel that’s designed to host 1000 people they were missing a lot of maintenance and safety protocols.

We stayed at Unique Residence Hotel Golf & Spa at the end of September early October. The main issue for us was cleanliness. Our apartment was dirty: sticky floors, a broken bathroom tap that came off, a toilet flush that didn’t work and water running day and night. Cleaning was very poor, the cleaner used an old dirty mop and barely wiped. I even had to wash the floor myself. Public toilets and many facilities clearly need renovation and good cleaning. The main restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was OK and sometimes even tasty. However, the snack bar, which works on a strict schedule, had very limited choices: burgers and chicken nuggets were very poor. Ice cream (vanilla , chocolate, caramel and strawberry) for kids was only available once a day (3–4 pm), which disappointed the children. The water slides also work only for limited hours. The beach is about 20 minutes by shuttle and places are very limited, you must sign up 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will likely not get a spot. The shuttle drops you off and picks you up 4 hours later. Guest relations told us to come early in the morning to register for the beach 🤦 There is also a “special service” free taxi to a partner restaurant. They drop you off, you eat, and then they pick you up after 4 hours. The taxi is free, but the restaurant prices are insane. Prices in the menu are different from what you pay at the end, plus there’s a service tax. There were four of us (two adults and two kids), we each had one main dish, tea, coffee, and dessert, nothing fancy, and paid €200. Plus they added a service tax to the bill. We honestly have no idea what exactly we paid for. The kids’ playroom is basically unattended, no one plays with the children, there’s just one girl sitting at the entrance. The overall entertainment is basic but fine (kids’ dances, bingo, karaoke, evening shows). The view of the mountains is lovely. A taxi to Kusadasi costs about €25 one way, €45 round trip. We did enjoy visiting the Kusadasi Grand Bazaar. During a couple of rainy periods we had no power and internet in the apartment, only in the main building. The only truly positive experience was the spa massage by Wayan from Indonesia, she is absolutely amazing! Very professional, kind and talented. The spa itself wasn’t impressive, the rooms and atmosphere could be much better but Wayan made all the difference. Her massage was the highlight of our stay, and she truly deserves a 5+. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the level of service and cleanliness. We will definitely not return.
