We are just back from a 2 week stay at this hotel. Would I stay again? NO WAY Room: The room was absolutely disgusting. Lights hanging off the wall, the main lamp sparking when touched so we had to unplug it. The mould in the bathroom around the sink and shower was horrendous. A metal bar that was on the bathroom floor for no reason and the cleaner refused to take it. The room cleaner didn't clean the room at all. They would just make the bed and only when asked. The ceiling was coming away from the wall and we had broken tiles in the room also. Definitely not what you would expect from Ramada The Pools: The pools area just simply isn't big enough for the amount of residents. U genuinely have to be down stairs between 6-7 turkish time to have any chance of securing a semi decent lounger. To many staff we're being paid to place towels. We even seeing a full on fight at the pool over loungers. Not what u want when young kids are around. Cats: The place is over ran with cats. Cats in the dining room on the tables under the tables and nothing seemed to be done about that. Entertainment: Absolutely brilliant, cannot fault the Entertainment team. Food: The food was actually ok. Something for everyone When i complained about our room the hotel assured us a deep clean would be done and everything would be fixed. I can 💯 assure you nothing was fixed. All that was done were the beds were made, new towels put in and the metal bar removed. The toilet constantly had water running too. When I got back to the uk to complain the return answer I got was thank you for the complaint. I appreciate everyone has different experiences but this was our families experience and it was not nice.

:This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Turkey or around the world . The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, which made our holiday very disappointing. The kids’ club was a complete waste of time. The staff running it seemed uninterested, and there were hardly any activities for children. when we asked about activities they told us we r not doing anything except painting and colouring. The only equipment was a small trampoline, and kids had to wait around 15 to 20 minutes just to have a turn as only 4 people allowed at once. The food was also very poor. It was practically the same every day for the entire week, with very little variety. same kebab whole week. One of the most upsetting experiences was when my young child couldn’t find our room key. Instead of helping, the staff made us feel embarrassed in front of other guests, which was completely unacceptable. The only positive experience we had was with the duty manager. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was outstanding. He listened, tried to help, and was the only member of staff who showed genuine customer service. The resort wasn’t family-friendly. Smoking was allowed almost everywhere, and people were smoking right next to children while families were eating. It was unpleasant and made it difficult to enjoy meals with our child. The hotel itself is very outdated and not clean. Housekeeping was extremely poor—we had to call reception multiple times every day just to get basic items because our room wasn’t being properly looked after. The hotel also seemed to cater mainly to local Turkish guests, which isn’t an issue in itself, but the overall atmosphere and service left us feeling unwelcome as international visitors. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise families to avoid staying here. I’m genuinely surprised that Jet2 still offers this resort on its website, as it falls well below the standard we expected. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I stayed at this hotel last year, and this year I found myself missing it so much that I wanted to share my experience. Overall, everything was very good. The reception team kindly accommodated our request and provided us with a room that had a beautiful view. The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s activities and competitions. They organized group games and tournaments such as volleyball, swimming, table tennis, archery, and many other fun activities, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was average, but the overall experience was excellent and memorable. I truly miss this beautiful hotel and hope to visit again in the future. Looking forward to seeing you again!😍😍

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ramada Resort & Golf Club, and it’s definitely a place we’ll remember very fondly. At the beginning, there was a small mix-up with our room, but I have to say the management handled it brilliantly. They were professional, approachable, and resolved the situation quickly by offering us a room change without any hassle. From that point on, everything was smooth — and the rest of our stay was simply epic. The food in the hotel was excellent. A great variety of Turkish cuisine, with some dishes having a nice European twist, which made it even more enjoyable. There was also plenty of choice for children — and I have to mention the afternoon waffles, which my son absolutely loved and looked forward to every day. The spa was another highlight. The staff were extremely professional, and the massage experience was incredibly relaxing — exactly what you want on a holiday. The pool area is spacious and very well designed, with plenty of room for everyone. The slides were great fun, and it’s a big plus that there is also a dedicated adults-only pool, where you can truly relax without any noise from kids. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, which really made a difference. All in all, I would confidently rate this stay 5 stars. A fantastic place for both families and couples — we would definitely come back!

On arrival and on the way to the room there was skirting boards and door architraves hanging off and left loose. In the bedroom there was a curtain missing and sheets on one of the beds wasn't clean. The food in the buffet is of very poor quality and most of it looks like it gets brought out and back everyday. The only food decent was the pizza at the poolside bar. There is cats everywhere in the restaurants wandering around and on seats and tables. The swimming pools were stone cold at 17 degrees which is far too cold for anybody to swim in and enjoy. Safe to say it's not a real 5 star hotel by European standards and probably 3 at best. Without a doubt I won't be back
