The hotel creates a very pleasant atmosphere and overall leaves a positive impression. We also spoke with other guests who shared similar opinions and appreciated their stay here. Of course, there are a few small shortcomings, but despite that, this is probably the most enjoyable hotel in the area in terms of comfort and atmosphere. One thing worth noting is that the hotel does not offer direct access to the beach, which may be a downside for guests looking for a beachfront experience. Overall, it offers a good balance of quality, relaxation, and enjoyable surroundings.

I've been to this hotel several times. You are like a second home where I feel good every time. The atmosphere and the restaurant service are always at the highest level. Food very tasty you can always get something what you like. Restaurant staff make sure that no one lacked anything They are always kind and smileThank you. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable . The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Thank you and I recommend the hotel with full responsibility. I will definitely come back. Best regards.

We stayed here almost 1 week. Our stay was very joyful. Kubra and Zeynep from bar, Mehmet from restaurant was really professional. Zeynep Naz and Cemre from reception is really helpful When you ask somethinf to them. We really want to come here next year again!

You have me in your system I rarely leave reviews, but my stay at this hotel was a traumatic experience that severely impacted my health. ​Although the first two days seemed fine, everything turned into a nightmare when the heating failed. Outside temperatures dropped to +6°C at night and +13°C during the day. With damaged, unsealed balcony doors, I had to sleep in my winter jacket. The technician refused to fix it, claiming a "system failure." After asking for a room change, the staff treated me with extreme hostility. At one point, I was in a medical emergency, visibly injured and bleeding, yet the staff maliciously ignored my pleas for help. Their cruelty left me in tears. ​The hygiene is unacceptable for a "5-star" resort: filthy bathrooms, no soap, no hot water, and ancient 25-year-old equipment. ​The most dangerous incident occurred on Tuesday at 5:42 AM. After a minor disagreement regarding a tea and a broken wristband, a security guard used physical force against me. He cornered me and applied pressure to my throat/neck area. I was terrified for my life, searching for the tourist police and embassy contact. I felt so unsafe that I had to flee the hotel to Greece. ​My health deteriorated so badly I was hospitalized in Turkey and I am still undergoing medical tests. This hotel has been facing bankruptcy since 2022, which explains the total lack of management. They even charged me 35 EUR because I tried to fix the AC unit myself out of desperation due to the cold—I even brought the part to the reception to explain, but they showed no empathy. No one apologized. Avoid this place if you value your life and safety, fot the last 3 days no one cleaned my room and i even put the green poster 2 days before leaving and 2 dollars on table and my room wasnt cleaned.

My room had an infestation of ants, woke up with a severe reaction. They do get rid of this when I told them but shouldn’t have happened anyway. The water was yellow and made my hair smell they pee after a shower I had to use bottled water to wash my hair. My partner ended up getting cellulitis and was admitted to hospital on arrival home due too bugs on the bed. Food was awful, I’m not a fussy eater and really didn’t like the food. ( yes it is all inclusive you pay for what u get but that level of food is awful.) entertainment wasn’t very good, and there isn’t really anywhere to go other then the town where u have to get a bus but they stop at 11pm. Hotel isn’t was it is advertised as. Staff was mainly 17 year old apprentices that can’t speak any other language but Turkish. I enjoyed the spa and the Turkish bath. I’m not a person to moan and have been putting of the review as I don’t want to bring my holiday down but I paid a lot of money and was disappointed.
