The hotel creates a very pleasant atmosphere and overall leaves a positive impression. We also spoke with other guests who shared similar opinions and appreciated their stay here. Of course, there are a few small shortcomings, but despite that, this is probably the most enjoyable hotel in the area in terms of comfort and atmosphere. One thing worth noting is that the hotel does not offer direct access to the beach, which may be a downside for guests looking for a beachfront experience. Overall, it offers a good balance of quality, relaxation, and enjoyable surroundings.

I've been to this hotel several times. You are like a second home where I feel good every time. The atmosphere and the restaurant service are always at the highest level. Food very tasty you can always get something what you like. Restaurant staff make sure that no one lacked anything They are always kind and smileThank you. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable . The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Thank you and I recommend the hotel with full responsibility. I will definitely come back. Best regards.

Understand that everyone's experience is different and having stayed in Turkey on many occasions. This hotel was not for us. 5* but more like a 2/3* at best. I'll start with the good points and that is the view here is incredible. Bad Points Carpets on main floors all stained and need replacing. Checked into our first room and there was a huge stain. Lack of storage so if you plan on unpacking I wouldn't bother. We moved rooms and well the carpet was better but the door to the balcony is twisted and doesn't fit correctly. Food was no go for us as a family now we've eaten Camel and Ostrich in Egypt and are used to the cuisine here but honestly we went out most nights. Minus the A La Carte which was nice. Now if you found something to eat it would take that long to go round all the stations that the food would be stone cold by the time you got back to your table. If the hotel read this I'd recommend splitting your dinner time into 2 sittings it would ease the pressure and make it easier for all involved. Animation Team for what it's worth nice enough people but seriously lacking as it's the same routine and really nothing for younger kids. We had a few safety concerns that were raised with our rep and he was a good guy and they got sorted but really having handrails loose and broken could have led to some serious injury due to the amount of stairs here. Yes they are lifts but you were lucky if both were working at the same time and not broken. Now I wouldn't stay here again unless things change as it really could be a great hotel it even has a disco hall but that's locked up. Maybe if this hotel has some investment we may return in the future but for now it's a no from us.

We stayed here almost 1 week. Our stay was very joyful. Kubra and Zeynep from bar, Mehmet from restaurant was really professional. Zeynep Naz and Cemre from reception is really helpful When you ask somethinf to them. We really want to come here next year again!

My room had an infestation of ants, woke up with a severe reaction. They do get rid of this when I told them but shouldn’t have happened anyway. The water was yellow and made my hair smell they pee after a shower I had to use bottled water to wash my hair. My partner ended up getting cellulitis and was admitted to hospital on arrival home due too bugs on the bed. Food was awful, I’m not a fussy eater and really didn’t like the food. ( yes it is all inclusive you pay for what u get but that level of food is awful.) entertainment wasn’t very good, and there isn’t really anywhere to go other then the town where u have to get a bus but they stop at 11pm. Hotel isn’t was it is advertised as. Staff was mainly 17 year old apprentices that can’t speak any other language but Turkish. I enjoyed the spa and the Turkish bath. I’m not a person to moan and have been putting of the review as I don’t want to bring my holiday down but I paid a lot of money and was disappointed.
