In few words I want to say that this hotel is amazing! It’s good for everyone, families with kids or just couples. Everyone would be comfortable because there is a lot different pools for each person, kids pool, quiet pool and pool with activities also sea is very clean. Animation team amazing especially at night every show looks great. Morning gym with Lana stretching feels very good. Also loved table tennis and darts. Guys you’re all amazing.

I dont give this hotel 5 stars because theres always room for improvement. Staff: very attentive and always helpful. No complaints here. Rooms: Clean and everything works well. Only complaint the bed could be more comfortable (softer) and could be provided with more than one bedsheet since the only one provided is too small to cover 2 people. Food: Could be better. We stayed for 7 nights and we found the food very repetetive and lack of options. I remember one night there wasnt even a chicken dish available. Everything lacks seasoning, although i understand that when you cater for a large group of people is better underseason then overseason and theres salt and pepper shakers at the table, badly needed. Restaurant seating: you have to be quick and early on time if you want one of the nice outside tables specially during dinner. Theres a bbq that gets lit during the dinner service and if your caught in a table with draft from the smokey bbq it could become uncomfortable to be eating dinner while engolfed in all that smoke. Saying that theres plenty indoor seating with aircon and youll always find a spot to eat. Beach: beach is amazing. They have the luxury of having their little private strip of beach. Beautiful clean blue water and sun beds available. Though you better safe your spot from early on in the morning or you wont get a sunbed. This is understable as there is no way of having enough sunbeds for everyone. Theres many other sunbeds available in the property also poolsides and other grassy spots next to the beach. Bar/Drinks: On the all inclusive package theres only one type of beer available which is an alright pilsner lager quality beer, always nice and cold though which is nice. They have cocktails, though they are really just cheap alcohol which cheap sugary syrups mixed together. Theyre not real cocktails like the ones youd get in a proper bar. If your trying to get drunk they work and the beer is refreshing for the heat. Other than that dont expect much else. Massages: theres massages available. They are of high quality but not cheap prices. Though i would recommend them. My partner and I were pampered like babies. Overall it was pleasent experience and even though they could upgrade the quality of the offering, at the price point theyre at, they do a good job. Would i recommend it to somebody? Yes, specially if you have kids. Would i go back? Yes. Thanks for everything Tusan hotel team. It was a lovely 7 days we spent with you.

Large hotel, good friendly staff, has everything needed. Kids pool , handy kids Aquapark, kids room needs more attention Aircon and care. Management always helpful and ready to solve any problems. Foods are tasty and lots of variety. If you miss lunch you have pizza pasta chicken chips at hand. They have 5 o'clock tea and more food if you miss dinner or arrive late. The pizza was very delicious. Must try. Ice cream should be available for longer. Evening entertainment was very good. Cleaning was impeccable. Air con works very well. More cleaning around the pool is needed. Some parts of the beach have large rocks you can step on but then sand and sea up to your knee for 50m. Wish it had a wider sandy beach and slightly larger pool, the sea is very clean and clear. Has adults only pool and indoo pool. Should have a cheaper spa pricing. 60min massage in London is £40-60. They need to charge £30 and will get a waiting list ever day. It's very good by value for money and is an excellent 4 star hotel. It's a dated hotel but well kept. Lots of spaces and lounges. Location is superb. 80p dolmuş ride to town is ideal outside the hotel. It's a good hotel, good value with great location from airport and town centre. Hospital 10 mins away and costs £10 to be treated in triage with iv fluid , blood test, jab and £4 for antibiotics all under 90 mins. Overall 6.5/10 Would recommend for good value for money holiday.

We'll start with the bad first so we can finish on the high. First things first it's just not a 5 star hotel or resort. The bar and food leave so so much to be desired there's 1 single beer to choose from and the cocktail menu is basic at best. The cocktails are also made with cheap ingredients which is very apparent as soon as you drink them. Then comes the food, the buffet was frankly awful. The same options trotted out night after night and even then the standard is so bad. Every now and then you'll get something different but every time the dishes were just so flavourless. The room was fine. A fairly standard room but if I wanted to nit pick I'd say the corrosion on the shower was poor as was the mattresses. The bed was so firm I felt myself waking up with a progressively sorer neck each morning The staff were fine, the receptions staff were helpful but that depended on what person you got as some of them were clueless. A huge shout-out to the facilities and cleaning staff though they do a phenomenal job. As for the good the hotel and amenities are great. The pool options are really good and the beach is relatively well kept. Again a lot of the good is down to the people running the place on a day to day basis like cleaners and maintenance/facilities staff. TLDR: Not 5 star. Bad food, bad drinks, but nice place to be and stay. Wouldn't come back.

Disappointing "5-star" experience – outdated hotel and unprofessional staff I strongly advise against this hotel for anyone expecting a true European 5-star standard. The Turkish star rating is definitely inflated here. • Hotel and Rooms: The property is quite old. Rooms are cleaned only on the surface; it’s visibly dirty under the cabinets and beds. • Food: While there is plenty of food, it is monotonous and completely tasteless. • Atmosphere: This hotel seems tailored specifically for people aged 60 and over. The vast majority of guests are elderly, and younger people will find it incredibly boring. From my observation, younger travelers are practically non-existent here. • Staff: This was the worst part of the stay. The waiters are unprofessional, engage in gossip, and are extremely pushy when it comes to contacting guests, clearly looking for "romances." It makes for a very uncomfortable environment. • Extra: The on-site shops sell low-quality counterfeit goods of famous brands. It is important to remember that this is a theft of intellectual property, which is illegal in Europe and reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation.
