Fantastic hotel with great service, delicious food, and clean facilities. The spa staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and ensured a relaxing experience. The animation team maintained a consistently high level of energy and engagement, providing varied entertainment throughout the day and evening. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, particularly the Turkish and fish options, both offering high-quality dishes and attentive service. The meals were well-prepared, and the presentation and portion sizes met a high standard. Overall, the Ramada Resort provides a well-organized and enjoyable environment suitable for both families and couples. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Turkey.

Amazing 7 night stay. The food was a pleasant selection of Turkish food, extensive salads, fish and some English classics (chicken nuggets and pizza!). The hotel was clean and had plenty of room for all with sunbeds, a variety of bars and eateries outside. The location was perfect. A short bus into kusadasi that departed from right outside the hotel. It was also a nice run down to the harbour and back for a 5k!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. My wife and I needed a rest, the location was perfect for us as it suited our needs (no excessive sounds), at our age we just wanted to chill out and enjoy the scenery. The food selection is great and would suit anyone. We spent a lot of time in the patisserie bar enjoying hot and cold drinks. The bus and Taxi into the Harbour is in expensive and left plenty of money for my dear wife to spend on items she fancied. Would recommend this hidden jem for couples and families who enjoy a holiday without the madness of night club music. Just one fly in the ointment, yes that's the flies, please get some equipment to stop them from ruining the relaxation that we know that you want us to have. I had a superior room, with just a few minor issues, which customer relations were happy to help with. In all I would certainly recommend this hotel. Five stars from us.

2/5 – Absolutely Not Worth the Money. Nowhere Near 5 Stars. I stayed at the Ramada Resort Kusadasi and honestly, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. For a place that advertises itself as a 5-star resort, it barely reaches a 2-star standard. I paid a lot of money expecting a relaxing, well-run holiday, and got the complete opposite. Food & Dining – Misleading and Poor We were NOT told in advance that, because it was the end of the season, many of the usual food options would be unavailable. The eating times were extremely limited and what was available was honestly pathetic. Anyone even slightly picky will struggle. My boyfriend ended up eating chips every single day because there was practically nothing else he could stomach. Definitely not what you expect from a “luxury” resort. Animal Welfare Situation – Disturbing and Ignored There was a clearly distressed mother cat whose newborn kittens fell down behind the stairs near the ping-pong area. We (and other guests) reported this multiple times and were told it would be “handled”—but nothing was done at all. The mother cat was crying and frantic every night, and because she couldn’t get to the kittens, she ended up abandoning her remaining one to try to reach them. That kitten sadly died, and its body was left there for the ENTIRE duration of our stay. It was still there when we checked out. Completely unacceptable and genuinely upsetting. Chaos from the Football Tournament While we were there, around 300 kids were staying for a football tournament, and the hotel staff had absolutely zero control over them. They ran wild day and night—shouting, shoving, swearing at guests, and treating the hotel like a playground. Elevators were constantly unusable because they kept pressing every button or blocking people from getting in or out. In the dining area, it was like a jungle—no queueing, kids pushing in, smashing plates and cups nightly. It ruined the atmosphere entirely and made simple things like getting food or moving around the hotel stressful. Room Quality – Far From 5-Star The room itself was mediocre at best: • Broken LED lighting under the bed • A small but noticeable blood stain at the end of the bed • Used cotton buds left by the bedside table Not catastrophic issues, but absolutely not acceptable for a resort claiming to be 5 stars. The Only Positives The animation team were fantastic—clearly doing their best to keep guests entertained despite the end-of-season slowdown. And the cats around the hotel were sweet and friendly (not the hotel’s doing, but still a nice part of the stay). Overall I would never return here. Between the lack of food, the complete mismanagement of guests, the poor room standards, and the distressing treatment of animals, this was a total waste of money. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

Positives- all the staff on resort was extremely polite and was always there to answer questions and provide support. Nice and spacious room with good view. Food and drinks were great. Beautiful pools and very comfortable sun beds and plenty of space for everyone. Great air conditioning Criticism- water pressure in the room was very poor and mixer valve on the shower was not in great working order. Bathroom was nice but tiles had stains on them the shower screen leaked and was holes behind the hand rails. Had a light that didn’t work in the room. The hand rails for the stairs were very flimsy, I would not put trust in holding on to them. The vast majority of towels that were replaced in the room had holes in them. Only 2 hangers in the closet The door for the balcony didn’t close properly and let air pass through it so was very noisy on a night And it would have been nice to have a tv with some English channels. (mostly German) Overall we had a great stay and although there’s some criticism I would come here again but I like to leave honest reviews and that is what I’ve done. If this had been a 4 star resort I would have not been so critical out some of the things but as a 5 star resort I would have expected more. Thank you - room 2612
